I often ask people to have a conversation with self in the mirror, as it is hard to deceive one’s self that way. The words thoughts and actions we take will result in the outcome, so it is imperative that you speak inspiringly and invitationally to yourself for that is what makes things happen for you.
Yes, we get the negative thoughts, doubt, fear, confusion, but in the end what we put out comes back to us 10 fold, so makes sure what you’re sending out is serving you.
Inner honesty will lead you down a path or dignity truth and embracement of your beautiful life.

Les’ most recent book, Citizen King: The New Age of Power, was published by Balboa Press, and talks about how we can show up in an authentic and powerful way, fulfilling the vision of our heart and soul. In 2013, Les wrote Personal Power Fundamentals, an e-book that reviews the fundamental nature of our own personal power, including how to overcome one’s karmic propensities.
We take for granted in the Western world that everyone has a flushing toilet, but that is not true, a number of people in the world without a loo is huge and this can cause sickness. One team took this on and came up with a LOO (toilet) that can be used anywhere in the world giving sanitation and some dignity to those that need it.
Jasmine Burton was born and raised in Dunwoody, Georgia. In 2014, her senior design team won the Georgia Tech InVenture Prize Competition, the largest undergraduate invention competition in the United States, for their design of an inexpensive mobile toilet, SafiChoo. Before graduating, from Georgia Tech’s Industrial Design Program, she participated in the Georgia Tech Women’s Leadership conference, the CDC’s Summer Public Health Scholars Program, Humanity in Action Fellowship and Industrial Design studio classes that emphasized ethnography and social impact work. She hopes to improve women’s health via redesigning water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) infrastructure which is why she founded Wish for WASH, a social impact startup that seeks to bring innovation to sanitation. Over the next year, Jasmine is serving as Global Health Corps Fellow in Lusaka, Zambia working as a design specialist at the Society for Family Health. Jasmine identifies as a humanitarian design activist and, ultimately, seeks to use her creativity to make the world smile.
Her book outlines a step-by-step process built around the “Cups of Consciousness” that are designed to give readers access to other dimensions. The seven cups she offers are simple concepts, such as “You Live a Multidimensional Reality,” “You Are Never Alone,” and “Your Challenges Can Help You Grow.” Energetic practices and audio meditations help readers release limiting patterns and gain access to a higher consciousness.
Bill Mackie describes himself as ”I am a humble man who embarked on a life long journey with god at my side. There to guide and teach me on how to live life with true purpose, meaning and dignity.”
