Bashing people for your own gain is cowardly and shows an inner insecurity and love self-esteem. We see it on the media and all over social media, it goes on in the home front and all around us and it has to stop.

I recently did an article on Harry and Megan’s interview with Oprah. I commend them for their Venerability, honesty and candour, it was not easy to speak out, but it seems so easy for the media to speak out against them.

To expose your self in such a way showing that they are not a romantic illusion, but human beings who struggle like us, is not only eye-opening but courageous to me. They spoke of a system that is broken, well, we can say most old outdated systems are broken. We are asking people to open up, be honest, that it is ok to be Venerable, it is okay to share your pain, your suffering, for we have all done it for way too long in the darkness, and it needs to come to light now so we can support each other.

The response to their interview has been mixed, some ( most ) have been supportive, were as some ( mostly in the UK) HAVE BEEN DEGRADENLY CRUEL AND DEMEANING, WHICH IS A DISGRACE. I will hold you accountable to your bulling or demeaning of others, bulling others to boost your own ego is deplorable. We have seen this for way to long and now we will not put up with it any more.

If you get your kicks out of bashing others for your own gain, it is you that has the problem, not the victims of your reproach. If you feel more empowered by attacking another, IT IS YOU that has the issue, for you are of low self-esteem and hiding your own Venerability. It takes strength, courage, truth and heart to own one’s struggles, where is the COMPASSION for those in pain? we all have something that hurts us, do not let it be each other.

I am asking, pleading with everyone, please do not be judge and jury, please do not bash another for your own gain, please show kindness and caringness to each other, for we have no real idea of what they are really going through until we are willing to listen.

LET KINDNESS CARINGNESS COMPASSION AND LOVE RULE OUR ACTIONS.

Freedom! what does it mean to you? Are you free to be YOU? Are you free to think as you like, speak as you want, and live the way you would desire? The Freedom of heart and soul letting my spirit flow is my kind of freedom. I have for so long bent to the wishes of others that it cost me my freedom to be who I really am. I am not perfect, nor would I want to be, I am SARA, WITH ALL MY FLAWS, PASSIONS, CONVICTIONS, AND LOVE, I AM ENOUGH I AM ME.

I have just bought a car, I have not had one for 6 years, and I forgot the freedom to just go where ever I want to go. My fight for freedom to be me was a lot longer but so worth it in the end, for I like me now, I like what I stand for, I like who I care for, I like my purpose and I love what I do for it brings so much meaning into my life and those who listen.

Last year I was to launch a new program, Covid happened, but no sweat, it was just a pause. Now is the right time and with the right person Shahiroz as a collaborator, and now the timing is right to let it be what it is meant to be. It is ok to have a pause, alignment is key, but do not wait till everything is perfect, for then nothing will ever happen.

So are you free to be you? Are you free to pursue your dream, your desire, your meaningful purpose? Freedom first comes of mind and then the soul’s heart, and then the spirit is ready for Actionism and you are a go, even if only small steps, you can move forward into your self, setting yourself FREE.

We are not robots, we are not meant to live in boxes, we are expressive creative creatures of wonderment and abundant abilities to make ourselves and this world a kinder more meaningful world to live in, and it all lays in our freedom to just be YOU.

LM21-10 Angela Predhomme sings “So Good to Be Free.”

With a laid back, soulful style, singer-songwriter Angela Predhomme expresses emotion with honesty and passion. She has a knack for writing catchy melodies and lyrics that touch your heart and sings with bluesy overtones that hint of her roots in Detroit. Predhomme’s songs have been heard by millions through television, film, radio, and in major retail chains. Credits include the popular Hallmark movie “Christmas on Honeysuckle Lane,” Lifetime’s hit show “Dance Moms,” Freeform’s “Switched at Birth,” TLC’s “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo,” commercials for ING Bank and Fiat, and closing credit placement in the film A Wedding Most Strange, among others. Predhomme’s unique brand of simple, elegant artistry shines on her cover of Sam Smith’s “Stay with Me.” The song seems so natural for her intimate, longing vocal delivery that soars up to gently float on sweet harmonies. The stripped-down piano-vocal production on “Stay with Me” lays out bare emotion, compelling in its uncluttered authenticity.

Asked why she chose this song to cover, Predhomme says, “How can I not be a fan of Sam Smith? I think he’s one of the best new artists of the last decade. Sam is a singer’s singer, and a true artist. About my choice of ‘Stay with Me,’ I always felt a connection to the intuitive, memorable melody and the raw, intense plea to save someone from abandonment. I think we’ve all been there at some point.”

Predhomme’s commitment to writing and producing her own music has continued, buoyed by Symphonic Distribution, with whom she signed recently. Her infectiously catchy summer release, “So Good to Be Free” continues to draw in new listeners, as well as its follow up, her soulful love song, “Changeless Sky.” Gaining momentum, too, is Predhomme’s low-key fall release, “Graced with You,” a tender piano-based waltz with strings that highlights her classical influences.

In the works for this hardworking singer-songwriter are a new holiday track and a full-length album in 2021. Predhomme’s upcoming album will include recent singles and several new tracks.

Willie J is a native of East St. Louis/Washington Park, IL USA. As a young boy, he was faced with many challenges and struggles. Standing tall in his years of growing pains, he conquered many fears. He suffered losing several close family and friends throughout his journey. These events caused him to push harder and to ignite his passion of writing and singing while striving to perfect other gifts. Having the will to succeed, with faith and perseverance, has helped to usher him into the man he is today.

His most recent success is his new hit single, Moving Up, which has been climbing three Global charts, two of which were spotlighted in the top-20 DRT, peaking at #14. Another single, Level Up, reached #7 in the DRT Independent chart. Also released in 2018 was the Exit the Dragon album.
Willie J released his single, Sunshine With the Rain, featuring Arthur “Flash” Johnson, who is a four-time World Boxing Champion Hall of Famer. The track rose to #3 twice in the Euro Indie Top 200 chart. He is preparing and the Pure Mission Entertainment artists for national TV live performances on Hallmark TV “Home and Family” on September 26, 2019, and the “Kelly Clarkson Show” will be aired on October 15, 2019.

During this interview, we talk about San Diego, why this and the next book are situated in the USA (pandemic related, and a link Lori discovered between the polio pandemic, Jonas Salk and racism in San Diego. The story is that the University of California San Diego wanted Jonas Salk to establish the Salk Institute and be a part of the faculty. But there was redlining in La Jolla. Redlining is housing discrimination. Blacks and Jews were not not being allowed to buy houses in La Jolla. Jonas Salk refused to come to the university unless Jews (he was Jewish) were allowed to live and own houses in La JOlla. That finally broke the redlining for Jews. It still continued for Blacks and is why there is still segregation and only about a 9% African American population in San Diego overall.

Barrett Clemmensen Powell has travelled and lived in Central and South America, the Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East. Her future travel plans include Africa, Asia, and Oceania.
