P14/40b There’s a Hero Inside of You

Positive Living Vibration with Sara Troy and her guest Tony Edgell, Originally Aired on September 30th

1979969_281743855327922_1662783782_oTony Edgell found out the hard way that there is nothing more unmotivating than working just for a paycheck and believing money and materialism will bring happiness, or selling our soul for what we have been taught will make us happy.

Tony says that “I left a comfy and secure corporate America job to pursue my life purpose of inspiring and empowering people to find their purpose and to live their dreams. I found my calling, and I’m dedicated to helping others uncover the life they, too, are called to live. In the past, I had serious anger problems. I used to get into bar room fights, and during my high school days, I was a bully, although you would never know it if you met me now.”

I’m not proud of my past, but I’m proud of how much I have evolved as a human being. I am extremely grateful that I took the Hero’s journey and evolved as a compassionate human being with a huge tender heart who loves to inspire those around me. I now live a joyful life full of peace and passion in Pennsylvania with my beautiful wife Gail and my daughter Annie, the dog.

Change Thoughts You Inherited in Life. Do you remember classes in school, family, or society telling you to follow your passion, purpose, and dreams? We have learned from society to get a good job and make lots of money regardless of whether it makes us happy. We go to jobs we don’t like because we have learned to sell our soul for a paycheck.

Have a Questioning Attitude. Leap out of complacency and change the word. Heroes like Martin Luther King Jr, Nelson Mandela, Rosa Parks, and Gandhi all questioned authority and society’s “norms.”

Ignore FEAR. There are two kinds of fear—one is walking in a bad alley at night; the other is the voice in your head that says you’re crazy to follow your dreams and passion because you’re going to fail or be perceived as crazy. Everyone living their dreams ignored their fears.

Change Beliefs, Habits, and Your Comfort Zone. Perhaps the hardest but most rewarding thing in life is to make the changes necessary to be ALIVE and create an adventurous life following your heart and living with purpose.

Make Mistakes. Failure is not the opposite of success; it is an important part of success. To be successful at doing what you love, you will have to learn from challenges and obstacles. The key is to not let them stop you.

Tony Edgell will help you find meaning in your life by showing you how to tune into the personal message your heart is screaming to have heard. After listening to his own heart, Tony discovered the strength to leave the comfort of his corporate job and achieve the life he was dreaming of—
a life of inspiring and empowering people to find their purpose and realize their dreams.

INSIGHT For Women Who Struggle To Find Lasting Love

Discover The Key To Finding The Relationship Of Your Dreams (And Prepare To Find It Where You Least Expect)

“You Are Who You Sleep With”

What is your love meter?

Are you loving you the way you want others to love you?

marionMarion Baker, like so many other women, struggled through years of internet dating. She was at her dating wits’ end. Tired of packing up her last remnants of dignity to leave yet another failed relationship that was only months before THE ONE, she was ready to give up. Single in her mid-40s, she didn’t have a clue to the secret for lasting relationships. And she’d been looking for a long while. Always interested in alternative healing methods, she spent a decade learning energy healing, doing workshops and courses, and reading every self-help book imaginable. She didn’t know exactly what it was she was looking for, but after considerable time and effort she was sure of one thing. Nothing was changing. It was only after she discovered Transpersonal Psychology that things started to be different for her. When she enrolled in the counseling program, she not only learned to counsel, but her life was the curriculum of the course. There she found the support and the courage to face her own self-defeating patterns that were keeping her from finding lasting love. And she realized she wasn’t alone. When she shared her struggle with other women, there was a common theme. Most single women wanted to be in a relationship and didn’t understand what was keeping them from finding true love.lime And that’s why she has written The Lime Green Plastic Covered Couch, a serious book with a light-hearted touch. Marion takes the reader through much of her own unsuccessful dating history and shows the steps she took to her own success; a happy marriage. Through revealing her own self-defeating patterns, including the commonly shared fantasy dream of a relationship that would save her, she then reveals what she did differently. Most importantly, finding a devout spiritual path was a large part of her own success model. “When we can tap into a source of love that is bigger than our own personality, it opens us up to a bigger picture of what love is. What you can give a relationship becomes more important than what you can get from it. “Now known as The LOVE Therapist, she is a Registered Therapuetic Counselor, specializing in Transpersonal Therapy.  Her book is like a personal counseling session for her readers. Marion shares her own and other women’s love stories–some successful, some not–then comments on the stories from a counseling perspective. What went wrong? Could the situation have gone differently? What repeating pattern is revealed in this woman’s life that she can now change? Why is she always attracted to the bad boys that love and leave? As we delve into our familial patterns, the secrets are revealed. Any single women reading these stories will not only be drawn in, but will most assuredly find herself and her situation amongst these pages.I n her book–and in your interview with Marion Baker– women will get a sense of empowerment as they discover their own piece of the puzzle in their relationship issues. You can’t do anything about a self-defeating pattern if you think that it’s the other person that needs to make all of the changes. This is the most common mindset of many people in troubled relationships. What most don’t realize is that we teach others how to treat us. It’s when women discover that they can influence a relationship, and that they are an equal participant in the pattern, that they can start to make their own changes. And that wacky title, The Lime Green Plastic Covered Couch? Marion explains: Although my husband is a huge love bug that I adore, he is also a quirky character. Upon hearing that the neighbours down the hall had bed bugs, I came home one day to a home encased in plastic. The couch’s plastic had this particularly lovely lime green colour that I will never forget. He is a very practical person who has no sense of aesthetic when it comes to house and home. For me, it’s really important to live in beautiful surroundings that I love coming home to. This difference in lifestyle was a perfect testing ground to put my new-found relationship skills to work. Before I would have run away screaming with my hands in the air. Instead I was able to talk about my needs and I gained more appreciation for my husband as we were able to come to a solution that suited us both. He wanted to be with me and make me happy and I wanted to do the same, so we made it work. What started out as a horrific couch covered in lime green plastic, became a fond memory.”

