Choose Positive Living with Sara Troy and her guest Furkhan Dandia. On air from 24th of February.
My WHY is rooted in helping people reclaim agency, meaning, and dignity amid adversity. Having lived through professional upheaval, family and legal battles, loss, and deep inner questioning, I’ve seen how easily people can become trapped in victimhood, self-deception, or systems that erode their sense of self. My work is driven by a commitment to truth, compassion, and responsibility—supporting individuals in facing their pain honestly, integrating their shadow, and reconnecting with something greater than themselves, whether that’s purpose, values, faith, or service. I believe healing is not about being rescued but about being empowered to stand upright, make conscious choices, and live with integrity, even when life is unfair.
I began my professional life in engineering and business, spending two decades in high-performance, results-driven environments where problem-solving, precision, and accountability mattered. From the outside, things looked successful, but life slowly introduced deeper tests—family conflict, loss, legal battles, faith struggles, and periods of profound uncertainty that no spreadsheet or strategy could solve. Those experiences forced me inward and reshaped how I understood resilience, suffering, and responsibility. I ultimately chose to pivot into counselling and therapeutic work, not as a departure from my past, but as an integration of it—bringing structure, discernment, and grounded compassion into spaces where people are navigating pain, identity, and meaning. Behind the profession, I’m a father, a seeker of truth, a person of faith, and someone who believes that healing happens when we are honest about our wounds, accountable for our choices, and willing to stand upright even when life is unfair.

AI a shiny object or a paradigm shift
“The speed at which AI is evolving is truly exponential — far faster than the human mind can comfortably process or adapt to. For many, it feels overwhelming, uncertain, and even intimidating. That is why my mission is to help business owners and executive leaders shift their mindset, so they can approach AI not from fear, but from clarity, curiosity, and strategic intention.
It isn’t about trying to learn everything or chasing every new tool. It’s about understanding where to focus — what truly matters, what will have lasting impact, and how to integrate AI in ways that strengthen human insight, creativity, and leadership.
Through my work, I hope to debunk common myths, reduce unnecessary anxiety, and offer practical tips and simple frameworks that leaders can apply today, tools that help them make informed decisions, stay adaptable, and lead confidently in this rapidly changing landscape.”
I’ve taken more than a few leaps of faith in my life—and I’m grateful for every one of them. Born in India as a French citizen, I grew up in Pondicherry, attending a French school where my accent shaped how I’d speak every language after. In 2006, I moved to France for my studies and began working. My first IT job came right after I admitted I didn’t know how to install antivirus software. From there, I went from sales to leading global network infrastructure for a multinational company, working with telecom giants like NTT, Tata, and Orange.
While friends were settling down, I felt pulled toward something more. In 2017, I immigrated to Canada with nothing but two suitcases and no safety net—delivering food on a bike to start over. By 2019, I was back in a leadership role at a major financial firm. A year later, I lost the home I was about to buy after an unexpected layoff. That loss led me to co-found an IT company, which ultimately didn’t work out, leaving me in debt and sleeping in my Honda Civic. I regrouped, restarted, and in 2021, launched what is now Datasphere Dynamics.
I landed a long-term contract with a U.S. Tech firm, bought a house, and rebuilt—but once again, the role ended during a company reorg. This time, instead of going back, I chose to go all in on my own path, investing in coaching and mentorship to turn Datasphere into a business that truly reflects my purpose: helping business owners take control of their tech with the clarity and confidence they deserve.

Their Story Matters with Sara Troy and her guest Dr. Abraham George. On air from February 24th
Mountains to Cross: Finding Life’s Purpose in Service
From Global Finance to a building a school in India
Dr. Abraham George’s Story Redefines Service and Success
Dr. Abraham George’s remarkable journey spans continents and careers. After achieving extraordinary success in international business, he returned to India to devote his life to helping the most vulnerable. In Mountains to Cross: Finding Life’s Purpose in Service, he reflects on the experiences that shaped him—from narrowly surviving a military accident at 18, to building Shanti Bhavan, a world-renowned residential school for children born into extreme poverty.
Through gripping personal stories and a clear moral philosophy, Dr. George’s memoir delivers a deeply human message: You don’t need to be born into hardship to care about others. His work in education, environmental reform, and healthcare shows how one individual—armed with compassion and commitment—can create generational change. In an interview, he can talk about:
Dr. Abraham George is the author of the memoir Mountains to Cross: Finding Life’s Purpose in Service, a powerful reflection on his extraordinary journey from soldier and entrepreneur to social reformer. He began his career in the Indian Army as an artillery officer stationed at the Se La mountain pass on the India–China border, then the highest battleground in the Himalayas. Following his military service, he moved to the United States, where he earned two master’s degrees and a PhD in business administration from New York University. For nearly twenty-five years, he built a successful entrepreneurial career before returning to India in 1995 to confront systemic discrimination and economic oppression.
Over the decades, Dr. George has championed social justice and expanded opportunities for the underprivileged through groundbreaking educational and healthcare initiatives. His projects include founding a school that provides world-class education to socially and economically disadvantaged children, creating a postgraduate institution to foster an independent press, and establishing a rural hospital serving fifteen villages. His pioneering work in environmental health also played a pivotal role in eliminating leaded gasoline across India in April 2000—a milestone achievement in public health.
Dr. George has served on the boards of esteemed organizations such as Human Rights Watch and the International Center for Journalists, and he has been honored with awards including the Hind Rattan. In addition to his memoir, he is the author of three books on international corporate finance and two on social reform, further cementing his lifelong dedication to service, justice, and education.

