HEART WISDOM

10590553_744461235618791_3477504844160236044_n

What is perfection
But a point of view?
Perfection resides
In the stories we create
In the listening of the ego
In the suppression of humanity

When we can let go
And just be ourselves
Without any judgment
We are no longer bound
By what we think is perfect or imperfect
Everything just is

Let your heart’s wisdom
Be the barometer of what’s perfect
And in doing so
You will find that
You
Others
Life
Are perfect just the way
You and they are

Free yourself from the shackles
That keep you from showing up
As the “perfection” you
Have been created to be
Honor who you are
And you will triumph over
The small self that keeps
Hanging on to the story
That you are either perfect or imperfect
Just be
And you will
master perfection
Instead of perfection mastering you

The seasons of my cellular memories.

Do Cellular memories have seasons?

How far back do our cellular memories go?

Do they delete on their own?

Do we carry them forever through every lifetime?

Yes, yes yes,

Our cellular structure is in the trillions, and each cell has a job to do and is important to our mental physical and soul wellbeing. So, if any one of them is holding a memory that is unfavorable to our wellbeing, it is going to manifest in some way in your daily living.

Seasonal? yes, because in the seasons of our lives, childhood, youth-adult to senior, we carry different thoughts and feelings that hang around and not always for the better.

So how do we find these memories within in our cell structure? I was taken into a past which was relevant to a blockage I had and from deep within my cellular structure there were many more lives needing to be released, Like the Vow of Poverty for one.

Recently I discovered that I had written a vow of poverty that has lasted quite a few lifetimes. It made sense as making or holding on to money has always been hard for me, now I know why.

So now with that contract outdated and my heart soul spirit open to abundance, I am poised on becoming more enriched as well as in my bank account.

I always say that you can make as much money as you can in life, but make sure you seed opportunities for others so they can be enriched too. There is really so much to go around, so much to share, and so much that we can create that enable others to discovery their own possibilities.

I have in previous shows talked about what my desire is in funding a wholeness program for those who cannot afford the services that could help them. Through the Fund-Action program, we will pay for the services of those in our Directory who are spirit teachers, healers, guiders, and self-discovery life and business mentors, who will help someone get back on to their own feet embracing their whole being. I am not there yet, but soon will be.

One of the hardest things has been investing in me…..

I am a giver and had to learn to be a receiver, through the years as a host I have received support from my radio guest with books, nutrients, soul guidance and treatments to help me recover and find my own wholeness. I am always wanting to pay back but realize sometimes it is about paying it forward.

I am always saying oxygenate yourself first, your no good to anyone without your own breath, but did I take a breath myself????? Well now with poverty behind me, abundance invited, a feeling of self-worth and a knowledge that receiving is good, I open my arms, mind, heart soul to personal financial and health abundance and to at last live a life of dignity, liberty, freedom in that abundance I speak of to others.

We cannot help others if we are depleted, I have finally embraced my worth, my calling, my purpose in life and I know it is worth being paid for, because I cannot help you on an empty belly nor should I have too.

We think our thoughts are linear and sequential, but that is not so, a memory of a particular thought can bring about a totally different feeling of what we think the issue is, it is fascinating and mind opening. IF WE DO NOT EMPTY OUT THOSE MEMORIES THAT ARE DEEP IN OUR CELLS WE SUFFER. We get held back by carrying memories that do not serve us and cripple us from embracing all we need and deserve in life.

So ABUNDANCE I am here ready willing able and open to all the value you can bestow upon me.

Ginger the Miracle Root

ginger-powder-benefits

I love cooking and juicing with ginger, it is also great diced up on a cup of hot water for stomach discomfort.

Originating from China, it is one of the most powerful and extremely beneficial spice that has been consumed for many generations. Ginger can be found in various forms – fresh, dried, ground/powdered, or juiced.

It is one of the healthiest spices in the world due to its plethora of nutrients and bio-active ingredients.

On top of everyday consumption of ginger, it can be used for traditional and alternative medicinal purposes as well.

