Ruby’s Foster Village, Inc Founder/Executive Director
Novelette is the Founder, Executive director of Ruby’s Foster Village, Inc. She has an impressive 30 years career in the field of human service, she supervised and work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, geriatric population and mentally ill adults in a residential setting. Ms.Bowen received her masters in Human Service from Lincoln University. She is the primary caregiver for her son who is developmental disabled. She also Volunteers as a Chair leader for foster treatment home parents.
Ruby’s Foster Village, IncA foster mom who created RFV and is the Ex Director for RFV we are a registered 501c3 approved non-profit organization for Homeless At Risk Youth who have emancipated or aged out of the Forster care system without support.
