Choose Positive Livingwith Sara Troy and her guest Camille Jones, on air form April 11th
Dear women, I want to remind you that your voice is a powerful tool that can move mountains, change lives, and transform the world around you. Often, we may feel like our voices are not heard, dimmed, or don’t matter. However, it’s essential to recognize that our voice is the gateway to our thoughts and inner self. When we open our mouths and speak, we reveal our beliefs, values, and life’s story. Understanding the power of our voice can lead to a sense of wellness. Our voice allows us to express ourselves, convey our emotions, connect with others, and release what we’re feeling. Embrace the uniqueness of your voice and use it to make a difference in the world.
I understand first-hand that speaking up and standing up for oneself can be intimidating. For a long time, I lived my life behind a mask, pretending to be someone I thought the world wanted me to be. I always felt that my story and voice were not enough, to the point where it negatively affected my well-being. It wasn’t until I found mentorship, guidance, and bet on myself that I was able to break free from the constraints that held me back and evolved into the real me, Camille. Knowing my worth has been a wonderful feeling, and I want you to experience the same. I am on a mission to teach women how to discover and use their voice, which I believe is their superpower. I have developed an easy-to-follow strategy called “Because I Have A Voice,” which can help you unlock the immeasurable benefits of your voice.
Remember that you are enough, and you have the power to achieve your goals.

Their Story Matters with Sara Troy and her guest Col. Eileen Collins, on air from April 11th
Retired NASA astronaut and the agency’s first female shuttle commander, Col. Eileen Collins
With all the craziness happening here on Earth, recent stories of big happenings in outer space haven’t received as much media attention as they might deserve.
Trashing the International Space Station, mountains of space junk clogging the atmosphere, gender-specific spacesuits for woke bureaucrats, top-secret Chinese space walks, and lots more have barely registered a blip on the public’s radar.
Retired NASA astronaut and the agency’s first female shuttle commander, Col. Eileen Collins shares her journey in space and what is happening now.
Introducing Retired Colonel Eileen Collins, NASA’s first female shuttle commander. As of today, 72 women have flown in space, and many of those have cited Col. Collins as an inspiration. Eileen Collins retired from the Air Force in 2005 and from NASA in 2006, having logged more than 6,751 hours in thirty different types of aircraft and spent 872 hours in space. She is the recipient of the Distinguished Flying Cross and NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal and was inducted into the Astronaut Hall of Fame, among many other honors. Col. Collins recently served as an advisor to the National Space Council and is a board member of the Astronauts Memorial Foundation.
She retired from the Air Force in Jan 2005 and from NASA in May 2006 after a 28-year distinguished career. A former military instructor and test pilot, Collins was the first female pilot and first female commander of a space shuttle.
Collins graduated from the Air Force Test Pilot School at Edwards Air Force Base, California, in 1990. She was selected by NASA and became an astronaut in July 1991. After tours at Kennedy Space Center (shuttle launch and landing) and Johnson Space Center (shuttle engineer and capsule communicator), she flew the space shuttle as pilot in 1995 aboard Discovery. She was also the pilot for Atlantis in 1997, where her crew docked with the Russian Space Station MIR. Collins became the first woman commander of a U.S. spacecraft with shuttle mission Columbia in 1999, the deployment of the Chandra X-Ray Observatory. Her final space flight was as commander of Discovery in 2005, the “Return to Flight Mission” after the tragic loss of Columbia. She has logged more than 6,751 hours in 30 different types of aircraft and more than 872 hours in space as a veteran of four space flights.
Collins currently serves on several boards and advisory panels, is a professional speaker and an aerospace consultant. She is married with two children.
Collins is also a member of the Air Force Association, Order of Daedalians, Women Military Aviators, Women in Aviation International, U.S. Space Foundation, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and the Ninety-Nines.

Building Your Businesswith Sara Troy and her Emily Bassett, on air from April 11th
Helping people to understand how to show up online. With a world going more and more online you don’t want to be left behind but it’s also EASY to be scammed and tricked into spending too much money and not getting results or ownership. Creating digestible marketing strategies to suit your needs.
We talk about the importance of digital marketing and safety when getting set up. There are so many common mistakes when it comes to digital marketing. From overpaying for product or website before you have proof of concept of your brand, to making every password the same and getting hacked on social or in your email. From strategy to logistic elements the digital world is complicated and finding a reliable team can feel super painful, or super expensive. I got into marketing because I care, I am passionate for design and helping people find their unique selling point and helping their target audience!
I grew up just outside of Toronto, I have always been a public speaker and very outgoing. My original degree was in Forensic Science, but after a backpacking trip to Europe after graduating it was the beginning to the end of using that degree. While I enjoy science and investigation it was a job that would stick me in one place for a long time, little to no vacation and little control on where i worked – and always limited to Canada.
moved to australia, then the mountains, then Denmark
Travelled to 25 countries before I was 25 and plan to hit 30 before I’m 30 (currently at 29)
Found my calling in marketing (accidental-ish)
Grew myself in the startup scene over seas then wasn’t sure if I could move it back to North America when the world got locked down and I returned to Canada (break up, lockdown, lost 2 jobs in 1 day – now what?)
Connected with my business partner
Got the company Startemup Marketing Solutions to what it is today.
