Many of us have been part of gifting communities for many years. Those years have been, without a doubt, incredible learning opportunities for all of us.

Besides those incredible experiences, we still held onto the old way we related to money. We even struggled with letting go of our need to control the outcome of what we initially gave our yes to when we joined those communities. Many learned that our financial lack and controlling habits are rooted in the lack of trust in ourselves and each other.

As a society, we are constantly questioning someone’s intentions and integrity. We’ve been spoon-fed an agenda that indoctrinates a distrust in our neighbors and even our friends. We have been influenced for thousands of years by unquestioned generational conditions, social expectations, and outdated agreements about trust, integrity, responsibility, and money that do not align with our souls.

After a few years of wondering why something as profoundly beautiful as gifting becomes so challenging over time, we came together and dug deep for answers.
We concluded that trust, or the lack thereof, destroys communities. Most people don’t even know what it feels like to trust or to be trusted. How can we co-create something new when most people subconsciously expect the destruction of something that seems too good to be true? Self-fulfilling prophecies are a powerful way to appease our egoic self and avoid all shifting into the unknown, which would require a great deal of trust in our abilities and the community we find ourselves in

This is where New Earth Co-Creators was established.

Together, we support each other’s dreams, collaborate on new projects, support each other’s healing journey, learn from each other in the playground of life, go on adventures, establish financial abundance, and change the world for the better.

Isabel Hundt is a visionary and catalyst for global change through her work as Sociologist, Multi-award Winning Film Producer of the film “The Power of Connection” (www.thepowerofconnection.net), successful Inspirational Speaker, Author of her book “The Power of Faith-Driven Success”, Healer (using a combination of intuitive healing, theta healing, emotion’s clearing) and Thought Leader.

It is our human nature to fight back, we have a knee-jerk reaction to things and we like to be argumentative and be right. This, unfortunately, gets us nowhere, so why don’t we try a different approach in 2023?

We know we are still in this pandemic and all its variants; we know we are in transition in our personal lives, mental health, wellness, financial security, in industries, and in our global economics. So fighting against it is futile. This is the time to ask ourselves what we are going to do about it, what we have learned, and how we are going to seed opportunities for 2023.

Everything, even disasters have a reason, some times it is to change our direction, sometimes a lesson about ourselves we need to learn, but it is always about us having the ability to make the changes we need to move forward and not drag ourselves down by what has been.

2020, 2021, just survival, 2022, coming out of the fog, and all of it was a time of reflection, a time to review our lives and go into ourselves and feel what we want for our future. A time to step up and be counted in heart and kindness and help each other on this windy, rocky path. We have so much to be grateful for, but when in fear, doubt, and hysteria, we can not see the gifts before us.

2023 is a year of nurturing those seeds you planted, watering them, and allowing them to grow. It is a time to allow and open up to change and when you come from the heart space, your mind sees things differently and you feel more enriched by what is possible and what is growing within and around you.

This transformation of humanity still has about 2-3 more years to grow out off. If we come together and stop fighting each other, and start listening to the inner voice, we will see how we can make the changes and why we need to, for if we do not, this planet and the source of universal energy will change it for us and it will be a harder ride than even 2024.

So let us rise up to the occasion and be the change the world needs, be the strength and solution we need in our own lives. FOR IF NOT YOU, WHO? We can not wait for others to do it for us anymore; we must be proactive in our own lives and in our community in order to thrive and rise up to greater heights.

After decades of wide-ranging professional experience, along with navigating my own challenging and blessed life journey, I’ve come to some core understandings about who we are as human beings and the process of mentoring personal transformation. Here’s what I’ve discovered:

Even though I have faced many adversities in both mental and physical health, I feel that we never stop growing as people. As a journalist, we face challenges on producing content that people will read with an open mind, and want to engage in conversation about the subjects.

Specialties: women in technology, DEI, gender, social model of disability, race, and social politics; British, Chinese, and Indian politics, mental health, eating disorders, nonfiction books.

Suswati Basu is a multilingual disabled intelligence journalist, former intelligence expert, mental health books show podcast host, and award-winning activist.

As a survivor and thriver from trauma, living with both mental health and physical disabilities, she began the International Women’s Podcast Award-nominated How To Be... Books show looking at helping mental wellbeing through reading and interviewing authors. Speaking to more than 50 authors in the past two years, including powerhouse people such as internationally renowned writer Seth Godin and veteran journalist Gary Younge, Suswati gained huge insight throughout the year and has been developing and creating a like-minded community. She actually reads a book a day! She is currently Head of Audience and Deputy Editor of NationalWorld news.

Suswati has written for the Guardian, Huffington Post, and the F-Word blogs, and has worked for various media outlets such as the BBC, Channel 4 News, and ITV News.

Winner of the Emma Humphries Memorial Prize in 2007, also shortlisted for the Guardian Mary Stott Prize in the same year and longlisted for the Guardian International Development Journalism Award. She has worked in China, India, and the UK and currently writes on a freelance basis. As a result, she speaks multiple languages including Mandarin, Spanish, Hindi, and Bengali. Suswati has also appeared on BBC Radio’s Woman’s Hour with Jenni Murray as well as BBC News, speaking in regard to feminist issues.

As a survivor and thriver from trauma, living with both mental health and physical disabilities, she began the How To Be… podcast looking at helping mental wellbeing through reading and interviewing authors. Speaking to 36 authors in 2021, including powerhouse women such as powerlifter and journalist Poorna Bell, and the Year of Living Danishly author Helen Russell, Suswati gained huge insight throughout the year and has been developing and creating a like-minded community who discuss these topics on Twitter Spaces and Clubhouse on a weekly basis. She actually reads a book a day!
