How we see ourselves can be so detremental to our wellbeing, stop putting yourself down and see the beauty of you, within you. We get so dictated to by what we think is beautiful that we stop seeing our own beauty, as we age we see sagging, wrinkles, graying, instead we should see life lived, laughter lines, silver halo and resonate all the beauty within and around us.

I love a woman who embraces her age, her battle scars, her life lived, for it shows me her truimphs, it shows me her resonance of beauty exuding from her very being.

We need to love ourselves as we are and let that love flow, for it is that love in which we grow in and in which we are truly seen.

I have been running a program for the last 43 years called Your View of Life which speaks to where you are in life right now, and when we see the now we understand the how. WHERE IS THE LOVE FOR HUMANITY FROM HUMANITY?

We are in pain, we are in need, we are the answers we seek. So let us step up and show our soul kindness and love, let our hearts feel the love of all life, may our spirits find the joy in action and may our minds open to the solutions that are.

We cannot ignore  what is going on any more, we cannot turn a blind eye, we cannot give excuses, for we are the gift the world needs, we are the joy the love the healing factor.

Be the love you seek, be the kindness you need, embrace the joy of life, and share your heart with one and all. Your soul is crying out to be heard, leave your mind, hear your soul, feel your heart, let your spirit fly and open your minds eye, for you are what the world needs, you are what you need, you are the LOVE we seek as you are also the Peace.
