YH25-43. Michele Molitor“ Reclaiming Your True Self”

Your Health Is Your Choice with Sara Troy and her guest Michele Molitor, on air from October 28th

I do this work because I’ve lived it. After burning out in a high-pressure career that demanded perfection, I saw firsthand how self-doubt, people-pleasing, and anxiety can quietly erode even the most capable among us. I became obsessed with understanding how we can break those cycles — not just cope, but truly heal. Today, I help others do the same: to release the patterns that no longer serve them, reconnect with their worth, and lead with calm, clarity, and confidence. Because when we stop performing and start aligning with who we really are — that’s where real power lives.

I started my career in the fast-paced world of high tech, climbing the ladder as a creative director in Silicon Valley. From the outside, everything looked shiny — but on the inside, I was unraveling. After being bullied out of my role, I was left reeling with a massive case of imposter syndrome and a painful question: Who am I without the title?

That question became the turning point.

It launched a decades-long journey of healing, self-inquiry, and transformation. I dove deep into neuroscience, coaching, hypnotherapy, and the psychology of human behavior — not just to help others, but to first rebuild myself from the inside out.

Today, I’m not just a coach or a therapist. I’m a guide. A fellow traveler. A woman who knows what it feels like to lose herself to burnout — and to find a way back to clarity, purpose, and power.

Behind the credentials, I’m someone who loves nature, animals, books, quiet mornings with a cuppa tea, deep conversations, and helping people remember who they truly are when the masks come off.

25-43. Let Life Live

Sara’s View of life with Sara Troy, on air from Octopber 28th

Last week, I became a grandmother. I had done a show about the waiting and the anticipation, and finally, the little one arrived—fast, intense, and beautiful—a healthy baby boy. There’s something profoundly different about being a grandmother. When you hold your grandchild, the feeling isn’t about responsibility, as it was with your own children. It’s about wonderment, nurturing, sparking the imagination, and sharing the love from a place of pure presence.

It’s also a reminder to slow down. We’ve become so expectational, so one-dimensional in our chase for what we think life should be, that we forget how to simply be. Holding this little boy reminded me of balance—of equilibrium and common sense. Life isn’t about being swept away by the noise of the outside world; it’s about grounding ourselves in what truly matters.

When I held him, I felt his energy—his strength, wisdom, and intuitive nature. He reminded me that simplicity is the gateway to truth. We don’t need to complicate life with endless chasing and comparison. What we truly need is presence, imagination, and gratitude for the small things.

The world around us feels shaken—by greed, anger, and disconnection. But when we reconnect with nature, with one another, and with our hearts, we rediscover the meaning of life itself. Holding a baby, hugging a tree, laughing with loved ones—these are the real treasures.

As I cradle this new life, I pray he grows up in a world of compassion, higher consciousness, and unity. A world where success is measured by kindness and love, not status or wealth. I am grateful for my family, my children, and my grandchildren, for they are my greatest blessings.

So, pause. Breathe. Feel. Ask yourself what truly brings you joy, and do more of it. Because in the end, life’s greatest gift is simply to be present, to love, to laugh, and to live authentically from the heart.

RG25-43. Louise Wannier’s TREE SPIRITS.

Raising Our Gifted Children with Sara Troy and her guest Louise Wannier, on air from October 28th

Visual artist and photographer, Louise Wannier, author of the new children’s book TREE SPIRITS AROUND THE WORLD. Louise talks about inspiring children to open their imaginations and connect more meaningfully with the world around them; a call to get away from the constant screen time and get outside and explore nature.

Her years behind the camera taught her to notice the quiet details—light, texture, and emotion—and that same attentiveness soon sparked a desire to tell stories beyond the frame. What began as a creative outlet with a camera eventually blossomed into writing a children’s book, beautifully illustrated with her own photography. Her goal is to keep young readers happily engaged while nurturing both their imagination and their essential life skills. Through nature-inspired imagery and playful rhyming text, her book encourages children to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the feelings of each tree spirit they encounter.

25-42. The Waiting Game

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from October 21st

The waiting game is a tender teacher. We can’t rush a bloom; we seed with intention, water with care, and trust the universe for timing. I’m living that trust now—phone beside me, heart on tenterhooks—waiting for my 3rd grandson to arrive. That same rhythm guides my work: I used to sprint like the hare, chasing visions faster than steps could hold. Now I’m a wiser plodder, listening, connecting, planting what matters and letting growth be earned. The journey, not the finish line, is where the meaning lives. I interview those who lead with heart, who turn knowingness into service, because why we do a thing is the root of everything it becomes.

Real abundance isn’t in the noise of “six figures”; it’s in the quiet change we spark in one life, then another. When soul-wisdom downloads, it stirs the heart, and the spirit carries it to the mind to shape with clarity. We watch for the signs, pivot when paths get rocky, and choose companions, human and divine, who steady our steps. Some dreams, like Our Forgotten Children’s book, take years to ripen; others arrive as invitations to speak, write, and share. Either way, we move by core truth: listen, learn, apply. Let go of old expectations, return to your essence, and let that inner compass lead. I’m 71, grateful, healing, wholeness, and still planting. And just as a new child is about to draw first breath, we, too, can give birth to ourselves again, rooted, ready, and quietly radiant for what’s next.
