Mike Zhao, author of Critical Race Theory and Woke Culture: America’s Dangerous Repeat of China’s Cultural Revolution.

Yukong Mike Zhao is a nationally recognized Asian American community leader, former Director of Global Planning at Siemens Energy, and a Chinese American author who cares deeply about America. With rich and inspirational life experiences, proven problem-solving abilities, and outstanding leadership skills, he is devoted to serving the public and to protecting the American Dream for you!  

Mike grew up in communist China where citizens did not have the basic freedom to pursue their dreams. His father was politically persecuted during China’s Cultural Revolution, which led to extreme poverty, a broken family, and devastating personal loss.        

In 1992, Mike legally immigrated to the United States to pursue his American Dream. After receiving an International MBA degree from the University of South Carolina, he moved to Orlando, and joined Westinghouse/Siemens Energy. During his private sector career, Mike demonstrated outstanding strategic management expertise, and led numerous mission-critical corporate strategy development projects for American and global markets.

After learning about how illegal racial balancing undermines meritocracy, jeopardizing the promise of the American Dream, Mike stepped in to lead the Asian American community against anti-Asian discrimination in education and fight for other conservative causes.

Alarmed by the extreme left, which wants to introduce socialism and use censorship, cancel culture, and racial division to tear down America, Mike felt a calling to serve in public office. As state representative, he will support Governor DeSantis’ efforts to protect Floridians’ political and economic freedom. Mike Zhao and his wife Wendy Li have lived in Orlando since 1996. They have two children who have recently started their careers as a software engineer and a financial analyst respectively. Mike loves history, travel and cooking delicious Chinese food.

Yes, it is my birthday this week, October 6th I will be turning 68 years young. I am at a place in my life now where I do not bother with the small worries in life, I prefer to live in my inner self, and only do things that mean something to me.

I have lived the roller coaster life, chasing the obscure dream, trying to fit in, be what I was not to please others; now I am just happy being me, doing wat I love, and embracing life one glorious step at a time.

There comes a time when you look at life and say, you can not have all of me, but only what I am willing to give in my honesty and with my meaningness. Doing it out of duty or obligation does not work anymore and costs way too much of my soul, heart, and spirit.

So I embrace this age and in calm excitement look to what the next year will bring me and dance to the music of my life in joy, peace and love.

Cybersecurity is not a one size fits all solution; therefore, security must be tailored to the needs of the individual. The purpose of this book is to provide readers with rational business processes by which they can understand what information is important, and why. “The Alchemy of Information Protection” was specifically written for:
1. The non-cybersecurity executive or business owner who wants to gain an understanding of their role in the protection of the company’s information assets.
2. The person in the company who is tasked with creating and maintaining a cost-effective program to protect the company’s information assets.
3. The Chief Information Security Officer who may be reminded of some points where they can improve their programs.

In the over 50 years of protecting information, Rich Owen has had some great opportunities and received much recognition. He created many computer security programs including the one for Mission Operations at Johnson Space Center, where the astronauts awarded him the “Silver Snoopy” award for protecting their lives. He is a member of the Information Security Hall of Fame and last year he was awarded the industry’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Now that he is retired, he is sharing his knowledge with individuals and small businesses.  He is the author of the “Cyber Security Sam” series of books, which are about a high school student who helps the FBI solve cybercrime.

Rich Owen is the principal contributor to Johnny Security Seed, LLC. He began his cyber security adventure in the in the Army Security Agency (ASA). The primary customer of the ASA was the National Security Agency (NSA). In the ASA he performed the duties as an Electronic Warfare (EW)/Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) systems repair supervisor.

The day after receiving my (what I call today my reset).
