He has founded five successful startups, generated millions in revenue, and driven sustained profit growth across diverse industries including automotive, consumer goods, financial services, technology, retail, manufacturing, and professional services. His client portfolio spans globally recognized brands, reflecting both breadth and depth of leadership, market insight, and execution.

Alongside his corporate success, Bob has hosted Faith Marketplace for 11 years on AM 1160 and major podcast platforms, interviewing over 900 Christian business leaders and faith-and-work ministries nationwide. A 2019 Chicago Daily Herald Entrepreneurial Excellence Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, he founded Human2Human LLC in 2025 to connect people-first organizations with trusted partners focused on leadership, trust, communication, and emerging leader development.
