Creating a Vision is not enough as it represents a too big a picture and it needs to be chunked down in small enough pieces to execute and manifest.

goal setThat is what we talk about in this show. The process of how to compile a strategy – of how to implement your 5 Year Vision.

This process is done best on the floor as this kinesthetic process allows your body to feel the strategy and how it settles within you.                                                                                                      In the show you will receive explicit instructions on how to do this.

Once you have your strategy worked out, then it is time to set goals. According to the Success Formula to have a plan is important and even more important is to take action, to work the plan.

The quality of your vitality depends on your coping skills with life’s demands.

livingvitalityKnowing what your needs are and having the strategies to cope with these needs empower you to focus on the more important things in life.

We have deficiency or lower needs that need to be gratified every day. However, when they are unrealistic they can be incapable of gratification and can turn into neurotic needs and addictions.

Maslow developed his hierarchy of needs that describes how we as humans progress from survival through the different levels to self-actualization.

In this show we look at the deficiency needs in more depth and how to develop coping strategies that will yield a higher quality of life.  We also look at self-actualization and some myths around it.

Living vitality is within the grasp of everybody, it is to find what it is for you. We are all unique and once again it shows that the meaning we give to anything is the instinct we live.

14/35 Mind-Body Health Connection

It is readily accepted that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind and vice versa. But how does it work in practice?

We are indeed what we think. The mind and body is one system and affect each other directly. Your health and vitality depend on as much on your mind as your body. By understanding the mind-body connection you can take charge of your health and vitality.

In this show we explore the field of PNI – PsychoNeuroImmunology – the science that refers to the effect mind states have on the immune system and dis-ease.

The work of Dr Ian Weinberg, neurologist in Johannesburg South Africa, has taken this to the next level by developing an application model of this Neuroscience.

I explain his Triangles Model and the archetypes and how it applies to real life. Of course, you can apply this to yourself. So have paper and pen available and write down your answers to the questions in your own life.

Dr Weinberg has developed an online diagnostic where you can do a self-assessment. As an accredited facilitator, I will arrange the diagnostic for you as well as give you feedback on the results.

Challenge for you: Check in with yourself and monitor answer these questions over the next week:

  • How do you feel most of the time?
  • How easy or difficult do you find it to get out of bed in the morning?
  • How much do you stress or worry?
