I started my professional path in traditional administrative roles, learning early on how much I love supporting people, not just with tasks, but with vision. Over time, I moved into virtual support and discovered the world of Online Business Management, where I found my sweet spot: helping purpose-driven entrepreneurs build systems that actually support the life and business they want. Today, I work as an OBM and Retreat Support Specialist, blending operations expertise with heart-centered strategy. I also write a Substack newsletter called The Virtual Life, a passion project where I explore the behind-the-scenes of digital entrepreneurship. I’m based in Northern California, raising a family, growing a business I love, and travelling as often as I can.

After more than 16 years working in corporate IT, in Service or Consulting companies, and in leadership roles, I decided it was time to take everything I’d learned and use it to support the kinds of businesses that often get overlooked—small and mid-sized companies trying to make things work without reliable tech support. I’ve seen how the lack of time, budget, or technical knowledge leads many business owners to treat IT as something they deal with only when it breaks. That’s what we want to change. At Datasphere Dynamics, our goal is simple: help local businesses make smarter technology decisions, take control of their systems, and build stability step by step, without unnecessary cost or complexity.

I’ve taken more than a few leaps of faith in my life—and I’m grateful for every one of them. Born in India as a French citizen, I grew up in Pondicherry, attending a French school where my accent shaped how I’d speak every language after. In 2006, I moved to France for my studies and began working. My first IT job came right after I admitted I didn’t know how to install antivirus software. From there, I went from sales to leading global network infrastructure for a multinational company, working with telecom giants like NTT, Tata, and Orange.

While friends were settling down, I felt pulled toward something more. In 2017, I immigrated to Canada with nothing but two suitcases and no safety net—delivering food on a bike to start over. By 2019, I was back in a leadership role at a major financial firm. A year later, I lost the home I was about to buy after an unexpected layoff. That loss led me to co-found an IT company, which ultimately didn’t work out, leaving me in debt and sleeping in my Honda Civic. I regrouped, restarted, and in 2021, launched what is now Datasphere Dynamics.

I landed a long-term contract with a U.S. Tech firm, bought a house, and rebuilt—but once again, the role ended during a company reorg. This time, instead of going back, I chose to go all in on my own path, investing in coaching and mentorship to turn Datasphere into a business that truly reflects my purpose: helping business owners take control of their tech with the clarity and confidence they deserve.

My journey began in 2010 as a freelance marketing manager, and over the years, I’ve built an international online presence. Kristina helps small business owners build their online presence by creating websites, landing pages, and establishing a strong corporate identity. She coaches entrepreneurs on developing digital marketing strategies, creating social media plans, and optimizing their business pages for SEO.

Todd Mitchell is the owner of Cybersecurity4biz LLC, a Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Todd understands the value of protecting data. He is retired from the US Navy and has worked for the US Marine Corps, with over 30 years of experience in government protecting confidential and secret information using cybersecurity best practices. Todd received his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Information Assurance with a concentration in ethical hacking. He also has an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Cyber Security Policy. Todd has decided to make it his mission to help all small businesses and families become cybersecurity compliant and protect their information. 

While in college Todd was invited to be part of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800 series working group. While working for the Marine Corps, Todd helped shape the cybersecurity controls used for the Department of Defense, other Government agencies, Contractors, Healthcare and Financial Industries. Currently as part of the NIST Small Business Cybersecurity Community of Interest (COI), Todd has been working to share business insights, expertise, challenges, and perspectives to guide our work and assist NIST in addressing the cybersecurity needs of the small business community.

Like many of you, Todd runs his business out of the house and has had to use his own cybersecurity plan to protect his home router and encrypt a separate hard drive space for confidential client data, while also protecting his business from the rest of the family’s internet of things.
