My mission is to help people understand that they can be the creators of their own lives by loving themselves more.  I understood this concept to a degree growing up due to goals I would set and achieve, but I fell short in my romantic life when I didn’t love myself enough and I was too much of a people-pleaser to ask for what I wanted.  I got married twice and divorced twice by the age of 42, and those experiences made me question all of my life choices up to that point.  I realized that in my romantic relationships, and also in certain aspects of my career, I was letting life happen TO me rather than creating it FOR me.  I now use my life experiences to help people uncover what holds them back from living the life they desire and dream of, so that they can experience more abundance, more joy and more satisfaction.

Coming from an Asian traditional family. I have been told and made to believe that a woman should shut up, put your head down, be the sister, be the partner, and be the wife of how society wants us to be. That is how a woman will get a rainbow life.

Nevertheless, after I experienced the traditional way. I realize even I have followed all the traditions and expectations from others.  My life was far from a rainbow. Instead it was filled with abuse from my 19 years DV marriage. Being bullied as a young kid all the way to adulthood. The hardest thing for me to admit was being sexually molested by someone I trusted at a young age that my brain have to shut down that memory to protect me. So, I would say, my life was far from rainbow but it was sure colourful. 

What changed my life was when I first start to work on my career as a makeup artist. I started running my own business and became well know in helping other woman to feel and look beautiful. 

During covid, my makeup business was at a stand still. I am grateful at that time, I met my current partner. He encourage me to take on life development studies as he told me , I am quite inspirational. 

I took his advice and move forward with the idea. Gratefully, I was featured in Yahoo Finance as the top 1% of business and confidence in Australia. 

My journey have shown me, I don’t need to be perfect to be confident. But I do need to have the will to continue to try and not to give up even when it looks like the world has given up on you. 

Because, somewhere, someone is listening. You will always get what you ask for at the end.

Today I help other women, especially women over 40+ to realize, there is more to life, there is more to discovery about themselves and there is still the chance to find the happiness you desire. All you have to do, is to start asking and start receiving.

One note of important information about me with regards to the business side of things is; I am a total newbie to the business world and technical world for the most part. I started trying to learn all about the business and technical World’s during the 2023 year, while I have gained much knowledge, I have quite a ways to go and learn.  

My point is when it comes to actual business knowledge and technical savvy it would be beneficial if you think of me in those regards as trying to learn from one of those business and technical books for dummies. 

I have my lived experience and the strategies I developed that I am a expert on and  I feel my belief and efforts in Positive Action Infusion can and will help others to not only change their lives and lifestyle but continue the process of changing the lives around them thus moving our world toward a more Positive lifestyle and Experience then most people feel and live in today. 

That’s my experience, knowledge understanding and belief. Everything else is shared learning, personal perspective, views, understanding, efforts, thoughts and feelings ect, what are yours?

Debbie Gray: Accomplished Life Coach & Business Coach, that began with the inception of first business in 1999. Coaching was introduced mid-2000s, as did a continuous study and mastery of diverse modalities cantered around mindset and spiritual growth. Successfully raised three young children as a single parent, whilst running a business and reside in both Africa and the UK. Zambian & British parents. Born in Zambia, raised in England, wanted to be a psychologist in my teens as the human mind always interested me, the saying mind over matter was a statement always heard, this didn’t happen, so started my journey of self discovery whilst working different office roles. Developed an interest in life coaching in my early twenties, but didn’t feel I had enough experience. Travelled some, acted on instinct and intuition, was free flowing and enjoyed life. Travelled to Zambia in 1999 and didn’t leave. Found I had a natural knack for business, got married, had kids. Fast forward to my early thirties and I was divorced, had 3 children between ages of 2 to 8 and had to make life and business work for me. So drew on my strengths to coach businesses and people to provide an extra income whilst raising and providing for my trio. Now in my late 40’s, parenting has transitioned, I live in both Zambia and UK and I thoroughly enjoy coaching.
