Duane D. Stjernholm was born in La Junta, Colorado, a small town in the southeastern corner of the state where he learned Farming and Ranching from his Grandfathers. Raised in nearby Cheraw, an even smaller town, he graduated Co-Valedictorian from Cheraw High School and continued his education at Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, earning a B.S. Degree in Psychology. Seeking to explore the world in search of adventure, he joined the Peace Corps and spent two years in the Philippines working in Rice Irrigation Water Management in the Province of Pampanga, and subsequently teaching Introductory Social Sciences at the University of the Philippines at Los Baños, Laguna.
Recovering from “Reverse Culture Shock” upon his return to Colorado, he attended the Iliff School of Theology in Denver earning a Master of Arts in Religion Degree, specializing in Religious Philosophy and Metaphysics. Soon after graduation from Iliff, he was fortunate to attend a live speech by the renowned World Citizen and Inventor, R. Buckmaster Fuller, who inspired him on his current 35 year Mission of changing the prevalent mindset of humanity from competition to cooperation and collaboration in order to Co-Create the Greatest and Highest Good for all Earth Citizens. To that end, he founded the unprecedented Member organization, the United Earth Ecclesia.
To support and further his Mission he has worked in a number of hospitality and service-oriented positions culminating in his last positions as Production Administrator at the nationwide non-profit, Learning Ally (formerly Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic). He has published two books and launched United Earth Ecclesia website, ExLo.org, dedicated to the Co-Creation of the Greatest and Highest Good for all Earth Citizens. (RETURNING SOON)
Returning to La Junta after a 40-year absence to be closer to relatives and out of the big city, Duane saw a need for Agricultural Hemp processing facilities in the Arkansas Valley and beyond for the rapidly expanding hemp industry in Colorado. He responded to the “find a need and fill it” adage, and as a result, he and his Co-Founder have established the Colorado Hemp Processing Cooperative (COHPC.ORG) to fill that need and Further the Mission of Cooperation, not competition.

OUR EARTH PROTECTOR HAS GONE, MAY WE KEEP HER WORK GOING

Polly Higgins was a woman who dedicated her life to saving this planet, due to a nasty cold which led into a breakdown on her lungs, she left us April 21st 2019.

Let us keep her memory going by keeping her work going saving this wonderful planet. Ecocide is a global law that will make any harm done to life and planet a crime, let us join and become an Earth protector and makes sure it happens.

My first show with Polly

Ecocide Law sits at the heart of an emerging body of law called Earth Law. Earth law puts people and planet first and ensures the well-being of the whole Earth community. Earth Law recognizes that the Earth has natural limits and boundaries, and it is for us to ensure the welfare of the entire Earth Community by putting in place laws that protect future generations.

One-day Ecocide will be a crime. All of humanity depends on healthy ecosystems, so humanity has a choice: to either consciously prevent the extensive destruction of ecosystems or wait for the consequences to impact us directly. Either way, the status quo where Ecocide remains profitable and legal cannot continue forever, so a law preventing it is inevitable and will be with us soon.

How Art Combined With Function Can Solve Problems for Refugees and The Homeless

In this Interview with Abeer Seikaly where we discuss the intersection of architecture, art and function for solving world problems of refugees and the homeless. Her background with a mother who came from a nomadic tribe and her father who came from Syria inspired her to use her degree in architecture to create beautiful woven houses that can be easily collapsed and transported. The design keeps out wind, rain, sand, heat and cold. The interview takes place in Jordan. To test the viability of her design, Abeer spent the night in one of them on Mt. Everest.

Abeer Seikaly is a young Jordanian architect who has been featured on several global and local media platforms because of her innovation “Weaving a Home” that was shortlisted for the 2012 Lexus Design Award.

She is an architect, artist, designer and cultural producer. And received her Bachelor of Architecture and Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2002. Over the span of 10 years, she has built a foundation of interdisciplinary skills that span architecture, design, art, fashion, textile design, and curation. She joined Villa Moda, a lifestyle and luxury retail concept in Kuwait and the Gulf as a senior architect and project manager in 2005 and directed the first contemporary art fair in Jordan in 2010. In addition to her independent practice, Abeer is also the production manager for Adel Abidin, the internationally recognized Iraqi/Finnish video artist. In 2012, Abeer’s design, “The Chandelier,” was selected as the winner of The Rug Company’s Wallhanging Design Competition and she was selected as a winner for the Lexus Design Award for her work, “Weaving a Home”.

According to Abeer Seikaly, architecture is not about the building itself but more about getting into it and experiencing its metaphysical nature with time. “Ordinary architects nowadays are inclined to use computer software to design buildings while sitting in closed offices. This is only dragging them away from people and nature. A real architect needs to be out there to feel, interact and test their designs”, says Seikaly. “Creating is about the process and not about the outcome.”

Participating in the Lexus Design Award was part of engaging fabric with people and nature. Disaster shelters have been made from a wide range of materials, but Abeer turned to the solar-absorbing fabric as her material of choice in creating woven shelters that are powered by the sun and inspired by nomadic culture.

In 2008 two men met through a mutual friend. They were both working on accessing and utilizing high consciousness fields. Jeffery Stegman was creating high consciousness fields and cultures in business and Clayten Stedmann, as a coach in business as a spiritual path, was creating high consciousness fields for healing the human mind, body and spirit. They came together with an inventor who had devoted his life to creating free energy for humanity. Between Jeff’s experience in engineering and Clayten’s knowledge and extensive practice in Consciousness Kinesiology and the Hawkins Map they re-engineered the original device to broadcast a high consciousness wave to specific locations around the world. At first, Clayten and Jeffrey used the device and associated technology to raise consciousness around the world as a public service project.
