Building Your Businesswith Sara Troy and her guest Grigory Litvinov (Greg), on air from August 5th
A world of lies and half-truths – we need the digital revolution.
“People deserve to be known for who they really are—not through noise, algorithms, or fiction, but through truth. That belief is what led to the creation of E-Verified Records Corp.—a platform designed to help people carry their identities, histories, and digital footprints with dignity and clarity. In an age where reality is easily distorted, this isn’t just technology—it’s a return to trust, and a quiet act of restoring our shared humanity.”
Behind this mission is a deeper calling, to empower individuals to reclaim authorship over their own identity. E-Verified Records Corp, was built to protect the integrity of personal truth, giving people the tools to authenticate what matters most: who they are, where they’ve been, and how they choose to show up in the world. As digital deception grows more sophisticated, we’re offering a grounded path back to transparency, where identity is not guessed, assumed, or stolen, but verified by the individual themselves. Whether it’s for conformation in business, immigration, employment, or simply showing up online with confidence, we believe everyone deserves to say, “This is truly me.” This platform is more than a solution, it’s a stand for clarity, connection, and the humanity that unites us all.
I was born in the USSR and went through three immigrations, four educational systems, and learned six different languages — but my most formative years were in Toronto, where I saw early on how easily people could manipulate systems. Friends were committing fraud in high school, and others were willing to lie just to stay in subsidized housing.
I chose a different path. I chose truth, even when it meant losing financial support, moving out, and starting over. That decision cost me comfort, but it gave me something far more important: the ability to live with integrity. That commitment shaped everything that came after.
Years later, after running a financial brokerage, COVID forced a change. I pivoted into a new business, started hiring, and quickly saw how broken our systems are when it comes to verifying people’s identity, background, or experience. Whether it’s hiring, tenant screening, or education records, there’s no reliable way to separate truth from fiction. That’s where the idea for E-Verified Records Corp began.
Today, our mission is simple: to help people make better decisions by giving them the tools to verify truth in a world full of misinformation.
Behind the work, I’m a father, a volunteer, a rider who escapes to remote places to reset. But what drives me most is a deep intolerance for dishonesty, for imposters, for deception, especially when it harms the vulnerable. I believe trust must be earned through action. And I’m building something to help the world do just that.

Building Your Business with Sara Troy and her guest Tyson Sharpe, on air from July 22nd
Tyson shares, “It’s an honor to be featured on this show—a space where heart, truth, and transformative action come to life. If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’re feeling the nudge to build a business that aligns with your soul and flows from your authentic self.”
But stepping into this path often means letting go of the old story:
“If I fail, I’ll lose everything.”
“I’m safe where I am—why risk it?”
“Maybe later, when the time feels right.”
These fears are real, but so is the pain of ignoring your inner calling. Your heart nudges you like a quiet GPS, guiding you one brave step at a time.
Imagine waking up each day doing what lights you up, flowing with purpose, creativity, and soul-aligned service. That’s not just a dream—it’s your true direction.
The world is waiting for you to rise, lead, and make a difference by being fully you. Safety, comfort, and mediocrity end here. It’s time to embody the example you came here to be.
To build a soul-aligned business that expands you and elevates others, master these three core skills: Self-Connection. Heightened Consciousness. The Courage to Leap.
Tyson is the creator of the online community ‘The Serving Circle’, the tribe of spiritual entrepreneurs who find creative, heartfelt ways to collaborate and grow as one.
Since 2016, it has been his mission to help online spiritual entrepreneurs, coaches, and healers create more reach, engagement, impact, and income by helping them build and grow communities around their business.
He is also the host of the ‘Awaken Your Business’ Podcast and believes that you can elevate the consciousness of the planet through spiritual business success.
The Serving Circle
Since the online platforms are so flooded with content creators, it’s becoming harder to pierce through the noise and find the ideal clients and collaborators your business needs. The Serving Circle looks to solve this problem.
The Serving Circle is a community of Spiritual business owners who find creative ways to help each other grow online. Since we all have a mission to heighten consciousness, we believe that creating more reach, impact, and income in our businesses spreads the vibration that the world needs most.
We do this through audience sharing, creating referral partnerships and joint ventures, as well as sharing resources and helping each other be accountable for our expansive action steps.

Building Your Business with Sara Troy and her guest Todd Mitchell, on air from November 26th
Most entrepreneurs and micro small businesses like me have 0-5 employees and cannot afford and do not need that solution. So, I made the decision to open my business and provide very relevant affordable solutions to a very real problem in today’s world! I work ONLY with solopreneurs and micro businesses to help them become cybersecurity compliant.
It is now my “mission” and my passion to be the little guy helping the little guy!
Todd Mitchell is the owner of Cybersecurity4biz LLC, a Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Todd understands the value of protecting data. He is retired from the US Navy and has worked for the US Marine Corps, with over 30 years of experience in government protecting confidential and secret information using cybersecurity best practices. Todd received his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Information Assurance with a concentration in ethical hacking. He also has an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Cyber Security Policy. Todd has decided to make it his mission to help all small businesses and families become cybersecurity compliant and protect their information.
While in college Todd was invited to be part of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800 series working group. While working for the Marine Corps, Todd helped shape the cybersecurity controls used for the Department of Defense, other Government agencies, Contractors, Healthcare and Financial Industries. Currently as part of the NIST Small Business Cybersecurity Community of Interest (COI), Todd has been working to share business insights, expertise, challenges, and perspectives to guide our work and assist NIST in addressing the cybersecurity needs of the small business community.
Like many of you, Todd runs his business out of the house and has had to use his own cybersecurity plan to protect his home router and encrypt a separate hard drive space for confidential client data, while also protecting his business from the rest of the family’s internet of things.
