What is enough? who decides who is enough? why di we have to prove our selves to be enough? It has taken me years to feel enough in my own life. I spent so much time trying to be enough in other people’s eyes that I let me down and them.
When you are living from the very core of you in the alignment of your soul, heart, and spirit which ignites the mind into knowingness, then you at your core know you are enough. That is not to say we rest on our laurels, but keep on exploring and growing but do it from a place of being enough for you and that will allow people to see you in your own light and that is enough.

Some Americans falsely think that Medicare will pay for Long Term Care. Medicare does pay for some home health care, but it is limited. Americans who want to avoid becoming a burden to their children and protect their Retirement Nest Egg will do some Long Term Care Planning.
I grew up in NY and decided to move down to FL in 1990 in search of sunny year- round weather and an attractive housing market. My dad and his wife had already made the move and when I visited them I fell in love with FL.
I joined the insurance and financial field in 1996. I was securities licensed and in 2008/2009 after the stock market crash, I decided to focus strictly on “safety and guarantees”.
I specialize in helping individuals with their Medicare plans. People become eligible for Medicare when they turn age 65. There are 10,000 people turning 65 each and every day and they get bombarded with mail and phone calls about Medicare. My husband, Paul Finkelstein, and I do educational workshops for Medicare. He likes to refer to us as “Mr. and Mrs. Medicare”.
But USA Medicare is just one part of healthcare costs in retirement. The other part is Long Term Care.
I enjoy helping individuals plan for their financial future with Peace of Mind and guaranteed lifetime income. For the purposes of this interview, I am focusing on the topic of Long Term Care.
While I was in my 30s I had to move my mother down to FL as she needed help. She ended up living in Assisted Living for 6 years, followed by 2 years in a Nursing Home.
The light bulb went off for me and I realized the importance of planning for my own future potential need for Long Term Care. The statistics of needing care is very high: 70% of people over the age of 65 will need Long Term Care at some point. That’s 2 out of 3! Some will need it for a short period of time, others for several or many years.
Most individuals are not planning for this probability. For several reasons:
They don’t think it will happen to them.
They think that their children or spouse will take care of them.
They think it’s too expensive.
Some mistakenly think Medicare will cover it. (Medicare covers some home health care and Skilled Nursing Facility)
I’ve heard the craziest answers, but they are all excuses
In my field (insurance and financial services) we plan for the “what ifs” in life, because we know its better to have a plan in place, instead of dealing with a crisis.
I like to spread the word of Long Term Care Planning because it could wipe out a whole retirement nest egg that one has been working towards and saving for.

Shahiroz has always been interested in metaphysics from a very young age. As a way of life I meditate daily and do a lot of reading and research.
Professionally I’m pretty much a geek. IT always was and now AV too is my expertise.
In everyone’s life there comes a time when you let go of your education and start to ride your passions. If you don’t do it yourself then events in your life eventually force you to.
So due to such a shift, my life changed. Years back I found myself running a metaphysical store and growing a metaphysical community. On YouTube you will find many interviews I did with practitioners of self help and holistic modalities who’s products and services I had the great pleasure to showcase. It’s also about the time when I became involved in Young Living, NLP, Reiki, Theta Healining, Hypnotherapy, Mediumship, Crystals/Crystal Healing, Emotion Code, Matrix Energetics, various healing devices and other modalities. Many I was certified in and continue to be.
So I went from Business and Information Systems to a Degree in Metaphysics.
I can humbly say I have had the great pleasure of meeting some of the most amazing motivational speakers. Some of whom are no longer with us.
I am now with David Sereda Lightstream, head the sales department and lead the Lightstream Technologies Community. It is here that I’ve met old soul family members such as Parvinder Grewal, David Sereda, and Fred Shute and I’ve also made many new friends through our clientele. I can’t begin to tell you what synchronicity this has been in my life and how magical the Light Stream technology and the journey is. More importantly, I can’t wait to see you all embark on this miraculous adventure too.
Academically I have years of study in metaphysics, philosophy, and world faiths and their texts, having been an editor, reviewer and researcher for scholarly texts too.
For pleasure, I’m a singer and love to vocalize. A psychic once told me that one day I will be instrumental in healing people with sound. I used to think it was my voice. I now know it is frequency and the David Sereda products. These are now part of my daily life. They have brought peace and direction back in my life after a really long period of chaos.
I know my life has lead me to my beautiful clients, and their experiences with the lightstream devices drive me to want to help in the endeavour of getting these products in the hands of every single individual In the world. Born to working class parents in Durham, North Carolina in the 1970s, Erica believes her upbringing in the years following the Civil Rights movement, the Vietnam War, the integration of schools, Title IX, and 9-11 all contributed to creating who she is in the world.
“Born in the 1970s, I was the child of tomorrow, the one that was supposed to be the embodiment of my parents’ and ancestors’ dreams. I was supposed to enjoy the fruits of everything they planted during their struggles and I felt this almost cellular duty to be a reflection of their beliefs; I was supposed to break glass ceilings, sit at the front of buses, work alongside men, speak up, be bold, go wherever and be whomever I wanted to be. Instead, I found myself staying within a safe bubble of my own creation, working in corporate America for over twenty years, pretty much not creating anything and staying silent. Last year, I woke up, took a breath, quit my job, and took a leap into being who I have been all along. And I haven’t looked back.”
After “waking up”, Erica embarked on starting her own fledgling art company, Peach E Holdings, and successfully illustrated her first published children’s book, “A No Don’t Day”, which was penned by a childhood friend, Carla Wright-Jukes. On the heels of that, she ran an ambitious Kickstarter campaign for her own children’s book “The Little Bayou Fairy” and saw it successfully funded. Her fearless campaign and strong message of needing more diversity in the realm of children’s literature caught the attention of the Huffington Post Canada. Erica was interviewed for an article about the dearth of representation in children’s literature and was quoted throughout the article. (Link here: Huffington Post Canada Article ) After some delays due to the pandemic, “The Little Bayou Fairy” is scheduled to be published later this month, along with two other book projects that are in progress; “Flora” by Lissette Perry and “Omm Yoga” by Jessica Manfield-Carter.
Erica was one of the featured artists of last year’s “ART GONE WILD” project and exhibit at Zoo Atlanta and her commitment to community service and support of local shelters and animal charities gained her a nomination for LiveSafe Resources’ 2020 Tribute to Achievement. Although she was not selected as a finalist, Erica says that was a surprising and touching testament to the work she does and strives to do within Peach E Holdings.
“The core of who I am is the spirit of joy, playfulness, and peace in the universe. I want everything I touch and the art that I make with my hands, to reflect that. I believe that is how I can best support young people and help make this world, our village, a better place.”
