Building Your Businesswith Sara Troy and her guest Melanie McSally
While studying the principles of manifesting, our guest found the 3 most common frustrations to be:
how to figure out the vibration of the thing you want,
how to “live as if” when your reality is the opposite,
and how to know if it’s working while you’re “waiting on divine timing.”
So, our guest went on a quest to find a better way. Along the way, she developed a framework that lets you track divine timing with real analytics and be in alignment with everything you want to attract in life anywhere, anytime, and regardless of your circumstances.
So, if you want to skip down the yellow brick road to your abundance, I highly suggest you stick around.
After spending over two decades working up the ladder in corporate America and higher education, Melanie McSally set out to bring her engineering and leadership skills to entrepreneurs and small business owners. Now, she is a self-proclaimed homeless person, running her tech company, WyzeTribe®, from around the world. Freedom is her currency, finding a better way is her motto, and her mission is to help heart-centered business owners live out their calling to build a better tomorrow.
Melanie is a multi-time best-selling author, an international public & motivational speaker, holds a lean 6-sigma black belt, has won numerous awards for disrupting her industry, and her lifestyle is designed to showcase that purpose and freedom can live in harmony and balance. She’s here today to show us how to leverage intuition, technology, and automation to serve more while doing less.

Building Your Business with Sara Troy and her guest Marisa Thomas, on air form April 23rd.
I am an executive coach and speaker who helps leaders preserve, curate, and optimize the five key energy sources that they inherently possess to elevate organizational outcomes and experience personal fulfillment.
I journey with individuals and organizations through a proven methodology outlined in my book The Power to Lead to unlock the perfectly imperfect hero leader within. Leaders learn to harness the foundations of balancing their energy and optimizing their unique and authentic leadership power, resulting in increased employee retention and productivity, improved decision-making, and sustainable growth. Ultimately, the goal is for every leader to live their best life.
I have a variety of ways to come alongside leaders and teams:
Individual coaching, corporate coaching
Speaking and leadership training
The Rising Catalyst App, a unique on-demand leadership tool
Marisa Thomas, Author, Executive Coach, and Business Owner, is a talent amplifier, forward-leaning visionary, and strategic business leader. She is the Founder of DoorSeffect LLC, and describes herself as a “constructive optimist”, striving to continually lift, adapt, and evolve the way business leaders think and approach their people and business growth.
She is charting a new course to bring a more profound sense of relatability and connection between business outcomes, technology, customer needs, and the “Humanforce.” Her mission is to – Transform the thinking, Evolve the person, and Arrive! Because every leader deserves to live their best life!
I grew up in Leicester, England, with Italian parents who moved to England in their early 20s. I am the youngest of four children, and I often isolated myself to sit in the shadows of my more accomplished siblings. I struggled with academics, which caused me a lot of inner turmoil. My family is incredibly supportive of each other, so there was really no need for me to feel the way I did, and I think my dad tuned into this early on. He never judged but always reminded me of what I was good at and inspired me to elevate those strengths. What I was good at centered around a love for the arts. I found my confidence in dance and theatre, which taught me so much more about myself and shifted my mindset to turn my academic struggles into my biggest superpowers in leadership.
After a short career in teaching, I turned to the corporate world and started a 25-year career at Capital One. I started on the phones, quickly finding myself in the training department within 6 months, and continued to grow my skills in eliminate the overwhelm . Throughout this journey across various disciplines, from supplier management to operations and strategic business management, I maintained a love for developing the leadership of others. I have been coaching and mentoring emerging and experienced leaders for over 2 decades, and it is now the fully committed focus of my business, DoorSeffect.
I’m on a mission to eliminate the overwhelm that comes with the responsibility of leadership and shift that toward elevating the foundational strengths of great leadership. From 2 decades of research, coaching, and practicing as a corporate leader, I have found a formula that has amplified the talents of so many who were lost in the speed force of life and the fast-paced, constantly increasing super-human expectations.
I have helped countless leaders step out of the speedforce of life and find value-driven clarity and purpose to strategically preserve, cultivate, and optimize their energy to live their best life. The best part is that these transformations toward amplified fulfillment at work and in life have a compounding impact on their teams, organizations, and communities at large.
That’s why I am on a mission to help leaders live their best lives. When they do, they pay it forward tenfold and everyone wins.
