Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from July 23rd
Taking a day for yourself can be incredibly rejuvenating and grounding. It’s about prioritizing your own well-being and happiness without feeling guilty about it. This time allows you to reconnect with your inner self, recalibrate your thoughts, and recharge your energy.
When you dedicate a day to yourself, you can indulge in activities that bring you joy and peace, whether it’s reading a favorite book, taking a long walk in nature, practicing yoga or meditation, or simply lounging and enjoying some quiet time. These moments of solitude and self-reflection help you regain clarity and perspective amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Moreover, being selfish in this context isn’t about neglecting responsibilities or disregarding others; it’s about recognizing that by nurturing yourself, you can ultimately be more present and effective in your relationships and commitments. It’s like filling up your own cup so that you have more to give to others.
The joy that comes from taking a day for yourself is unique—it’s a blend of contentment, relaxation, and a renewed sense of purpose. It reminds you of your own worth and the importance of self-care in maintaining overall well-being. So, embrace the opportunity to be selfish in this positive sense, and allow yourself the gift of a day focused entirely on you.

Quantum Spirituality with Sara Troy and her guest Cathleen Berrkens, on air from June 18th
Nurse and integrative health coach Cathleen Beerkens is the founder of A Wellness Revolution, an institute for integrative nutrition, and author of the new book, YOUR CREATOR MATRIX: How to Use Optimal Wellness and Quantum Healing to Master Your Story and Create Your Reality (World Changers Media; April 2024). Beerkens will talk about how quantum physics and the emerging sciences of epigenetics, glycobiology and nutrigenetics can support optimal cellular health that will lead to the best versions of ourselves. Science is showing that epigenetics triumphs over genetics and that our choices and way of living will directly impact the health and behavior of our cells, and this will influence which genes are expressed.
Using Quantum Healing to Create Your Reality Exploring the new sciences of epigenetics and glycobiology
“Never before have we seen a perspective on manifestation like this. Through science and story, Cathleen shows us how we can create, refine, and design our reality by optimizing our well-being at the cellular level. This book will forever change the way you see yourself as an integrated being and creator.” – Marci Shimoff, #1 NY Times best-selling author, Happy for No Reason and Chicken Soup for the Woman’s Soul
“This book is a tremendous treatise on becoming your best self. Cathleen masterfully introduces and expertly explains the emerging new sciences most importantly the less well known field of nutrition glycoscience – how sugar structures build our cellular foundation that allow our body to communicate the metabolic functions necessary to create physical, emotional, and ultimately spiritual wholeness in our eternal journey to acquire more truth and light. This book will occupy a special place in my library.” – Larry Law, scientist and author of There’s an Elephant in the Room: Exposing Hidden Truths in the Science of Health
In an interview, Cathleen will talk about:
The idea of consciously creating our own story and what it means to be a “creator”
The science behind manifesting – the basic premise of quantum physics is that we are all connected to a quantum field or Universal Field, and that we can influence this field and change our materialistic world
The illusion of separation and disconnection and how this relates to stress management
The science of change and how we are not trapped by our habits; we can choose them
What is consciousness, and why is it the key to growth?
What is Quantum Mechanics? How does it differ from the term quantum physics?
Epigenetics: How are your choices and your storyline influencing your DNA?
Can we upgrade our DNA?
How our emotions and inherited belief systems affect cellular health and DNA expression
Nutrigenetics and Nutrigenomics – food is information – how are you nourishing your cells?
How can understanding how our cells connect help us understand our health and well-being?
The missing link in nutrition – what is glycoscience?

Your Health is Your Choice with Sara Troy and her guest Victoria J Mondloch, MD, on air June 18th
I advocate for patients to achieve optimal health as the traditional medical system has lost its focus. Patients want to be off of meds and out of the healthcare system but medicine tries very hard to continuously ‘hook’ you into the system with meds, specialist referrals but NO ONE is helping you find the root cause of your issues; NO ONE IS HEARING YOU! Feel 15-20years younger than your age by doing foundational bloodwork (covered by your insurance) and advocate for optimal health.
Also, know that you can prevent many devastating diseases by this approach; breast cancer, osteoporosis and even Alzheimer’s.
Victoria J. Mondloch, M.D. is a recently retired physician from Waukesha, Wisconsin. President and Founder of Victoria J. Mondloch, MD, SC., she was also the Medical Director of Wisconsin Stem Cell LLC. With over 35 years of experience, she specialized in women’s health, family medicine, and preventative health & wellness. Dr. Mondloch earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Her approach was to educate and empower her patients to better understand their bodies and maintain healthy lifestyle habits. Your Health is Your Choice with Sara Troy and her guest Dr. Sophia Yen, on air from June 18th
Anyone with a uterus needs to #StopSuckingItUp. If you have painful periods or menopause symptoms, please see a doctor. Dr. Sophia Yen will cover: how estrogen replacement therapy or menopause hormonal therapy (MHT) can benefit anyone of menopausal age who was born XX, the indications for MHT, making #periodsOptional a lifehack and way to decrease ovarian, endometrial, and colorectal cancer and risk of anemia, and all the birth control options.
I was giving a talk to bunch of doctors and the question came up: Why don’t women take their birth control? One of the top reasons? They didn’t have it on hand. So, my friend and I started Pandia Health to “make sure no one runs out of birth control on our watch.” Then we ran ads, “free birth control delivery” and 60% of the respondents did not have a prescription. So, we added asynchronous telemedicine.
Then I hit menopause, and all my friends said “menopause!” and I said “Yes. I will find the best treatment for me and share it with all of you”
Thus Pandia Health is here for women from 14 years old through your entire life.
As the only Women founded and led, the only doctor founded and led, the only moms founded and led, birth control delivery company, we’re building the Online Health Brand Women Can Trust.
