Hi, I’m Lisa Marie – a consultant, speaker, and executive coach specialising in feminine leadership and a regular blog contributor to the Huffington Post.

During my corporate career, I realised how women don’t take risks and focus instead on proving competence and being liked, over being heard and selling their vision. I work with professional women to become visionaries by developing the clarity and courage to own their power and PLAY BIG!

Prior to launching my consulting business, I spent over 20 years in senior sales and marketing roles at hi-tech Fortune 500 companies like Cisco and Xerox. During my career:

~ I was a multiple time president’s club award, winner
~ received several “best presentation” accolades at industry conferences
~ recognised by CRN as a “Women of the Channel” in 2012

Though I truly enjoyed many aspects of my work life in big companies and was very grateful for all it provided – there was something missing for me. Passion, purpose, and true connection were often hard to find in corporate life. Then came a pivotal point and I left my lucrative career to pursue my dream as a Speaker, Author, and Coach. I completed Life Coach Training, hold a 200-hour yoga teacher certification, and published my first book on feminine leadership.

What is the Question and Who has the Answer?

Adele Green knew her life needed to change but did not know how to, what were the questions she needed to ask and who knew the answers? In the discovery of these questions and answers, she knew her calling was to help other women ask the right questions and provide them with the means to the right answers which all lay within us.

I am a Transformation Specialist and twice published as an international author for Can You See Me Naked: Grow in a conscious relationship & Empowered Women. In 2007 I founded a full-time private coaching and kinesiology practice to help women with what you need to make big changes in your life. I do this because when I could not find out why my soul pulled on my heartstrings, I left for Peru … and then another and another place on spiritual quests. In the end, I left a whole life behind to find myself. Before that, I was a professional corporate national buyer and category manager in the FMCG and fashion industry in South Africa.

I share my journey online because when I was looking for answers there were no other women that spoke as deeply as I needed to go. Everyone offered me answers, but few told me to look inside. The real teachers are those who teach us to look on the inside, and few can guide us there successfully.

How I Blogged My Way Through Mantle Cell Lymphoma”.

My name is Margaret Cahill and in December 2012 I was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma. I originally started blogging as a way of exploring my journey through an uncharted landscape and also of keeping in touch with the huge amount of people that my partner, Stephen, and I seemed to know. I encouraged people to post comments and the blog quickly became a source of great support for me. I really enjoyed writing about the trials and tribulations, the good (yes, there was a bit of good!), the bad, and the ugly sides of having cancer and also the challenges involved in keeping my company, The Wessex Astrologer, based in Bournemouth, England, functioning during the long stays in hospital.

It is now more than 2 years on from the initial blogs, which have been turned into a book called “Under Cover of Darkness: How I Blogged My Way Through Mantle Cell Lymphoma”. As a result of the book I am involved in radio interviews and a lot of publicity which I hope will spread the word that it is possible to get through chemo with a bit of sanity intact thanks to some amazing support and the help of some very basic nutritional supplements.

I am a 48-year-old blind gentleman who grew up in a family of carnival owners. All I ever wanted to do was to continue in my father’s and grandfather’s footsteps and be part of the family business.

As you can tell by reading this, that isn’t where I ended up. I did help in the business over the years, but couldn’t sustain it after the early death of my father (who had lung cancer). I then turned to helping people sell their amusement equipment. I do that on my other site,

The Midway Marketplace.

I started blogging to promote that site and met a lot of wonderful people in the blogosphere. They told me that I had an amazing story and many commented on how I inspired them. They finally convinced me that I had a bigger purpose in store for myself.

So, I started this second blog, and in it I share more of my personal journey, struggles, and triumphs. I also got noticed by a lot of people and have appeared as a guest, an interview subject, and a motivator on many different sites. My As Seen Online page lists these places.

I do my best to help others, and do so mostly by encouraging them to take steps towards their ultimate goal or to continue on the path they have started.

I am now offering coaching to help people who are stuck and frustrated with not being able to find their passion or follow their dreams once they have determined what they want in their lives.

I am also available to speak to groups. I believe that by sharing the story of my personal growth and transformation, it will motivate and inspire anyone who hears it.

In addition to starting a new business, I have also lost over 250 pounds through a combination of gastric surgery, diet, exercise, positive attitude, meditation, and prayer.

The Foundation of Respect is a non-profit organisation established by Dawn to help empower women who are being bullied in the workplace. The Foundation of Respect offers women the ability to seek guidance through coaching, speaking engagements, on-line training, and free tips. The Foundation of Respect also offers women the ability to recover and to step into their personal power, feeling more confident and empowered. Dawn is constantly sought out by media to discuss the mission and underlying story of The Foundation of Respect.

Dawn Marie Westmoreland is a speaker, writer, “breakthrough” coach, and hypnotherapist.

She used to be a former leader in hiding! She used to hide from being her greatest self. Why? Dawn was scared of her power and was afraid of failure. She was also disappointing a lot of people because she was not living in her zone of genius, but the hardest critic was herself. After many struggles and lessons, she learned how to achieve everything she set out to do that is alignment with her goals and values. Dawn took her past challenges and made them into triumphs.