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air since February 17th
February 17, 2026 ushers in the Year of the Fire Horse, and when astrology and numerology converge, the question becomes: what does this powerful alignment mean for you?
Movement. Truth. Courage in Action.
The Year of the Horse is not a quiet year. It doesn’t whisper. It moves.
In Chinese astrology, Horse energy is about freedom, momentum, authenticity, and forward motion. And in 2026, this energy asks us something very specific:
Are you living truthfully—or just comfortably?
What the Horse Brings
The Horse is driven by instinct and integrity. It cannot be confined for long without becoming restless, resistant, or rebellious. When Horse energy enters a year, stagnation becomes unbearable. Systems that restrict life, truth, or expression begin to crack—not because of chaos, but because they can no longer hold what wants to move.
This is a year that favors:
Honest conversations
Brave choices
Personal sovereignty
Alignment between what we feel, say, and do
Anything false, forced, or fear-based struggles to survive the pace.
The Fire Within 2026
2026 carries Fire Horse energy—and fire doesn’t ask politely. It ignites courage, passion, and visibility.
This is not reckless fire; it’s purposeful ignition. Fire Horse years tend to expose:
Where we’ve been silenced
Where we’ve settled for less than truth
Where fear has replaced faith in ourselves
And then it says: Move anyway.
For Humanity as a Whole
Collectively, the Horse year amplifies a desire for freedom—emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and socially. People no longer want to be managed, manipulated, or muted. They want participation, dignity, and meaning.
You may see:
More people stepping away from what drains them
A pushback against systems that no longer serve life
Grassroots movements rooted in compassion and common sense
A reclaiming of personal responsibility and inner authority
This is not about fighting against— it’s about moving toward what is life-affirming.
For the Individual
On a personal level, the Horse asks one simple but powerful question:
What do you know in your bones—but haven’t yet honored?
In 2026:
Intuition strengthens
Restlessness becomes a signal, not a problem
Your body and heart speak louder than your fear
Those who listen will feel lighter. Those who resist may feel exhausted.
The Horse rewards motion aligned with truth—not speed for its own sake.
How to Work With the Energy
You don’t need to run wildly to honor the Horse. You simply need to move honestly.
Choose the conversations you’ve been avoiding
Take one aligned step instead of staying frozen
Trust your inner knowing over external noise
Let go of roles, labels, or expectations that no longer fit
The Horse doesn’t demand perfection—only sincerity.
February 17, 2026 ushers in the Year of the Fire Horse, and with the union of Chinese astrology and Western astrology, the question becomes: what does this powerful alignment mean for you?
? Ram — Aries
Theme: Courage with direction The Horse fuels your fire, but asks for a purpose, not impulse. Move boldly—but only toward what truly matters now. Leadership rises when passion meets responsibility.
? Bull — Taurus
Theme: Liberation from comfort traps The Horse nudges you out of routines that feel safe but stale. Change isn’t here to punish—it’s here to free you. Flexibility becomes your new strength.
? Twins — Gemini
Theme: Speak it. Share it. Shape it. Your voice carries momentum this year. Writing, teaching, speaking, connecting—this is your lane. Just be sure your words come from truth, not noise.
? Crab — Cancer
Theme: Emotional sovereignty The Horse teaches you not to carry what isn’t yours. 2026 is about choosing emotional freedom, setting boundaries, and honoring your needs without guilt.
? Lion — Leo
Theme: Authentic visibility You’re meant to be seen—but only as your real self. Drop the performance. Lead from heart. When you shine honestly, others follow naturally.
? Maiden — Virgo
Theme: Trust the inner compass Overthinking slows Horse energy. This year asks you to feel your way forward, not perfect it first. Progress beats precision in 2026.
?? Scales — Libra
Theme: Truth over people-pleasing Harmony can’t come at the cost of self-betrayal anymore. The Horse empowers you to speak clearly, choose fairly, and stand steady—even if it disrupts the balance at first.
? Scorpion — Scorpio
Theme: Channel intensity into creation This is a powerful year for transformation through action. Move your energy—don’t internalize it. When you act with integrity, your influence deepens.
? Archer — Sagittarius
Theme: Aligned expansion The Horse resonates strongly with your love of freedom. Travel, learning, and new horizons call—but only if they align with your deepest values, not escapism.
? Sea-Goat — Capricorn
Theme: Redefining success Old models of grind and endurance don’t work anymore. 2026 invites you to build the success that includes joy, meaning, and sustainability—not just achievement.
? Water Bearer — Aquarius
Theme: Innovation with heart Your future-thinking thrives this year, but the Horse reminds you to stay embodied and compassionate. Ideas gain power when they serve humanity, not ego.
? Fish — Pisces
Theme: Ground the vision Your intuition is strong—but the Horse asks you to act on it. Creative dreams, healing work, and spiritual insights flourish when you anchor them in the real world.
Numerology × Fire Horse (2026)
In numerology, 2026 reduces to a 1 year (2+0+2+6 = 10 ? 1), the number of new beginnings, leadership, and self-authority. When paired with the Fire Horse, this energy becomes bold, fast-moving, and truth-driven. Together, they call us to step out of hesitation and into aligned action—initiating new paths, trusting our inner knowing, and leading our lives with courage rather than fear. 2026 isn’t about waiting for permission; it’s about moving forward honestly, independently, and with purpose.
The Collective Thread
No matter your sign, 2026 asks one shared question:
“Where are you being called to move—truthfully, courageously, and consciously?”
The Horse doesn’t wait for certainty. It waits for honesty.