If you don’t use ginger in your kitchen, here are 8 reasons why you might want to start:

1. GINGER RELIEVES DIGESTIVE ISSUES

The phenolic compounds in ginger have been shown to help relieve irritation in the gastrointestinal tract. They help to stimulate saliva and bile production while allowing food and fluids to move through the GI tract more smoothly.

A study that had been conducted, with 24 people included who were all in a healthy condition.

They consumed 1.2 grams of the herb’s powder and the amount was taken just before their meal. The results showed that it speeded up the processing of food and lowered indigestion by 50%.

2. SOOTHES NAUSEA

Traditional medicine tells us how it was consumed in the past, raw unsweetened ginger is totally safe to be consumed as ginger tea. If experiencing nausea it can be of great help, also it is useful for those who feel nausea due to chemotherapy or morning sickness.

A review of 12 studies that included a total of 1278 pregnant women found that 1.1-1.5 grams of ginger significantly reduced nausea.

3. GINGER CAN RELIEVE PAIN

University of Georgia conducted a study which proved that, if ginger is consumed daily, it can reduce the muscle aches by 25%. Also, it can be of great help with menstrual pain.

4. IT MAY REDUCE THE RISK OF HEART DISEASES

In a recent study involving participants with type 2 diabetes, researchers found that 2 grams of ginger powder each day lowered blood sugar and led to a 10% overall reduction over a period of 12 weeks. The high blood sugar is a major risk factor for heart disease. With the effects of this root on blood sugar, your risk of heart disease may be lowered by at least 10%.

. REDUCTION OF CHOLESTEROL LEVELS

Study that was going on for 45 days and 90 people were participating with high cholesterol, provided proof that 3 grams of this herb in the form of a powder can lower the cholesterol levels.

6. GINGER REDUCES INFLAMMATION

Osteoarthritis is very common disease and what it does, it leads to deterioration of different joints in the body. The people who have this medical issue, feel harp pain in the joints and stiffness.

In a trial of around 250 people with osteoarthritis of the knee, those who took ginger extract had less pain and required less pain medication.

7. ANTI-CANCER PROPERTIES

The substance called 6-gingerol has been put on a lot of testing and researching for finding alternative methods of treating different types of cancer.

Research on this theory is still being conducted, but one study found that 2 grams of ginger extract each day significantly reduced pro-inflammatory signalling molecules in the colon.

8. IMPROVES BRAIN FUNCTION

Aging process can be accelerated by many factors, like chronic inflammation and oxidative stress which can bring you a step closer to Alzheimer?s disease and other age-related cognitive impairments.

Some studies suggest that the antioxidants and bio-active compounds can inhibit inflammatory responses that occur in the brain. In a study of 60 middle-aged women, ginger extract was shown to improve reaction time and working memory, suggesting that it supports brain health in many ways.

Banana Banana soooo good for us

2fh89389hf2h892f3h982h3fh89fh893f2h82fh39h98f329h89fh382-1

I eat a Banana every morning, I knew they were good for me, but did not know all this.

These yellow skinned fruits are maybe one of the most under-rated fruits. On the other hand, bananas are so tasty and give the body all the good stuff that it needs to thrive. Full of nutrients, vitamins, fibre and natural sugar ( sucrose and fructose), bananas are in the top 3 healthiest fruits. This is the reason why eating bananas regularly can help you to have a healthy lifestyle and keep the doctor away.

In the US bananas are the fruit which is most consumed by Americans, in particular they consume more bananas every year than apples and oranges combined together. Most of us go to the market and buy bananas we eat for the rest of the week. They start as greenish-yellow and spotless, but with time they continuously ripen. As time goes on, they begin to develop brown spots, which grow bigger until the whole banana is covered with brown spots. Most of you are turned off by these brown bananas and you think that the banana is rotten so you throw it out. Although it makes sense, since most fruits turn brown when they rot, there is a bigger reason behind this.

