Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air November 17th
In this Pearls Of Wisdom show, I ask you to open your heart to let your soul in. Why you ask? because only when the heart is open can you hear and feel your soul wisdom.
We have been conditioned to only come from our head intellect, and we have switched of to that soul Intuition which guides us, nurtures us and shows us what we need to know when we need to know it.
An open heart feels, yes it can feel pain, but it is through that pain we learn, we discover, we grow. Do not be afraid to have an open heart, for without that you are not living, you are just mindlessly doing. Being open to love on all fronts, life, purpose, joy, hurt and pure love, is the experience we are mant to have. Shutting of that experience will only hurt you and stop you from being guided and from really knowing how to love life in every way.
An Authors Kiss with Sara Troy and her guest Lionel Fieldberg, on-air November 17th
We have explored in our first show, Lionel’s long career in film making and his amazing journey into putting the wonders of life on film. In this show, we explore his book ‘Full Service” and all it has told us about Hollywood stars and we look at his two new books on African Shamans and Springbok airways.
Netflix’s “Hollywood” is based on a true story of which Lionel wrote the book called “Full Service” along with Scotty Bowers, the true stories of Hollywood’s sexual adventures.
Full Service…Adventures in Hollywood and the Secret Sex Live of the Stars
Now the subject of the hit documentary Scotty and the Secret History of Hollywood, praised by Vanity Fair as “full of revelations” and Entertainment Weekly as “deliciously salacious,” Full Service is the remarkable true story of Scotty Bowers, the “gentleman hustler,” during the heyday of classic Hollywood.
Full Service is not only a fascinating chronicle of Hollywood’s sexual underground but also exposes the hypocrisy of the major studios, who used actors to propagate a myth of a conformist, sexually innocent America knowing full well that their stars’ personal lives differed dramatically from this family-friendly mould. As revelation-filled as Hollywood Babylon, Full Service provides a lost chapter in the history of the sexual revolution and is a testament to a man who provided sex, support, and affection to countless people.
South African Airways pioneered flight throughout Africa during the colonial era, long before airports, supply services, radio and weather forecasting capabilities even existed.
Its staff and equipment served with the Allies in Europe and North Africa during WWII and it met the enormous challenge of having to circumvent African airspace when flying to destinations abroad after most African nations closed their skies to it in protest against the country’s racist policies in the early sixties.
Over the years SAA grew into one of the world’s major domestic, regional, and international carriers. Its long history was eventually terminated and replaced by a new entity in 2020 with the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic. In its original incarnation, it could proudly boast of being one of the world’s oldest and longest-surviving international carriers. It is still seen by many around the world as the airline with that much revered and fondly remembered emblem, the Flying Springbok.
How Film Led Me To The Mysterious World of The African Shaman
OUT NOW
Lionel Friedberg’s extraordinary career exposed him to the incredible wonders of our planet and brought him into close contact with many unforgettable personalities from maverick scientists to politicians, entertainers and people who survived near-death experiences.
His observations have taught him that life is far more complex and infinitely stranger than we can imagine. When he was struck by an unexpected life-threatening illness his efforts to find a way to save his life took him back to Africa where he encountered the age-old rituals and powerful healing methods of African shamans. Their mysterious ways have much to teach us and are as relevant today as they were in ancient times.

I have not made it a secret that I do not like Trump and his administration. I do not like his morals, his lack of respect for others and for how he has stirred America’s discontent into hate and division.
I do not know how Biden and Harris will be, but at least they will be coherent and as they have already proven, work for Americans and unite the with the world again.
I know I am Canadian, I can hear mind your own business, but Trump made it our business too when he decided he did not like us. All around the world, there have been cheers of joy for him to be out and to have someone with who they can converse with.
No matter our differences, we should not be pitched against each other. One world, one planet one life to live in grace and purpose and we all get to share this wonderful world and we need to step up and be kind to planet earth and to each other.
So what ever the outcome, if you liked it or not, it is time to come together and heal, re build, listen to one another, and realize that our fears are common in most ways, and when there is not someone stir up the hate into mindless hysteria, we can see each other in a way that is respectful.

His start in life was inauspicious. At 9 years old, he relinquished his parents’ rights and entered the Russian orphanage. At 12 years old, he decided to be adopted into a new family, in a new country, halfway across the world, to start a new life. At 24 years old, he began his journey of helping others live the life they have always dreamed of, despite their hardships and misfortunes by allowing them to recognize the uniqueness and worth within their own story.
