In 2006, she founded NY Integrated Health LLC, a holistic nutrition, exercise and wellness company. Rika Keck addresses health challenges associated with nutritional deficiencies, subclinical immune concerns, digestive disorders, autoimmune challenges, hormonal imbalances, adrenal insufficiencies, pain and chronic inflammation.