In addition, you should be happy when your banana starts to have brown spots because this means that it contains TNF, which stands for Tumor Necrosis Factor. This substance is a cancer fight and helps in fighting against abnormal cells in our bodies. More specific, TNF helps in assisting communication between the cells in our immune response system and therefore it guides the movement of the cells towards our bodies which are infected. Many researches have shown that TNF found in ripe bananas interferes with tumor cells growth and stops spreading so that they won’t cause death or apoptosis. Bananas are also rich in antioxidants and they boost our immune system and increase the white blood cells too. Therefore, the next time you see a ripe banana, hurry up and eat it and give your body a health boost and extra energy.

Apart from the brown spots and the strengthening of the immune system, bananas have a lot more health benefits. Check out bellow:

1) Heartburn- As a nature’s anti-acid, bananas provide relief from heartburn and acid re-flux. Just one banana can bring soothing relief and lessen your symptoms of heartburn.

2) Blood Pressure-Bananas help in lowering high blood pressure and therefore protect against a heart attack, with their low amounts of sodium and high amounts of potassium, it makes them a heart healthy food.

3) Energy- Bananas are known that give a lot of energy before a workout or whenever you feel sleepy or exhausted. Their vitamins and minerals protect your body and support your endurance, while potassium helps to prevent muscle cramps.

4) Anemia- They contain the much needed dietary iron, which stimulates red blood cell and production of hemoglobin and strengthens the blood supply, which can protect you from anemia.

5) Ulcers- You can eat bananas not having to worry if they’ll cause pain problems to your stomach. They have a smooth and soft mixture which coasts the stomach lining and protect you from irritation.

6) Depression- Since bananas are rich in tryptophan and our bodies convert it into serotonin, it can help you overcome depression. Serotonin is a brain neurotransmitter and makes people relax and feel happier in a way that improves our mood.

7) Constipation-Whenever you are feeling clogged up, eat a few bananas. They have fibers which stimulate regular bowel movements and relieve constipation.

8) Nerves or PMS- If you are feeling stressed or moody, eat a banana. They regulate blood sugar and have a lot of Vitamin B, and therefore calm the nervous system and relax the body.

9) Temperature Control- If you eat a banana on a hot or cold day it will control your body temperature. The same goes to for when you have a fever.

The Trump Show

The Trump Show• James Campion
Plagiarism, Insurrection and High Theater in Cleveland
Republican National Convention 2016

The most dramatic, chaotic, and in every possible way historic national party convention of my lifetime has ended, and with it what you know of the Republican Party.

Citizen Donald J. Trump accepted the nomination to run for the most powerful post on the planet; sit as arbiter of its largest economy and its enormous military might. During the four-day proceedings, which is normally a political infomercial with funny hats, bad music and occasionally Clint Eastwood talking to a chair, there was the blatant plagiarizing of a less than decade’s-old speech, an alarmingly spastic tirade by Rudy Giuliani, a dozen people who painted America as a dystopian horror-scape of apocalyptic genocide, ten-thousand calls to jail the Democratic opponent, a parade of Trump children telling us they love daddy, the last time Chris Christie will be nationally relevant, and for some reason, Scott Baio.

The star of the proceedings was Texas Senator Ted Cruz, who played his unflinching I-Me-Mine character to the hilt and unleashed an exhaustive Clinton-like 28-minute aria on the blessed tenets of conservatism with not the slightest nod to the party’s candidate. In fact, Cruz went as far as coaxing the TV audience to “vote their conscience” which is lawyerly political-speak for “don’t’ vote for this asshole” and left the stage to a torrent of boos and catcalls. Proving with sports-car precision how amazingly focused on all-things Ted Cruz he remains, he has now shifted his “Me or the Highway” approach from the Republican establishment to the party’s grassroots and with it likely his political career.

Cruz, of course, is betting against Trump stock like Trump bet on the housing market collapse in ’08 by assuming this is a black swan candidacy in which he will emerge as the “Told Ya So” candidate in four years. This of course only works if the party and its base doesn’t lay on him part of the blame for the candidate’s eventual defeat, which if you listened to the donor class and party loyalists’ evisceration of his gambit, he may well be.
Oh, and as the raucous GOP crowd turned on the sore-loser lament, Trump, in a wildly unconventional move, emerged from the dark wings of the arena to start interacting with the apoplectic audience.
Pure theater.

