I am delighted to have Tony back again on air with me, each time he brings a new perspective on life and in how to live it to its fullest. We will talk about his chapter in our Self-Discovery Ebook (coming out late March) and his own books and programs.
Tony says that when we are not aligned to our essence, our body reflects this in many ways, and our heart knows it. If we ignore this knowing, in time, it becomes a thick wall that stops us from listening to our hearts cry for help. By design we have been given the principles that we ought to endorse, the body’s ALARM’s we ought to listen, and the life purpose we ought to deliver. If you are careless and lazy now and keep putting things off and always deferring the day after which you will attend to yourself, you will not notice your heart’s cry for help. You will not be making much of a progress in your awakening life, instead, you will live and die as someone quite ordinary.
