How your home office and your bedroom are connected to the success of your business, your health, safety, your finances and your future.

We do not truly understand in how our surroundings can dictate our positive flow in life, nor how our soul numerology tells us who we are and where we are going. Why does this matter? because energy has to flow to grow and we unknowingly put blockages in our way that stop that flow from happening.

As a business owner it is important to understand that the flow of energy in our office space, bedroom and the rest of your environments is just as important as eating. If there are too many blockages our surroundings will take over and dictate the state of our health, our relationships our future and our success in business. Everything is energy. Once we transform and create that positive energy flow in our environment, we can then begin to grow and breathe into life, attracting all that we need for a long healthy life and successful business.

Kim Louise Easterbrook is nick named the Wholistic Mystic, has an accumulated 30 years experience as a Holistic Interior Stylist, Real Estate Stager, Business Feng Shui Consultant, Intuitive Interior Wellness Expert, Soul Numerologist and has been a published longevity research writer for the last 17 years.

Kim has known her own adversity along her path, losing 10 family members to cancer before the age of 37. This propelled her on a lifelong study in Interior Wellness joining forces with the Cancer Prevention Coalition.

Born with an intuitive ability to read energy imbalances in people and environments with a natural ability for feng shui her peers deemed her an “Elemental Intuitive.” Kim uses this gift to read the connection between the health of her client, the missing elements and the energy and architecture of a space. She has furthered her study in numerology, intuitive development and metaphysical studies.

Over the last 8 years Kim has added her service where she works more closely with entrepreneurial men and women business owners doing soul numerology readings. She goes deeper where she actually can see a past life soul costume that identifies her clients character in this lifetime. These costumes come through as spirit art. This helps her clients with their business image and marketing to build a more successful career, while staying healthy, happy and joyful in their office space to achieve their dreams.

Ecocide Law sits at the heart of an emerging body of law called Earth Law. Earth law puts people and planet first and ensures the well-being of the whole Earth community. Earth Law recognizes that the Earth has natural limits and boundaries, and it is for us to ensure the welfare of the entire Earth Community by putting in place laws that protect future generations.

One-day Ecocide will be a crime. All of the humanity depends on healthy ecosystems, so humanity has a choice: to either consciously prevent the extensive destruction of ecosystems or wait for the consequences to impact us directly. Either way, the status quo where Ecocide remains profitable and legal cannot continue forever, so a law preventing it is inevitable and will be with us soon.

However, the Law of Ecocide is more than a peace agenda. It will also trigger the ‘Green Economy’ and create millions of jobs, which will be good for people, societies, governments and shareholders everywhere. It is happening, and we need to get behind it now.

I am now 37 and can say that starting my own business has been a challenge, but one that inspires me every day. I love waking up and knowing that I will be doing something totally different each day.

Nicole Dominique Le Maire has gained a reputation as a highly valued leader within the female business and Human Resources Industry. As a multi-talented woman entrepreneur and a global people connector, she is also the co-author of two books, including ‘The Female Leader’.

Nicole is an expert in leading people-based activity from a strategic and operational perspective, with a gift for developing entrepreneurs. As a result, she has gained tremendous experience guiding startups and entrepreneurs which has supplemented her MBA, MAHRM, and MCIPD and this has catapulted her to become one of the top leaders in the Human Resources and Female Leader industry.

Overcoming dyslexia and becoming a very successful woman takes belief in one’s self, women in business is very important today and is powerful, and a catalyst that creates new opportunities for women just starting out. As women, we tend to value relationships and through that, we can open up new avenues for global partnerships that drive win-win relationships between organizations.

If you take me for example, I am a very creative individual who enjoyed coming up with new ideas for the corporate business I was working in. Now at that time there were certainly many benefits to working inside a company and focusing on moving the corporate business forward, yet the idea of putting too many eggs in one basket and working on multiple projects at once kept me excited, yet ultimately it leads to a feeling of boredom.

This boredom is very current and linked in many cases (from my experience) to high achievers (especially women) leaving the corporate workforce. In a way not taking the role of intrapreneurial women in the corporate industry serious can kill the spirit of true innovation. This could be the reason as to why so many corporate intrapreneurial programs fail in the mainstream.

Women’s entrepreneurship is becoming an increasingly hot button topic. Women who want to experience financial independence and also experience the thrill that comes with owning one’s own business. There’s a lot that goes into running a successful business, and it can take a while to actually get something done, depending on how hard one works and what industry one chooses.

My experience of working with women and what the biggest challenges are that women face succeeding with their business

In most parts of our society, we have come to accept that men and women generally have the same capability to do a job. However, as much as mainstream society is poised to embrace the growing power of women in the workplace, there are many studies that show that people are unable to grapple with the idea of a female leader, yet more and more surveys have shown that female managers and business leaders are getting higher marks and reviews than ever before.

As more women role models appear in industries and companies throughout the world, it is becoming clear to anyone that female leadership is not only real but will likely surpass male leadership numbers in the future. I have worked with women in business for many years and I myself have faced the challenges of being a female intrapreneur whilst still working at companies such as DHL, Alstom, Epson and now as a female business owner.

What is the wisdom you would share with women who want to get engaged in business?

In order for a brand to be memorable, it has to stand out from the crowd. You need to be different from everyone else in order to create a memorable brand persona. Add your talents and skills to your unique persona, and you will find the sweet spot that only your company can fill.

It is a big step, so be sure it is really what you want. You have to commit to long-term growth and learning and you will face challenges that will help you develop as a woman in business.

Izabella Niewiadomska helps us overcome our health challenges in life. Izabella is a wellness coach using the tried and tested Herbalife products and system. Her interest in wellness was triggered over 28 years ago by personal health challenges related to stress and her ending up temporarily paralysed and with a loss of speech. She then quit her journalist job when she discovered a joy for health and wellness and studied NLP techniques and became a member of the Andy Harrington’s Professional Speakers Academy.

She migrated from Poland to the UK 24 years ago facing a number of other challenges, one she discovered she was pregnant (seen here with her son now) and her husband could not follow her straight away and she did not know the language. This lead her to accumulation of knowledge that provided solutions and helped her to survive and become a more valuable member of the society

Her personal great results inspired her with the confidence to help others, with inexhaustible energy and passion. In her work with people she draws back to her personal dramatic experiences and the skills she developed during the last twenty two years as a Wellness Coach & Herbalife member. Her metabolic age is that of a 19 year old and by living in her passion and loving and caring for her body and purpose she is an example of health inner and outer wealth that we all can achieve should we chose.