The Trump Show had begun.

In fact, Trump not only ignored the traditional theatrics of keeping the nominee from sight until the final day’s acceptance speech, he showed up every day, including introducing his wife before things got underway early Thursday.

During this whole wonderfully free-formed fiasco, Chairman and CEO of FOX News Roger Ailes was sacked amid lawsuits and a lengthy investigation surrounding his groping of the myriad of blonde-bombshell studio hosts he hired over the past two decades of rolling out some of the lowest forms of carnival-like programming masked as journalism. Ailes was famously mocked and discarded as a piker by Trump a few months ago when the Republican nominee refused to kiss his sagging ass and defied party rules to show up for a highly promoted network debate.

In 24 short hours, Trump vanquished his two most ardent enemies, one run from the arena under a cloak of security and the other an unemployed sexual deviant.

This set the stage for the man himself, who changed the silver-and-black podium the plebeians were forced to use and replaced it with an Elvis-in-Vegas black-and-gold one to better unfurl an excruciatingly ponderous one hour and fifteen minutes (longest acceptance speech in nearly half a century) harangue on every possible subject pertinent to modern society.

Strangely enough Trump was the least interesting part of the week in Cleveland, which began when hundreds of delegates across eleven states tried to halt proceedings to re-write party rules. The long-shot plan was to free delegates to “vote their conscience (“don’t’ vote for this asshole”) and throw the entire convention into turmoil. Trump crushed this too.

One curious but predictable aspect of this convention was the campaign’s opportunistic bandwagon jump on the Nixionian “Law & Order” trope, preying on the fears heightened by over-saturated media coverage of the violence home and abroad; specifically the shooting of unarmed black men by white cops and angry lunatics enacting vengeance for these crimes by mowing down police. Trump’s and by association now the Republican Party’s gamble here is to embrace the “state” over citizen safety and civil rights and align completely with law enforcement, regardless of the frightening number of incidents of unprovoked killings by armed civil servants. The dangerous and quite frankly, considering Trump’s constant ringing of the “politically incorrect” bell, silencing of criticism against deadly injustice by tax-funded protectors of our communities and couching it as something akin to un-American damages his general election prospects.

But make no mistake, Donald Trump has done something remarkable here, something that has not been done by a presidential candidate since Franklin Deleno Roosevelt in 1932; he has fundamentally changed the entire structure and outlook of a major political party. Where open and unfettered free trade reigned for half a century, there is nationalism. Where colonialism and international intervention and annexation exploded across the globe since the 1890s and expanded in the mid-twentieth century with the NATO alliance, now becomes America-first isolationism. Hell, the fact that a Republican candidate stood on a convention stage and uttered the words, “corporate greed and rigged Wall Street influence” is as stunning as it was to hear a CEO being cheered for stating, “I am proud to be gay.”

A-Donald-Trump-rally-shows-Americas-political-divide-ahead-of-NY-primary

And yet the Trump Show did nothing, and I mean nothing, to expand the candidate’s appeal to independent voters, Millennials, single women, African Americans, Hispanics, Latinos, or Asians, all demographics that he and his party have all-but alienated. This was the last, best time for Trump to remake at least part of the image he trotted out in a very aggressive primary campaign, wherein he hurled unprecedented insults at everyone and everything. This was the week to pull it back, pivot, become a viable national candidate; and he did not. Perhaps to his credit, or his political naiveté, he vociferously doubled down on all of it. This is Trump’s biggest gamble. It has always been his gamble and it has worked all the way to accepting this most unlikely nomination.
He promised a show in Cleveland, and he gave us one. He now promises to be elected president of the United States. That one will be much more difficult.

Win or lose, however, it is even more difficult still to imagine the Republican Party ever being the same.