BE OUR GUEST AND SHARE THE WISDOM

P14/32a Find Your Twin Flame.

Aired August 12th to 18th on Positive Living Vibrations with Sara Troy and her guest Linda D Sajiw

Twin Flames have also been referred to as original light, energy doubles, twin rays, twin hearts, divine complements, and twin souls.  I refer to the twin flame and twin flame relationship.

The twin flame relationship is one of the highest forms of relationship there is to manifest at this time. It can also be the most challenging as our twin flame is the mate of our being that is our authentic self as Soul. The twin flame relationship operates from the “Light of Oneness” which encompasses what is perceived as both good and bad shadow aspects of who we are. This relationship offers the biggest arena for our creative expression to manifest if we are able to receive it.

There is a huge ENERGETIC difference between a twin flame and a member of your SOUL family. Often SOUL family is very obvious, an instant connection that goes beyond the human form. Many of you may have had interactions that are now increasing in their appearance within your human waking life, where you are meeting people that you FEEL instantly comfortable and at ease with. This should not be confused with twin flame energy, if you are fully in the heart space the energetic difference will be obvious.

Article by Linda Sajiw.

Linda-insertAfter some scary experiences in relationships in the late 1980s Linda D Sajiw had a “3rd eye” and spiritual awakening in the early 1990s. She was downloaded with visions of her future self and discovered that she had been almost 100% off from what her Soul had intended for this lifetime.

Alongside expressing herself as a professional artist she has also had extensive training in the healing arts. This training was to resolve the underlying issues for physical challenges like hemorrhaging, stroke like symptoms and consistently losing her voice.

Now as a public speaker, writer and spiritual mentor Linda shares her insights and techniques for getting the body on board with our Soul’s purpose. As a result of the Soul Integration work that Linda does with her clients she has become known as a “Twin Flame Coach” Linda’s Soul work lays the foundation of Light with the human form and personality. This is the path to manifest the Twin Flame Relationship in the outer reality.

Tiffany Phillips is an accomplished actress, comedian, singer, writer and producer based in Los Angeles with an extensive background in film, television and theatre. In February of 2013, Tiffany created her critically acclaimed one woman show “I Never Met a Jerk I Didn’t Like,” which she has performed to sold out audiences both in Los Angeles and Off Broadway in New York.

To do a solo show is a courageous feat. It is both cathartic and validating to write and perform from the heart. Being open to examining herself, her mistakes and able to laugh at them is what has made the show such a smashing success. People respond to authenticity and if there’s one thing Tiffany is, it’s authentic and real.

None of us are perfect, but every day we have opportunities to show our kids the high road not only in our expectations of them, but in our expectations of ourselves.”
