My Lakota Heart’s roots were reconnected -first at being the interpreter for Andrew Thunderdog, Wallace Black Elk’s spiritual grandson back to 1996, and the shamanic dimension came back into full conscious awareness in the sense of the Sacred way of the Star Nations, more and more clearly until a vision quest in 2001.

There, I was to be given my Medicine name as well as the information that it was time for me to take back my Medicine drum, in other words, to start again operating as a “hollow bone” (conduit for Spirit).

From there, various life experiences have allowed me to become more and more receptive to a guidance that began flowing with more and more fluidity, and in this way to accompany beings towards the quantum healing and reunification of soul aspects still in dissonance, through various techniques and tools that got refined along time, including the sound of one’s own voice.

All my life I have sought permission to BE ME. NO more, I came to an understanding that I was the one to give my self permission and that I did not need anyone else to give it to me.

When we spend our lives trying to be what everyone wants and needs from us, it stops us from becoming who are really meant to be. Society has dictated that we must be, a certain size, colour, faith, intelligence, rich, sexy, useful and that if do not fit into that mould we are useless.

We waste so much of our lives trying to be, that we deny who we really are. Our wonderful complicated topsy turvy lives and our journey of self-discovery is coming home to our inner selves. For it is only when we look in and connect with our soul that we ignite our heart and set our spirit free and open our minds to know who what and why we are.

So do not sell your self short, do not wait for permission, but ALLOW your self to be all that wonderfulness you are and be willing to go through the process of that self-discovery of your meaning beautiful gift that you are in services to life its self.

Have we got to a stage where we have stopped thinking for our selves? Do we rely so much on APP’S that we can’t deduce anything our selves and have lost the need t feel and be connected to self and those around us?

We are so afraid of robots, yet we have given our lives over to artificial intelligence with our phones, and we are losing our ability to think, feel and interact with anyone.

These are tools, not a replacement for thought or for interaction and taking productive action in our lives.

Get back to hearing life in nature, within our selves, and hear our selves from the inside out while hearing what is around us and who is trying to communicate with us directly.

Go to the park and pick up a small bag of garbage, help your neighbour by bringing their empty garbage can up to their garage, tell a friend what you appreciate about them, buy a stranger a coffee or a bottle of water. Give someone a hug. It’s easy and you will feel great once you are done!
