Hello beautiful souls! My name is Jessica Wild and I am an entrepreneur, mental health, and relationship coach that specializes in daily yoga, fitness and mindset practices that increase awareness. Yoga and fitness are technologies I use to reduce feelings of anxiety and depression and in turn access a higher consciousness that exists within you. The “tagline” I use often is “Mindfulness is Not Just For Yogis”, and what I mean by that is the practice of mindfulness can be applied to our everyday lives, including how we operate at the workplace.
A simple straightforward way to explain what I do:
I support individuals and organizations struggling with burnout and workplace stress through mindfulness training, which develops resilience and the ability to persevere through a fact-paced and ever-changing work environment ??.
In 2014, my father passed away suddenly from a heart attack. It was devastating. I also had a large amount of credit card debt, my job paid me decently but I didn’t love what I did, and my marriage was falling apart. I started reading everything I could about how to deal with the grief, get out of this rut and turn my life around. What I learned to develop was a skill that changed my life completely.
The skill is self-observation. I learned to look OBJECTIVELY at how I operate. How I think. How I feel. How I behave. I learned to understand WHY I do the things I do, and how to change my behavior. By developing this skill, I learned how to be resilient, perform better, lead better, and work better with others.
The practice I learned to develop self-observation is MINDFULNESS. It has been the one practice that turned my life around. I joined Tesla and in under 4 years worked my way up to running Sales Training at a national level. I started a business. I’m in a happy and healthy relationship. I’m in the best shape of my life.
For years, I’ve developed training programs for billion-dollar companies such as Tesla and SolarCity. One thing I learned is that adults need a bit more than just DRY CONTENT to learn something new. So, I developed an approach to training that combines Education and Entertainment to ensure a world-class learning experience! Adults retain information better when we’re having FUN in the process. My training programs are designed to engage learners in a way that you won’t typically find in online courses.
My goal is to provide an experience! One that provides individuals with the practical application of new ideas that will support growth in the workplace.
I could have chosen to leverage my training skills to develop online courses for many different topics, but I chose mindfulness because I have EXPERIENCED the benefits, and it is my true passion!
My mission is to bring mindfulness to the workplace to support individuals or companies struggling with stress, burnout, uncertainty, or a lack of motivation. I feel as though this is my purpose!

As the Founder and Development Director of Smile Project Louisville, I wanted to be the reason someone smiled today. I have been spreading love and influencing attitudes and behaviors through random acts of kindness and smiles. It’s thru these acts of kindness and pictures that have made an impact and inspired others one smile at a time. I am showing that you can be so happy that when others see you they can be me happy too.
This movement and/or initiative evolved from the relationship I have with my non-verbal daughter Maddie who has Down Syndrome. I have taken hundreds of photos with strangers and delivered countless smiles through random acts of kindness in the community. I have also been featured in multiple news stories on the local CBS affiliate WLKY and the ABC affiliate WHAS TV – those links are posted in our media section. I smile and bring smiles to others because life can be hard – not easy. A smile is the same in every language and costs nothing. BE THE REASON SOMEONE SMILES TODAY.

Kylie understands that moving to a new country to study and work can be an overwhelming experience for some. She provides support to International Students as they navigate this transition. Kylie and her team understand that there must be a targeted focus on highlighting the strengths which can automatically be associated with International Students who can demonstrate resourcefulness, adaptability and determination by setting themselves up professionally and personally in a brand new environment and network.

I have taken over 10 years of healing experience and education and broken it down into a six-week online Health Coaching program, that allows anyone that wants to heal, the opportunity to be their own Wellness Boss and rebuild their body to reclaim their health.

I have over ten years of experience transforming the lives of chronically ill clients that inspired me to create my own Wellness Center. Now, I believe the only thing that counts is your own story. I urge you to have the ability to hope for a better life. Stop living with a life of symptoms, lack of hope, and a state of illness that has been keeping you from reaching your true potential. This is your time to heal! No person, in any place, at any time, in any condition, is unworthy of a healing. I know, because I’ve seen it.
