 Positive Living Vibrations with Sara Troy speaks with Deborah Antich our new PLV Radio host on “Mum’s the Word” listening to our kids so they will listen to us,  aired December 11-19-2013.

Deborah Antich doesn’t believe in taking herself too seriously.  She enjoys sharing her passion of life with kids, and his taking her mic to the streets to give kids a chance to tell adults what’s up for a change.

Photo Sep 29 2 55 11 PM (3)Deborah thinks we adults have a lot to learn from kids, and wants to share her message by opening the lines of communication both ways.  MUM’S the WORD gives kids the opportunity to frankly share their thoughts, ideas and issues with a wide audience of adults without fear of judgment.  Deborah wrote and facilities the kids program “I Project Confidence”- Instincts training for Kids based on over 10 years knowledge she’s accumulated from volunteering with children and through her work as a Child Advocate specifically as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) in her area.  She is passionate about all children which includes her own, a daughter,15 and a son, 12.

Samantha, the owner of Have Sippy Will Travel, lives up to her title. She speaks several foreign languages and has extensive travel experience. She has several degrees in education, with minors in women’s studies and literature, and is in graduate school.  A travel and parenting expert, writer, and teacher, Samantha has dedicated her life to children and education. She feels that travel and culture should play an important part in a child’s development and exposure to their environment.

Samantha is also a columnist and freelance writer who has been featured on various websites, magazines, and newspapers.  She has several regular columns (traditional media) on travel, products, and parenting.  She has worked on social media projects and tours, hosts twitter parties, blog tours, and is the social media manager and/or brand ambassador for several companies, including National Geographic and the Bronx Zoo.  She is also (most importantly) a mother, and is involved with animal, environmental, and human rights groups.
