TALKING POINTS:

When you say Slipstream Shaman, what does that mean?

What is a Quantum Room?

The animals that help you do the energy work, are they what people would call spirit guides?

What is retrocausality?

Do you feel like you travel in time?

Is the work you do similar to remote viewing?

You talk about Poly-Medela, that is not a phrase I am familiar with. Can you tell us what that means?

When you are doing Quantum sessions, do you ever encounter something that scares you?

Many people are searching for their “purpose”, will the Slipstream Shaman book help them find their purpose?

Your book is designed to be a quick read, why did you design it that way?

Will people be able to do the work you do immediately?

How long have you been meditating?

Was there an event(s) in your life that sent you on this path as an energy healer?

How does your approach differ from other approaches? (i.e. Reiki, healing touch, therapeutic touch)

When you perform distance healing, do you need something tangible to connect you to your subject?

Is there a community of energy healers with a similar approach (as yours)?

In your book you encourage readers toward individuality in their practice. Can you describe your personal Quantum practices

Over the last 40 years of my life I have been looking for my purpose.    I thought it would be something huge and as soon as I knew what it was…  well then, the clouds would clear, the sky would be blue, and I would have a clear path to a glorious success that would change my world.  When I did find my purpose, it turned out to be something simple, though I learned that simple does not always equal easy.  My purpose is “to help”.  Simple as that.  Now how do I do it?  This book, Slipstream Shaman: Using Quantum Healing for Individuals, Communities, the Planet, and Beyond is a first step on a large scale for fulfilling my purpose.

22-37. Fall in Place

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from September 6th

Falling into a new step of life; as the leaves fall and we get ready for the winter to come, take a look at the steps you are talking. Are you going down the same mindless path? of are you redirecting into a path that serves you better. I love this time of year, it is like a new perspective on life, another chance of pivoting ones self.

The sun warmed you and burnt away the worries of yesterday, but have you prepared for the fall and all that it has to share with you. Getting our fall, autumn, right can leads us into a sure footed winter without the chills of confusion. I have the order of what is to come next and I am taking the one two three steps to set a rhythm in which I want my fall into winter should go.

Take stock, take a breathe, and set an intention of your fall and in how you would like it to flow. Enjoy.

TSM22-37. David E. Bernstein. American Racial Classifications

Their Story Matters with Sara Troy and her guest David Bernstein, on air from September 6th

Classified: The Untold Story of Racial Classification in America By David E. Bernstein. American racial classifications

A call for the separation of race and state, backed by a deep dive into the surreal world of racial classification in America.

Americans are understandably squeamish about official racial and ethnic classifications. Nevertheless, they are ubiquitous in American life. Applying for a job, mortgage, university admission, citizenship, government contracts, and much more involves checking a box stating whether one is Black, White, Asian, Hispanic, or Native American.

• How did the government decide that a dark-complexioned, burka-wearing Muslim Yemini should be classified as generically white, but a blond-haired, blue-eyed immigrant from Spain should be classified as Hispanic and treated as a member of a minority group?

• Why does the government require biomedical researchers to classify study participants by the official racial categories, when the classifications have no scientific basis?

In an increasingly diverse society with high rates of intergroup marriage, the American system of racial classification is getting even more arbitrary and absurd. With rising ethno-nationalism threatening democracy around the world, it’s also dangerous. Classified argues that the time has come to consider abolishing official racial classification and replace it with the separation of race and state.

David E. Bernstein holds a University Professorship chair at the Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University, where he has been teaching since 1995. He has also been a visiting professor at the University of Michigan, Georgetown University, William & Mary, Brooklyn Law School, and the University of Turin.

Known as a fearless contrarian, Professor Bernstein often challenges the conventional wisdom with prodigious research and sharp, original analysis. His book Rehabilitating Lochner was praised across the political spectrum as “intellectual history in its highest form,” a “fresh perspective and a cogent analysis,” “delightful and informative,” “sharp and iconoclastic,” “well-written and destined to be influential,” and “a terrific work of historical revisionism.” Professor Bernstein blogs at the Volokh Conspiracy (the leading law professor blog) and at Instapundit.com. Professor Bernstein is a graduate of the Yale Law School, where he was senior editor of the Yale Law Journal and a John M. Olin Fellow in Law, Economics, and Public Policy.

Professor Bernstein is married and has three children of mixed Eastern European, Middle Eastern, and Spanish-Jewish origin. He prefers not to classify them.

The Nubble Light series is set on the beautiful and enchanting New England Beaches of York, Maine. Each of these novels are separate stories that appeal to readers of all ages, especially women. Young adults to seniors have confessed to falling in love with characters that will feel like friends in these quick reads.

Each novel consists of a female main character who has a personal obstacle to overcome. Some learn about the importance of second chances, while others are challenged to love without hesitation. In each story, someone returns to her hometown. Whatever the lesson may be, they learn from the experience of other characters, as the action toggles between multiple time periods, mainly the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, and present day.

“Written like a movie, these books offer entertaining, unique twists in a warm and fuzzy Hallmark-type way,” says the author. “There is a constant action in these quick, easy reads that zero in on human connection and how people bond with one another.”

There are currently three books in the series with the fourth book on the way this August. These stories take readers on a journey of big emotions and leave them satisfied and happy for the characters, while also leaving them wanting more! RG22-37. Heather Dugan on Divorce & Kids

Raising our gifted children with Sara Troy and her guest Heather Dugan, on air from September 6th

“Children can move forward, and parents must be good role models for their kids. This can turn what could be a devastating experience into an opportunity for growth and a fulfilling future. Use your strength of honesty with your teenagers. Being honest with them about the situation helps to normalize what is happening and encourages them to be honest with you. Provide plenty of opportunities for them to express themselves and to talk,” believes Dugan, a resilient single mom of three. Heather’s devastating isolation following multiple family deaths and a lengthy divorce sparked a personal quest: to solve her own loneliness. She is the founder of Cabernet Coaches®, social access and self-betterment group for women.
