Hank Eder began his career as a news reporter, and over nearly five decades gained experience in graphics design, advertising, marketing and public relations. When he approached 40, he wanted to “give back,” and spent 13 years teaching print and broadcast journalism in public schools both in South Florida and North Carolina. When he left the school system, he went back to his roots and started his current “incarnation” in 2011. Having worn all the hats over the years, he now is chief instigator at Hank Eder Branding, Marketing, and Web Design, a “one-stop shop,” specializing in customer-driven branded content writing to demonstrate clearly how you serve your target audience with authenticity.

As an adult trying to make sense of my past, my Dad was asked what I was like as a child.  He told me I was sensitive.  That one simple truth clarified both why I struggled to fit into a world that felt so intense and why the path of being in service to others was chosen.  Discovering life coaching sparked a passion to help people learn about themselves.  My lived experiences transformed into wisdom which can support others to learn to trust their own nature and create meaningful change.  Witnessing the amazing shifts that people make in their lives is deeply satisfying.

A career as a manager in the food service industry for 27 years became my first conscious classroom for understanding the human experience.  Since discovering life coaching in 2006, work that is truly aligned with my purpose, I pivoted and have been supporting others both individually and in groups.

My journey began in early childhood and at the age of 15, I created a prophetic painting reflecting a collective shift in consciousness toward the heart—something I wouldn’t discover until years later. While this path has been unfolding my entire life, it became more intentional in 2006 as I began exploring embodiment, conscious awareness, and the integration of spirituality into everyday life. In 2016 I became a Reiki Master, earned multiple certifications including Theta Healing, and developed a body of work that weaves conscious conversation, sound toning, singing, and intuitive transmission. I am also an international best-selling published author, sharing insights rooted in lived experience, testimony, and embodied wisdom.

I also work with individuals and leaders who value depth, integrity, and real-world integration. I serve as a trusted advisor with the Millionaire Lifestyle Path, helping connect heart-centered coaching, retreat and travel leaders with everyday heart-led millionaires—supporting aligned prosperity, mutual growth, and legacy-building. My message is simple. Everyone has a voice…though many of us are afraid to use it. For the first 12 years of my life, I wrestled with a debilitating stutter, that silenced me. It was easier to be quieter than speak up. I learned in speech therapy the only person in control of your speech is YOU! Very powerful. I went on to enjoy a 25 year career in radio broadcasting, now a podcast strategist.

As stated above, I started in radio broadcasting. Really I wanted to be an actor…but for every actor who makes it, there are thousands working drive thru asking if you want fries with that. I figured starting in the media would be a good ‘bridge’ to becoming an actor. Loved the radio world so much, didn’t want to leave. Did a lot of community theatre when I wasn’t on air. When my radio career ended during the pandemic, I chose self employment (full-time…already had a part time speaker training gig) to help coaches, consultants and other subject matter experts launch world class podcasts.
