In my thirties, I started to question my life, my marriage was in trouble, I was increasingly reliant on food, nicotine, and caffeine to function and was becoming unhappier by the day.
Someone suggested seeing a life coach – thinking ‘what have I got to lose?’ I went. It changed my life forever.
Today I am in a happy marriage, love and respect my body and have regained control over all areas of my life.
I live a healthy life that is congruent with my own inner vision. My goal is to help others achieve the same.
I firmly believe in walking the walk, not just talking the talk!
Specializing in Health & Well Being has become my main passion, and I have gained the following qualifications…

Nicholas Man; As a kid I never really tried in school. With 2 Chinese immigrant parents, I’m sure you could get the idea that they thought School was the only path to success. Well now that I’m running my own digital marketing company, I don’t completely agree with them. I believe they confused 2 terms together, school and knowledge; you need knowledge for any kind of success, you don’t necessarily need school. See, school is very good at teaching a few things, and certainly, you need to go to school to become a doctor or an engineer, but for everything else, there are millions of books, videos and online courses out there. I ended up dropping school after my second year, but I have never stopped learning. I’ve read hundreds of books listened to audio books, watched thousands of hours worth of videos and taken quite a few online courses. Even though I never tried in school, I was good enough to get accepted into UBC for Electrical Engineering and that’s where I started my first business. A painting business. If you’ve ever heard of Student Works Painting they are a painting company that franchises out areas for Students to run their own painting business sure they provided a little bit of support but you’re basically on your own. The marketing and sales, and managing your own painters and clients. Man, that was the most stressful thing I ever did up until that point but even though it was stressful I loved it because I had a chance to make my clients happy and most of them were very wonderful people. I still remember working 16 hour days, especially at the beginning of the season and as I got better and more efficient those hours became shorter. But that’s when the entrepreneurial bug hit me and I’ve done a few business ventures after that and had a chance to make an impact on a few lives. Now I’m a part owner of a talk-show and I run a digital marketing company called Nicholas Man SEO.

Positive Vibrations Roundtable with Sara Troy and her guests Sam Hawksmoor and Brent Marchant on air from November 29TH.
Are movies just entertainment or are there messages we need to learn or be inspired by in them? We will be discussing current and past movies that have a conscious affect on us.
Sam Hawksmoor is an author and creative writers professor in the UK, movies are very important to him as they spark the creativity in his books.
I loved reading stories about the future that would take me far away from my boarding school in Woodhall Spa or later St James. The future was exciting then and scary. After careers that involved travel and photography and jointly editing the Hack Writers Magazine, it’s pretty much all been about writing. (Add a smattering of gold prospecting in B.C. & Nevada whilst researching a novel) and teaching (running Creative Writing Masters Programmes at Falmouth & Portsmouth Universities). Somewhere back there also writing radio drama (About 35 plays broadcast), I starting teaching ‘Writing for Kids’ which proved to be one of the most popular courses I ran. From there started writing my own YA stories.
Sam Hawksmoor is a lecturer in Creative Writing, editor of the long running Hackwriters.com on-line magazine and author of The Repossession Trilogy, The Repercussions of Tomas D, Another Place to Die: Endtime, Marikka and his latest YA novel J & K 4Ever – a story about love in a post-apocalypse.
A lifelong movie fan and longtime student of metaphysics, Brent Marchant is the award-winning author of Get the Picture?Conscious Creation Goes to the Movies andConsciously Created Cinema: The Movie Lover’s Guide to the Law of Attraction both of which provide reader-friendly looks at how the practice of conscious creation (also known as the law of attraction) is illustrated through film. He’s currently working on several additional publishing projects, including his latest book, Third Real: Conscious Creation Goes Back to the Movies, scheduled for release in 2017.
Brent maintains an ongoing blog (brentmarchantsblog.blogspot.com) about metaphysical cinema and other self-empowerment topics on his web site (www.BrentMarchant.com). He is also Featured Contributor for Smart Women’s Empowerment (www.smartwomensempowerment.org), Movie Correspondent for The Good Radio Network(thegoodradionetwork.com) and Contributor to New Consciousness Review magazine (www.ncreview.com). His additional writing credits have included submissions to Library Journal, BeliefNet, VividLife magazine, New Age News and Master Heart Magazine. Hear Brent as movie review radio correspondent on Frankiesense & More (toginet.com/shows/frankiesenseandmore) and on New Consciousness Review’s Reviewers Roundtable He’s a frequent guest on various Internet and broadcast radio shows, as well as a regular presenter at conscious creation conferences.
