Is listening hearing? Do we really take in what we listen too? Are we hearing the message, or are we just glazing over and only hearing what we want to hear? We speak and we respond, that is called a conversation, but do we speak to truly hear? Is listening hearing or is it something different?
Listening, to take note, attend, heed.
Hearing, inquiry, investigate, examine.
We say we listen, that we are paying attention, but are we just listening to reply?
Hearing requires a different thought process, like what are you listening to and what does it mean.
As a host, I am listening to respond as we are a conversation podcast network, but when we really hear, we can then ask questions which allows for a deeper understanding of what we are listening to.
With so much noise everywhere today, are you hearing what matters? are you listening between the lines? It is time we learned to listen to hear so our response is one of collaboration and or inquiry.
We all want to be heard to be listen to, please take the time to truly hear what it is others are really saying and think before you respond in the inquiry so they will not be a knee jerk response.

Words we speak leave an impact on others, good or bad. Choosing our words for the right environment and speaking from the heart can capture an audience in wonderment.
It is not just the words we use but in how we use them.
Feeling our words as well as thinking them brings about more authenticity to what we are saying.
Our first impression before we even speak, speaks volumes.
Our body language sets up your honesty in what you are saying.
Do not speak to insight but to invite.
We become our words, for they are our intent, so be thoughtful, mindful, heartful in the words you choose and speak them in your truth, inviting others to be taught and inspired by them.
Attitude does change everything for it lays the ground in which you will be heard and perceived. Be positive even when speaking to things that are negative, for if you go to too negative in your presentation it is hard to steer them back to a positive attitude.
Always leave people feeling good about what they have heard, feeling empowered and wanting to share, then you know that your words have had a good effect on them and that is all we want to achieve.

We have a dream, a vision of what can be, whom it can have an impact on, how far we think it can reach, but have we prepared for the success of even the failure of it?
An idea is great, but how to implement it so it can grow and exceed our expectations is in the preparations. So make sure that foundation is deeply rooted, and that the structure is strong, and that it can cope with expansion and weather any storms.
I am a visualizer, I see the finished product and whom it can serve, but I have not always had the patients to plan or prepare for the building of it, leaving that up to others who were more skilled than me. But, now I am wearing all the hats and that means I must step into all the roles and make sure that I have everything in order so that I can reach those stars.

So with the tools of preparation in your kit, roots firmly rooted, foundation strong and sturdy, and the structure for the building in view and prepared for expansion, you can reach for those stars and step into your KNOWINGNESS (Knowing what you need to know when you need to know it) because you are prepared to jump, leap, or walk when you need to without fear of everything collapsing around you.
There is a TV show called Naked out of the UK, it is a meat market. The female contestants are standing naked in a tube and a bloke is looking at them from the ankles up and dismissing them as it goes up depending on their bodies.
I am not a prude I don’t think, but I am upset when in an area of holding men accountable for abuse, sexual exploitation, rape, demeaningness and more, why are we doing shows on body parts and sex for nothing?
Women have fought forever to be respected, valued for her person, not her body and to be treated as an equal and not a piece of sexual meat.
I am all for us women stepping into our sensuality, igniting our mind-body souls and hearts in everything we do. It is ok to be a sexual woman if it is mutual and not just for a f-ck but for a connection between sensual beings.
We can step into our feminity, we can embrace our curves, we can sensually connect to all living vibrations feeling life run through our veins, but, this does not mean it is an invitation to screw just because we are being women.
Let us not go backwards and lower our selves to that of a lump of meat for some dicks pleasure. Invite men to see the whole of us and love who we are from the inside out, our souls our heart our spirited mind and not just our bodies, everyone will experience so much more by doing this.
We are fascinated by aliens, but we always see them as an enemy, are they and how much influence have they had on us through our existence?
I believe that through history alien forces have been guiding us forward with knowledge and divinity to strengthen us and propel us forward to a level where they can reveal themselves to us and be welcomed.
They live among us, we are a part of them and their teachings have subliminally and overtly been instilled in us. It must be very frustrating for them to see us hell-bent on destroying ourselves instead of uplifting ourselves to greater heights.
Why is it in our nature to make everything and every one an enemy? Why are we incapable or unwilling to rise up to a higher frequency and open our unused minds to see the wonders of the universe and what amazing knowledge we could be open too if we got out of our fear and or ego.
History shows us evidence of extraterrestrials living here and helping us develop this world, but we still question it in doubt. Signs are all around us of extraordinary things happening that humanly cannot be explained, so why are we still on the fence?
Rather like Star Trek, they are they here to observe as we grow without direct interference, but they choose a few to download their knowledge to help us grow? Our Leonardo, Tesla, Einstien, Ancient Prophets, Moses, and so many more creative change-makers were channeled information that would propel humanity forward. Let us not dismiss us and our own ability to open up those channels and receive the knowingness we need, or the children who are beyond their years in wisdom, skills, talents, and creativity and are changing the world.
If we are open to a conversation we would all share an unexplained experience and a knowingness that guided us, but we are so scared of judgment and condemnation for others that we ignore the sign right in front of us. Let us not let fear, ignorance, and unwillingness to explore and be open to what wisdom can be given us, for that is how we have lived for thousands of years and all it did was to slow us down and find ways to kill each other.
Let us be more open, let us get out of our fear, our EGO, and open our minds to what the universe is showing us. Our earth is in trouble because of us, at its core, it is dividing because of our angry, hateful, negative, greedy power hungry vibrations and it needs to stop. Only by raising our vibe frequency to a higher level will we save this planet, all life forms on it and ascend in our lifetimes to higher knowledge and comprehension of what we are here to do.
