images (1)Migration the world is made of immigrants from all over the world. Some are running from tyranny a home torn from war and regimes, some come looking for a better life for their family, we need migrants for we need people to fill the jobs left by an ageing working population there are not enough people left. Is it not all bed and roses for them, no, some are held for years waiting for a visa to work, some have a hard time trusting and some are still in such shock of what they have had to run from. But they are here and it is time to welcome and integrate and build cohesive communities for that is how this Global World was built.

C15/43b Out of the Transylvania Night

Choose Positive Living with Sara Troy and her guest Aura Imbarus, originally aired October 27th

A Story of Tyranny, Freedom, Love and Identity by Aura Imbarus

OUT OF THE TRANSYLVANIA NIGHT explores tyranny and freedom, love, success, and the price paid for misaligned dreams in an epic tale of identity and the human spirit. It is a deftly woven narrative about finding greater meaning and fulfilment in a free world, and an exploration of how social issues affect the human spirit. An incredibly powerful memoir.

shapeimage_1I’d grown up in the land of TRANSYLVANIA, homeland to Dracula, Vlad the Impaler, and, worse, the Communist dictator, Nicolae Ceausescu—who turned Romania into a land of gray-clad zombies who never dared to show their individuality, and where neighbours became informants, and the Securitate made people disappear. Daylight empowered the regime to encircle us like starved wolves, and so night had always been the time to steal a bit of freedom. As if bred into our Transylvanian blood, we were like vampires who came to life after sundown. I buried the family heirloom jewels, tucked the flag into my sweater and left my outpost to join the action . . . tonight Ceausescu would die!

Known for using stand-ins to pose for him, Aura doubts if it was even Ceausescu himself who was killed that night. Nevertheless, when her countrymen topple one of the most draconian regimes in the Soviet bloc, Aura Imbarus tells herself that life post-revolution will be different. But little in the country changes. With two pieces of luggage and a powerful dream, Aura and her new husband flee to America. Through sacrifice and hard work, the couple acquires a home, cars, and travel—but trying to be Americans is much more complicated than they expect. More difficulties set in the stock market crash takes their savings, house, and cars; thieves steal three centuries’ worth of heirloom jewels, and Aura’s beloved mother dies.

Aura’s marriage crumbles under the stress. Devastated, she asks herself, ‘How much of one’s life is owed to others?’ Tested even further by the vagaries of fate, Aura discovers a startling truth about striking a balance between one’s dreams and the sacrifices and compromises that allow for Serenity, selfhood, and lasting love. More resolution comes when in 2010, Ceausescu’s body is exhumed to answer questions of a cover-up, and Aura can finally lay to rest the haunting mysteries of her past.

C15/34a How to Make Your Political Voice Heard

Choose Positive Living with Sara Troy and her guest Craig Richardson aired August 25TH

download (7)We have a voice and if we do not like what is going on we must speak out. Dont be fooled by the charltons who are pulling the wool over your eyes, be aware and really ask what is going on, you’re just as responsible by your inaction, don’t make them billionaires with your lack of interaction.

Craig Richardson co?authored, Red Tape in America, published by the Heritage Foundation. The book details excessive government regulation, and its impact on the U.S. economy, and its citizens.

The Energy & Environment Legal Institute (E&E Legal), a non-profit watchdog group advocating free market environmentalism, produces a number of investigatory reports.  In July, E&E Legal released, “Big Donors…Big Conflicts; How Wealthy Donors Use the Sierra Club to Push Their Agenda,” that examines some of the biggest contributors to the Sierra Club and their self-interested motivation for donating.  What is clear from examining the large contributors to the Sierra Club is that these donors seek to use the Sierra Club to manipulate government policies in order to irrevocably alter the world’s energy portfolio in a manner that benefits the donors and their businesses. This strategy appears to have been put in place in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

C15/29a Cyber Money Security, Bitcoins, and other Political News to make us Aware.

Choose Positive Living with Sara Troy and her guest Liz Peek aired July 21st-27th

Politics, Internet security, Cyber money, Jobs, Emigration, Globalization and so much more. The world needs to change and they only way we are going to do it, is to be a part of the solution and not abstaining from our interactive responsibility.

eyd

Liz Peek a Fox News and Fiscal Times columnist, shares her view on the state on the world and its global cultural and political issues. I do not normally do political shows, but Liz in with her positive attitude, shows us why we are in this state and what we the people can start doing to change the tide.

From Donald to Greece, to internet security and the security of our money, we cover so much on the real issues our our global situation.

At a time when “cyber security” has become an oxymoron, why is our government joining with Wall Street to green-light Bitcoin?

images (4)Says Liz Peek, is a columnist for FoxNews.com and The Fiscal Timesthefiscaltimes.com

“The virtual currency, rocked by serial scandals and failures since its invention in 2008, has taken on new life as financial officials roll out regulations to govern the cyber cash and banks invest in its future.

By requiring bitcoin exchanges to register and granting them legal status, the government is signaling to users and backers what may prove an unrealistic promise of transparency and security. These are the same financial officials, after all, who have struggled historically to oversee savings and loans — shifting to virtual currencies is like jumping from Beatrix Potter to James Joyce in one semester. At the least, regulators need to affix flashing red warning lights to every Bitcoin undertaking: consumers beware.

In 2013, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, a branch of the Treasury Department, ruled that virtual currencies must register with the US government and adopt steps to combat money laundering. Soon, the New York State Department of Financial Services will issue a broad Bitcoin regulatory framework. Meanwhile, the department has granted a trust company charter to itBit, a first.

ItBit, an exchange located in New York and Singapore, played its hand well. The company earlier this year raised $25 million from venture groups and also added some high-profile financial types to its board, including former FDIC Chair Sheila Bair and former Senator Bill Bradley. Both the financing and pumped-up board are doubtless comforting to the deep-pocket investors itBit targets.”

15/25 Changes Needed in Leadership

Saras View of Life with Sara Troy aired from June 23rd-

10568851_10154012240142908_6450366053456789612_nHere we go again, the USA presidential run and Canadian election, and already the hate comments and discord dividing the nations. Tomorrows leadership has to change, we can not look to the future with outdated points of view. What do we want from our leaders of tomorrow and are we ready to let go of our fears, embrace our differences, and grow up?

Leadership starts within us, first be a person who takes ownership of S.E.L.F our soul enabling life force and be the change you want to see in your community.

Don’t follow just because everyone else is going that way, don’t be a Sheeple, choose because you are informed and want a change that serves us all.

image_time-new-style-leadership

They only way your going to grow as a country is to UNITE and serve the everyone does not bow to the few. Politics has a very dirty name, so time to clean it up, we the PEOPLE have to demand open honest, upfront intent and know that they are not being bought by the cooperation’s interests.
