In my 30s, my life looked great on paper—but inside, I felt deeply unsettled. Everything felt “meh,” and I didn’t know if the problem was my job, my marriage, or me. That disconnect showed up in my body: chronic back pain, sleepless nights, weight gain, and a gallbladder functioning at only 25%. One day, through tears and frustration, I said out loud, “I don’t know what life I’m meant to be living, but it sure as hell isn’t this one.” That moment of truth cracked something open. I found a life coach—and then a link that said, “Become a coach.” And I did. In the process, I came home to myself, reclaimed my worth, found my purpose, and rebuilt my life from the inside out. Now, as a Master Certified life coach and speaker, I help others do the same—break free from the “meh” and step into a life that feels like a powerful, soul-aligned “hella yes.”
