23-33. Our Tone of Voice

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from August 15th

I recall a particular show from a decade ago, which, interestingly enough, still resonates strongly with audiences today. The central theme of this production revolved around the concept of tone and its profound impact on our interactions with others. It explored how the manner in which we deliver our words sets the stage for how we are perceived and received by those around us.

Imagine this: you have a message to convey, an idea to share, or a point to make. Now, consider the importance of employing the right tone to accompany your words. It acts as an inviting ambassador, encouraging others to lend an ear and truly listen to what you have to say. On the other hand, a misguided or inappropriate tone can unintentionally create barriers, hindering effective communication and dampening engagement.

By consciously setting the tone, we shape the narrative of our communication. It is an art that requires thoughtful consideration and skillful execution. How we choose to articulate our thoughts and deliver our messages greatly influences how others perceive and interpret them. It can be the difference between genuine connection and misunderstanding.

So, I encourage you to reflect upon the power of tone in your own communication endeavors. Ask yourself, “What tone would best convey my intentions? How can I create an inviting atmosphere that encourages others to actively listen and engage with my ideas?”

Remember, it’s not just about the content of our words; it’s about how we express them. When we master the art of setting a positive, welcoming tone, we open the doors to meaningful conversations and build stronger connections with those around us.

Let this related insight guide your future interactions: “Set the tone you wish to be listened to.” By embodying this principle, you’ll find that your messages resonate more profoundly and that others are more receptive to what you have to say. So, choose your words carefully, but remember that the tone in which you deliver them is equally vital.

May you embark on this journey of intentional communication and discover the immense impact a well-crafted tone can have on the world around you.

23-32. My gifts to give.

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from August 8th

This is an excerpt from my upcoming book “My Self Discovery” coming out soon.
“I see possibilities in people and situations, and this ability is more than just a superficial observation. It’s a profound understanding of the potential that lies within each individual and circumstance. By recognizing this potential, I can guide others to see what is possible for themselves, even if they might not see it at first. Reflecting back what I see is a powerful tool in this process. It’s not about telling people what they should do or be, but rather showing them what they could achieve. This reflection can be a mirror to their own abilities, wisdom, skills, and passions.

It’s about creating a safe space where they feel comfortable enough to open up and share these inner treasures. When the heart is open, it’s like a door to the soul, allowing the spirit to be ignited. This isn’t just a poetic metaphor; it’s a real, tangible experience that can lead to profound personal growth and transformation. An open heart allows wisdom to flow freely, not just from the mind but from a deeper, more intuitive place. This wisdom isn’t confined to serving the individual; it extends to serving others who need guidance, support, or inspiration. In essence, this approach is about more than just seeing potential; it’s about nurturing it, encouraging it, and allowing it to flourish. It’s about connecting with others on a deep level and helping them to realize their own greatness.

“The knowingness of our very being is a place of trust, wisdom, and peace, for there is no other intellect other than divine that can reside there, and it is there you find that peace, and meaningful purpose we all seek. Peace does not mean standing still and abstaining from the world, but a knowingness of knowing what, how, and for whom you are our doing.it for”

It’s a journey of discovery, growth, and ultimately, empowerment for both myself and those I interact with.”

23-31. Living in the Good Vibrations

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from August 1st.

1560753_10202988743745252_1422982005_n

The world needs desperately is good vibrations. We are living in a downward spiral and if we do not stop this it will be the end of this planet. We do have the power within us to change, mother earth is pissed at us, but all life is energy and if we can elevate our own energy then we may just be able to aid this poor planet into staying around for us.

As Carol King said, “We have to GET UP EVERY MORNING WITH A SMILE ON OUR FACES AND SHOW THE WORLD ALL THE LOVE IN OUR HEARTS“.

We must stay upbeat no matter how beaten down we feel. We must give a dam and not relinquish issues to someone else. We must believe in something greater than ourselves selves and we must come together as a community a village and help each other out and not turn each other away. A problem shared is a problem solved; it is time to get back to the sharing of hope, love, life, planet, and all life forms. For if we do not then we will pay the price with our lives.
No matter what is going on in our life good or bad, make an effort each day to be kind, caring, and considerate to some else. When we take the time to value something or someone else it reflects back on us with an elevation of good vibrations. If we all make the effort each and every day and add to it every day, this good vibe will flow into the air and be contagious lifting other people’s spirits and igniting them to follow and create the good vibrations themselves.
Turn of the news (especially FOX news) It’s true that the world is facing numerous challenges, and it can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, each of us has the power to make a difference. By choosing to spread love, kindness, and positivity, we can create a ripple effect that can reach far beyond our immediate surroundings. Small acts of kindness, words of encouragement, and gestures of understanding can go a long way in uplifting others and creating a more harmonious world.
We can make a difference; it is a CHOICE then an action on that choice. Don’t be a part of the problem but look to be a part of the solution. Don’t feed the pain but fuel solution. We can take back our lives our planet and our positive way of living, just DO NOT ACCEPT THE NEGATIVE, JUST DON’T LET IT IN.

