Ignite your heart and soul with Sara Troy and her guest Megan Edge Healing, on air May 28th
Healer, Heal Thyself: A Personal Journey of Self-Discovery and Healing
I believe that to be Healer requires an initiation of sorts, or several! Your own healing journey of recognizing the importance of the events in your life, both the seemingly negative and positive ones, is critical to the path of being a Healer. Offering to hold space for another person’s healing requires that the Healer has done much of her own work, to better understand the importance of the space between client and Healer. My Mother, Myself and my Daughter – each of these relationships and my experiences within them has brought me to the work I do today in helping others with their own healing, and how to become Healers in their own right.

Temple Hayes has shared her wisdom with us many times and you will find all her shows with us here.
When Did You DIE? When someone told you that you weren’t good enough? When you buried who you really are for fear that others would disapprove? Or when you gave up your creative dreams to take a “practical” job? Are you in a relationship which does not ‘relate’ to you?
You may not have realized you were dying, but you have been dying a little more each day. And that’s the miracle of Temple Hayes’ remarkable new book When Did You Die? 8 Steps to Stop Dying Every Day and Start Waking Up (HCI Books). It empowers you to wake up and take back your life!
We have all had redirection to face at some point in our lives, some easy some most indefinably hard, but in the end, those redirects guide us towards a beautiful life of meaning purpose and love should we choose to embrace it. Here at this roundtable, we speak to the embracement of a meaningful life. Temple Hayes and Tony Edgell hosted by Sara Troy aired June 3o/15
“EGO, we all have one, it is a very human thing to have, but letting it have control over us is a very destructive and can destroy any leadership you may have. Being a leader in your own life is where it starts and let your soul, heart and spirit guide you will never let you down and will keep you humble. Pride over who you are what you do is great, believing you’re better than others is not” Temple and Christina Hill speak with Sara Troy on Ego and Leadership.

Bringing Happiness to the Table: How to create happiness at any table from the Board Room to your Family room.
Do something that helps the planet, a person, or an animal. Go to the park and pick up a small bag of garbage, help your neighbour by bringing their empty garbage can up to their garage, tell a friend what you appreciate about them, buy a stranger a coffee or a bottle of water. Give someone a hug. It’s easy and you will feel great once you are done!
Jacqueline has dedicated herself to social good projects both personally and professionally for over two decades raising over 10 million dollars for organizations globally, but it was Motherhood that inspired her to make a world of difference. In 2010 she made a commitment with her oldest son on his 3rd birthday to give back to the world every day for one year. They called it 365give. What started as a simple parenting project is now a global giving movement. Her TEDx Talk “How to Be Happy Every Day: It
Will Change the World” has received world-wide attention connecting and inspiring people around the world to give every day.
