AUTUMN, (FALL) IS A BEAUTIFUL TIME OF YEAR, BUT IT IS ALSO DEATH OF A SEASON AND ALL OUR TREES ETC. Is death so bad? not when it means time to reflect, in the winter to renew again in the spring.
We see beauty in in life, but why can’t we see the beauty in an ending? Even in death we are still transitioning, life is a full circle, always new chapters, always renewing its self. Let us go with nature and let this chapter of our life die, so we can seed a new so the spring can renew us in new opportunities.
Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy thanks Ruth Bader Ginsburg, on air from September 22nd
“Because of this astounding human being . . .
* Women can take out a credit card in their own names without a male signatory
* Women can’t be fired for being pregnant
* Women can earn admittance into military academies
* Women are legally protected from any form of violence
* Women are allowed to live with their significant other without being married
* Women can ask for divorce due to domestic violence
* Women can open their own bank accounts without male permission
* Women can adopt a baby as a single woman
* Women are allowed to sue companies for pay discrimination even after six months have passed and on…and on…and on.
We owe an immeasurable amount of gratitude to Ruth Bader Ginsburg for the freedoms we enjoy today as women. It’s now on us to never take for granted the progress we’ve made while at the same time continuing her fight for equality and women’s rights.
We as women have gone through hell and back over the centuries, but, with our belief in each other, in our chosen God, in divine Love, and in the tenacity to rise above and fight for the rights of others, we can prevail and bring about equality to this world and each other.
I invite you to cruise around our site and see all the wonderful women making a difference in the lives of others because the stood up in their own lives.

That first impression are not only your look but in how you confidently carry your self in your vibration and tone. What are you saying to people with your look and aura?
A. 55% is in your appearance, your posture, your confidence in your self in how you carry your self.
B. 38% is in your tone of voice, for that sets the stage on how people will listen to you.
C. 7% is in the actual words you say, for if they do not connect with A& B, they won’t hear a thing you say.
Do not go out and buy an expensive garment to ake an impression, just wear something that is you and that represents who you truly are, of cause make sure it is clean, presentable, for you do not want people noticing your clothes first, but you smile and presence.
We underestimate our tone in our voices, you want it to be welcoming, setting the stage for your content.
You content, when you have their attention, needs to be inviting, inclusive, and simulating, Read your audience, are they engaged? If you include them in the conversation/presentation, it makes it feel more persona and relatable.
Always enter a room in confidence of whom you are and with a welcoming smile. After all, it is selling you before you sell anything else, and people want to know you are genuine.

The discovery of self is our life’s journey and discovering that it is ok to be you is heavenly. We battle all our lives to fit in, to emulate others, to live up to someone else expectations, only to feel empty and left behind.
It is ok to be just you, it is ok not to be what others don’t want you to be, it is ok to discovery who you are for you and what you really are here to do.
We seek perfection which is unrealistic and not necessary. We think that being important will makes us happen, it does not. We feel lost and do not fit in, because others do not see the real us, only want they want to see.
It is ok to place value upon your self, it is ok to be important to you, it is ok to like you, to love you, to love who you are and what you stand for, it is all ok. If you have not yet found that calling, then one step at a time while being tuned in to life, step forth into discovery and exploration of who you are and what you are here to do.
It is ok to be imperfect for it makes you you, and unique, it is ok to be flawsome, for all humans are flawed, again it makes us humble, unique, and embrace the awesomeness of being you.
Come and hear all the wisdom that guides us towards a more meaningful life and a better world. You can find different ways to listen and see the Podcast shows here.

A Failure (nonperformance of something due, required, or expected) it does not mean that you are a failure, just that you tried something and it was not right or was there just to be a lesson learned.
In my eyes failure is giving up, making excuses to not try again and inability to redirect. Failure is a lesson, what did you learn from it? which redirection is it putting you in? How will you try next time?
I have had many perceived failures, I look at them as redirects, for they taught me many things and some of them was I was going in the wrong direction. It was time to redirect with the knowledge learnt and apply to the next path of discovery.
I know it can take some time to get over a failure, but lick your wounds, hug your self, have the pity party, but take the next step even if you do not know where it is going.
