We have all had emotional experiences that have been painful, upsetting and in some cases traumatic.  What can we do to move past those experiences? What happens to us emotionally and physically if we do not?

ec-paper-back-bookDr Bradley Nelson, is the author of the best-selling book “The Emotion Code,” and an expert on releasing trapped emotions.  Through his practice and studies, Dr. Brad realized that these bits of energy that make up our bodies are directly affected by the energy of our emotions. He also discovered that the energy of negative emotions can become trapped within the body, almost like a tumour, with potentially disastrous consequences to our physical and psychological well-being. He developed The Emotion Code to release these trapped emotions from the body.

Join us as we talk about trapped emotions, what they are, and how Dr. Nelson’s method of releasing those trapped emotions can help you lead a healthier and more joyful life.