Turning away from negativity and focusing on solutions rather than problems is indeed a powerful way to bring about change. It’s about taking responsibility for our actions and understanding that our choices have an impact on the world around us. My call to action is a reminder that we all have a role to play in shaping the future of our planet. It’s a collective effort, and every positive action, no matter how small, contributes to a larger change. It’s a reminder of the power of positivity, unity, and the potential for change that lies within each of us. Let’s all strive to send out good vibrations and make the world a better place.

Sing it out loud, say it clearly, speak to your heart and soul and believe in something greater than your self and ask the Gods (spirit, universe, energy) for guidance to a more harmonious way of living. Send out the good vibrations and make this world into a better place to live.

23-30. What is your Core saying

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from July 25th

Life is unpredictable and despite our best efforts, things often don’t go as planned. It’s important to remember that it’s okay when things don’t go according to plan. It’s a part of life and often, these unexpected turns lead us to new opportunities and experiences we wouldn’t have had otherwise. It’s also crucial to not overload ourselves with expectations and responsibilities. It’s okay to take a step back, reassess, and give ourselves the space and time we need.

Remember, it’s not about how fast we reach our destination, but the journey we take to get there. It’s okay to take detours, to rest, and to change our path if needed. And most importantly, it’s okay to ask for help when we need it. We don’t have to do everything on our own. We’re all human and we all need support from time to time. So, don’t be too hard on yourself when things don’t go as planned. It’s all a part of the journey.

Patience is indeed a virtue. It’s important to understand that everything has its own time and pace. Sometimes, things might not work out immediately or as quickly as we’d like, but that doesn’t mean they never will. Taking a step back and giving the situation some time can provide a fresh perspective and can often lead to better outcomes. It’s also crucial to be patient with ourselves. We’re all works in progress and it’s okay to not have everything figured out all at once.

Remember, life isn’t a race. It’s more like a marathon. It’s about endurance, patience, and resilience. It’s about enjoying the journey, learning from our experiences, and growing along the way. So, take a deep breath, be patient, and trust that things will fall into place when the time is right.

23-29. Venting Frustration.

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from July 18th

Can you sense my frustration and disappointment, and is it completely understandable? I have been nurturing this dream of creating a book for “Our Forgotten Children” for years, and it’s a noble cause. I have extended invitations to people I’ve interviewed, offering them a chance to participate for free and even promising that the proceeds will go to their charities. Yet, the silence from their end is disheartening. It’s natural to question their lack of response. Are they not interested in the book, the work involved, or is it something to do with me? These doubts can indeed shake one’s confidence and make one question the viability of the dream. I’ve got a publisher lined up, but I need the authors to produce the content. They had expressed interest initially, but now their silence is deafening.

Yes, I’m venting. Yes, I’m confused. And yes, I’m disappointed. But does this mean the end of the book? Or is it just another detour on this journey? Sometimes, it’s necessary to take a step back, reassess the situation, redirect our efforts, or even re-invite potential participants. It’s not easy, but it’s part of the process.

Indeed, we all encounter roadblocks in various aspects of our lives, be it work or daily routines. These challenges often prompt us to question our actions and decisions. Am I doing this right? Should I even be doing this at all? For me, the book is the right path, but I’m left wondering if I’ve invited the right people. Wearing all the hats can be overwhelming, especially when you’re passionate about the cause. This project is a fundraiser for organizations that serve our children, and while I can’t afford to pay anyone, I wish I could find someone who shares this passion and would love to embark on this journey with me. I have a publisher lined up, and to cover her costs, I’ll be organizing a fundraiser. It’s a lot to manage, but I believe in the cause and the impact this book can have.

So it leaves me with the option to invite different people to embark on this journey, both as the author and someone who wishes to help me by wearing a hat that is wobblily on my heard, yet fits them perfectly.

I will take a few days to ponder, and then, reach out to some new people working with children and see where it goes. Thats is what we have to do, right! pivot how ever frustrating it can be, go with the flow.
