Since the beginning of time we have loved the stories of others, their courage their strength and their adventure, why? because it inspires us to seek that adventure within ourselves.

I love learning from others, their life’s journey inspires me to find the strength and courage to live my own life, and without them I do not know if I would still be here, for these stories here on Self Discovery Media have shown me who I am and how to love myself.

When you hear how someone overcame a challenge so big it would cripple most, but they found within them a strength that would push them through in to a meaningful purpose that not only serves them but all who know them.

This is my WHY and I am proud of my meaningful purpose in bringing these wonderful souls to you to help you on your journey in life. To share their knowledge, their skills and their passion for helping others on their path, because in our abundant light and good vibrations we will help this world become a better place for everyone.

Your core value is self-love, it is the generator of your beingness, the truth of your soul, and the passion and conviction of your heart, the freedom in the action of your spirit. 18-37 Home is WHERE you Feel at Home

I love Victoria BC, I call it my village city because it has everything you could need and because it have a village feeling. I have just moved from Esquimalt, right by the naval docks, a nice area if you have a car, and if you have a family and like strip malls. Been there done that, for me it did not give me the community feeling I seek.

I am now in Fernwood, 4 mins to downtown, (by bus, 15 walking) 10 mins either way to coffee bars, pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and more. More importantly, it feels like a community where you feel a part of it. I have spoken to so many people already and look forward to our next meeting. I can go anywhere alone and not feel uncomfortable, like to a pub. I have wonderful homes around me that have great personalities, just like me. Lol.

I feel a little like I am in England but also a wonderful memory of South Africa, that 70’s hippie vibe meets new age millennials.

Are you at home where you are? Home is where the heart is, where your soul, spirit and mind are,  but is your heart still looking for a place that feels like a home? Home is important, yes you go everywhere you go, but when your in a place that matches your vibe, it feels welcoming and home. I am living right now with a wonderful 5ft dot, 85 year old fiesty black belt woman, and she is so much fun, and I feel safe in her presence, really safe.

Next year my own home, in this area, I have found the land, and when it is time, I will find the home to have all my family possessions around me and a place my children can come to too.

Match your good vibration with a place that embraces them, then you are truly home.

Sara Troy of  “Self Discovery Radio TV” is the owner-operator-/host and she believes in knowingness, that feeling you get when you let the divine intellect speak to your gut and enter its all-knowing knowledge, it then resonates with your heart in truth and passion, on to the spirit to get into action, and draws from the mind what it needs to know at the time it needs to know it. That is Sara’s knowingness and the state of being she chooses to live in.

I found my purpose and calling with my radio/blog/video network Self Discovery Radio. When I started radio/blog interviewing I would seek out those inspirers who had embraced their redirect and were now sharing their story and skilled knowledge with others to enhance their own life’s journey.

Each week my hosts and I interview exceptional people living extraordinary lives, sharing their expertise and their own self-discovery. We discover knowledge on our health, our inner wealth, our planet and our role here and our possibilities that we are inspired to follow. The story of others in overcoming life’s challenges in placing value on self, and in igniting their true meaningful calling, is truly liberating. It has been a wonderful journey of illumination for me and our listeners come and take a listen and hear why.
