I am a business and digital marketing coach, writer, professional speaker, and podcast creator. I host the KSM Podcast: Growing Business Online, sharing insights, strategies, and success stories to empower entrepreneurs.
My journey began in 2010 as a freelance marketing manager, and over the years, I’ve built an international online presence. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with exceptional entrepreneurs, small business owners, and solopreneurs worldwide. Working remotely has allowed me to connect globally and earn the title of the “Connection Queen.”
Through my story, I aim to share who I am, why I do what I do, and the challenges I’ve faced along the way. I’m also proud to be a co-author of “Global Women in Business,” a book celebrating transformation and success.
My mission is to help small business owners—women and men alike—grow their businesses online, establish a strong presence, gain visibility, attract clients, and boost their income.

Kristina is a passionate business and digital marketing coach, marketing manager, consultant, speaker, writer, podcast creator, and visionary. She is the co-founder of PromoZiS Team—a freelance group specializing in web design, graphic design, digital marketing, and consulting.
Kristina helps small business owners build their online presence by creating websites, landing pages, and establishing a strong corporate identity. She coaches entrepreneurs on developing digital marketing strategies, creating social media plans, and optimizing their business pages for SEO.
She thrives on connecting with entrepreneurs and actively participates in local and international business communities. As a co-author of “Global Women in Business,” Kristina collaborated with six other women from across the globe (Australia, New Zealand, the USA, France, and Serbia) to share stories of transformation and success.
Kristina is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and dreams by fostering connections, increasing awareness of referral marketing, and empowering others to build impactful businesses.
When she’s not working, Kristina enjoys singing, speaking, and hiking.
