Discovering my True Colours was a true liberation. For the first time, I understood why I felt so different from my family and those I loved it gave me permission to embrace who I am, exactly as I am. That moment was the beginning of a profound journey. Now, 25 years later, with a deep awareness of my perceptions and core truth, I not only live it in everything I do—I teach it too. Helping others uncover their colours and step into their authentic selves has become part of my purpose.
