Building your business with Sara Troy and her guest Alex Dumas, on air February 6th
In 2015, I experienced the ‘worst’ year of my life with the decline of my mother’s health and eventual passing, the loss of my job, and the collapse of my financial services business. These rough times landed me in a role the following year and introduced me to the profession that I love and changed my life: Coaching.
Alex Dumas is an Executive Coach, CEO of Abundance Daily Coaching, and the Vice-President of the BIPOC Coach Collective. He is an expert in sales and marketing with a track record generating six figures in revenue and six-figure launches. Alex has a background in Psychology and a decade of leadership experience in the Nonprofit world.
Since 2018, Alex has been a trusted advisor, coaching top-performing leaders in business around the world in the areas of communication, leadership, and sales.
The most important things to know about him are that he’s a devoted husband to Sarah and a loving father to Juliana and A.J.

Building your business with Sara Troy and her guest Ben Albert, on air from March 8th
When Covid hit I was furloughed from work, I found myself down and out, staring at an empty handle of Jim Bean Whiskey, opened this laptop I’m typing on right now, and started reaching out to strangers on Linkedin. The rest is history. Now I host 5 podcasts, run a massively successful marketing firm, and have replaced my sales executive income in just over a year.
I stumbled into a form of networking I now have coined “The CAN System,” and today it’s my mission to get the knowledge from the people who have it to the people who need it. With “CAN,” my success story becomes the norm. You can do it too.
I’m Ben Albert; regular name, regular guy. LET’S COLLABORATE!
I started Balbert Marketing LLC amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
Let’s not beat around the bush, Coronavirus has pushed us to all evaluate our careers in one way or another. We all feel some level of fear, pain, or worry about friends, family, and the effects on our amazing nation.
For me, I had to make a decision. Do I pick up binge eating, get lazy, and get used to staring at the wall? Or do I develop a business STRONGER than any company I’ve worked for in the past?
That’s why I’m here. I am committed to overachieving in my role and do things right. I provide whatever is necessary to help your business GROW!
Martin Luther King Jr once said, “Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase. Just take the first step.”
I decided to take 5 steps forward to begin building one of Rochester’s best young companies!
I urge you to take that leap of faith forward, and continue to build your empire!
Ben Albert is also the owner of Balbert Marketing LLC. He is also the curator of The “Real Business Connections Network.” He hosts 5 podcasts, “Rochester Business Connections,” “Learn Speak Teach,” “Ben’s Bites,” “Five Minute Fridays,” and “Real Hits.”
I also will gladly connect with anyone on Linkedin and provide free advice on their profile, website, or answer any marketing questions they may have!
About TLD…
The Longest Day is the day of the year with the most light — the summer solstice. And it’s the day I have committed to fight Alzheimer’s disease! I’m participating in The Longest Day, a fundraising event to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.
Today, an estimated 50 million people worldwide are living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias, including more than 6 million Americans. In the United States alone, more than 11 million friends and family members are providing their care. We must take action now, or these numbers will continue to rise.
Stand up to the darkness of Alzheimer’s and make a donation today to help the Alzheimer’s Association support all those facing the disease. Thank you
