Neurological PT is her love and is her area of expertise.
There is a TV show called Naked out of the UK, it is a meat market. The female contestants are standing naked in a tube and a bloke is looking at them from the ankles up and dismissing them as it goes up depending on their bodies.
I am not a prude I don’t think, but I am upset when in an area of holding men accountable for abuse, sexual exploitation, rape, demeaningness and more, why are we doing shows on body parts and sex for nothing?
Women have fought forever to be respected, valued for her person, not her body and to be treated as an equal and not a piece of sexual meat.
I am all for us women stepping into our sensuality, igniting our mind-body souls and hearts in everything we do. It is ok to be a sexual woman if it is mutual and not just for a f-ck but for a connection between sensual beings.
We can step into our feminity, we can embrace our curves, we can sensually connect to all living vibrations feeling life run through our veins, but, this does not mean it is an invitation to screw just because we are being women.
Let us not go backwards and lower our selves to that of a lump of meat for some dicks pleasure. Invite men to see the whole of us and love who we are from the inside out, our souls our heart our spirited mind and not just our bodies, everyone will experience so much more by doing this.

Emotional well-being in parenting and educational institutions is often overlooked and children, parents and teachers are suffering because of it. As the pressure mounts to perform and earn points/rewards/salary in our career or educational pursuits, for presumed material comfort, so too do the stress levels and unmet emotional needs of the children, parents and educators. In today’s climate of radical change in collective awareness and attention on sustainability of the planet, we have the opportunity to slow down and re-assess where we are heading to in our standard educational set up and admit that the future is merely a projection of past fears and experiences, which will only produce the same war-mongering results.

If we are to equip the future generations with power and know-how to navigate their futures peacefully yet pragmatically, they need to build on their emotional resilience, natural brilliance and purpose-driven authenticity, all of which Hyacinth insists that developing emotional and social intelligence competency the key. With children it is easy for them to recognize their brilliance, but addressing the emotional stresses and strains of the adults is paramount if we can help them build muscles to overcome emotional blocks we allow the next generation to stand on the shoulders of giants and they will be capable of far greater things than we can perceive.
After years as a
legal secretary in London and Brussels, Hyacinth re-trained to become a
secondary school teacher in Belgium when her first child turned one. Something was disturbingly wrong with the college
experience. As a mother, homemaker, student and trainee teacher, there was an
insatiable need for visible vulnerability and personalisation. She wanted to
train to become a teacher to stimulate the courageous and galvanise the dreamers,
but there wasn’t much room for that in the schedule, which was not much different
from 20-30 years ago when she was at school in UK.
Although she
suffered burn-out while studying, one thing became apparent and that was her entrepreneurial
spirit was not being nurtured in the standard college environment. Hyacinth set
out on a mission to prevent parents, educators and students being stuck in
lifeless careers yearning to fail fast, often and forward and spontaneously
dedicated six years to independent study (and practice – while raising a
family, running a home, nurturing her marriage, starting a business and –
marginally- keeping her sanity).
Hyacinth finally
trained as a Holistic Life Coach and developed a methodology on how to
recognise and honour our elemental nature and enhance our inner-leadership
potential, promoting self-compassion and improved outlook on relationships,
finances, career and health. Over the years Hyacinth has lead workshops/
provided consultation to entrepreneurs, Chief Executives, IT and PR
professionals, a national airline, a government conference, local schools and international
parent boards.
She has a dream of
creating an educational wellness village putting the power of imagination and
connection back in the hands of the community, empowering them to dare to dream
BIG and striving to reach those dreams together.
In this segment of “The Wellness Journey Podcast Series – Loving The Natural You”, Lynnis Woods Mullins and Dr. Katherine Kelley share with us why it is important to heal our souls and what we can do to usher in a holistic form of healing for our mind, body, spirit, and soul.
We are the result of the sum total of our life’s experiences – both good and bad. By the time we get to mid-life, we have a lot of “hurt” baggage that has unpacked its contents in the depths of our soul. How do we begin to pack up all that hurt …the accumulation of years of disappointments, frustrations, hurt, anger, lost and heal our souls so we can move forward in life, healthier and happier?

Sensual Expressions with Sara Troy and her guest Jennifer Elizabeth Masters, on-air from July 16th
Everyone wants to be loved. The problem is most people don’t know how they want to be loved. They want the experience of love, but not too much, not too much sex, not too much pain, not too much drama. How can we get there especially after a heartbreak or divorce?
Men want love just as much as women, but they don’t know how to love us, women. We are a fickle bunch. One day we want a hug, the next day we don’t want our men to touch us. One day we want to talk about our problems but we don’t want our men to solve them for us.
Can we have a sexless marriage and be happy? I don’t believe so. The best marriages are the ones where they have regular sex and deeply connected intimacy.
Why are so many marriages sexless? If sex and intimacy deepen the bond between a couple, why aren’t more people having sex more often? Why are men watching porn? What happens when they watch porn?
We need to be able to discuss what we want and how we want it. We need to be able to communicate without putting the other person down or making them feel inadequate. Neither of us comes with an instruction book.
JOIN SARA AND ELIZABETH HERE ON EMBRACING OUR SENSUALITY
There was a time in my life when I struggled with codependency, fibromyalgia, an auto-immune disease, tumors, breast cancer, depression, anxiety, sinus infections and felt like the world was out to get me. I discovered my beliefs about myself and the world created so much of my angst, fears and worries, but the biggest shift happened when I realized that my thoughts were actually killing me.
I committed to myself to transform whatever I needed to so that the pain I experienced from past childhood trauma was healed; so that I became stronger in those areas where I had been broken in the past.
