ASK SARA about her relationship with Trees

Join Sara Troy on her connection to trees and what they are saying to us.

A forest does not judge, you can be tall skinner fat old different, broken down, you are all a part of the forest. It homes many a creature, cleans our air, sends out knowing energy, and in their togetherness, they are an example of strong unity and community. Would we not be stronger if humans became a forest of that collective strength.!

Trees have a matrix that connects them to each other and communicates. Trees not only give us our oxygen but sends out messages to us. Taking a walk amongst the trees is so liberating, freeing, and when you choose to hear them they have answers for you.

Taking the time to take a walk will clear your head, it will lift your spirits, and free your souls. They know how your feeling, their leaves rustle in the wind in reply, they shimmer and dance and whistle and they are always so alive.

Colours of our Soul

Without trees where would we be, we need them and there is no mistake that trees are so many, for they are our guides through the matrix of life.

16-48 Christmas gift buying and the real gift of Christmas

Sara Troy on Sara’s View of Life show, on air from November 29th

maybe_christmas_doesn__t_come_from_a_store_by_angie2d-d4k4noh

Am I getting old, or are manners becoming a lost art? Simple words like “please” and “thank you” seem to be fading from everyday life, and courtesy is rarely taught or practiced. Yet when someone takes a moment to say thank you, it reminds us that what we did mattered, that we are seen and appreciated.

Do you remember Carole King’s song: “You’ve got to get up every morning with a smile on your face and show the world all the love in your heart…”? A genuine smile can shift the energy in a room. A little courtesy, a heartfelt “please” or “thank you” can brighten someone’s day — including your own.

And now we’re plunging into the big, bustling Christmas season — when everyone (and yes, even their dogs) is out shopping. The crowds are loud, the shelves look picked over, and frustration rises fast. You’re normally patient… but the line feels endless, the clerk is overwhelmed, and that perfect gift seems to have vanished.

Breathe. Be patient. The season is meant to be joyful.
Courtesy can be contagious — let’s make sure we’re spreading the right kind.

When one person snaps, it ripples outward. But kindness ripples too. Here are some tips to help you keep your cool and your cheer this holiday season:

1?? Plan ahead — Don’t leave everything to the last minute. Spread your shopping over a few outings so you can look without pressure.
2?? Do your research — Flyers, catalogues, and online browsing can give you gift ideas before you go out.
3?? Ask for a list — Especially helpful with teens and tricky relatives. Choose something special from what they suggest.
4?? Shop smart — Avoid weekends if you can. Evenings during dinner hours are often quieter. Take break moments for a warm drink and a recharge.
5?? Give meaningfully — Consider donating in someone’s name or creating gift baskets for those in need. Include your children — it teaches giving from the heart.
6?? Gift cards count — Teens love post-Christmas sales. Add a small personal gift to show thoughtfulness.
7?? Gifts for spouses — Don’t buy household items as the gift. Choose something personal and treasured — jewellery, experiences, favourite music, cozy luxuries.
8?? Show love both ways — Practical gifts are great, but sprinkle in something playful, romantic, or fun.
9?? In-laws — When unsure, keep it classy and universal: good wine, a festive treat, an ornament, a family photo gift, or a lovely outing. Respect personal beliefs in your choices.
? Make it personal — Homemade or heartfelt gifts — writing, baking, painting, music — can mean more than anything purchased.

BUY LOCAL AND SUPPORT YOUR COMMUNITY

When someone says, “You shouldn’t have!”
Reply: “Of course I should — you’re worth it.”

And if you receive something you don’t love?
Say: “Thank you for thinking of me — I feel very special.”

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just the gift…
It’s the gratitude, the grace, and the love behind it that people remember.

appreciated

Thats Christmas is to me

Courtesy is one of our greatest human assets. It costs nothing, yet it carries tremendous value and is always appreciated. When someone takes the time to do something thoughtful for you this season, pause and truly acknowledge the effort — the energy, the intention, and the care behind it. Be grateful that you are the one they chose to give to.

If you can’t reciprocate with material gifts, offer your time, your attention, your kindness. Time is precious — and giving it is often the most meaningful gift of all.

Gratitude is the best response.

16-47 Are you willing to CHANGE your ATTITUDE?

Sara Troy hosts Sara’s View of Life on air from November 22nd

I hear every day someone having an issue with their lives. Work sucks because they are not getting enough out of it, or it is taking too much out of them. Relationships suck but no one will take the time or effort to find a way to look to solving the problem. They are dissatisfied with their lives but prefer to AVOID a solution because facing it is supposed to be harder.  As coaches in spiritual counselling and communicative teachings and self development, I can tell you that answers are there for you on all fronts, but you have to step up and take the action necessary to accept the help in moving forward, in other words get into ACTION and COMMIT.
How many relationships die every day? How many businesses go under? What if you could prevent save and nurture your relationships with love, your work and life, would you do anything about it?
When it comes down to it we live in a society of disgruntled people who will accept a dysfunctional life. We are people who want answers in resolving the problems and living our life fully but are too scared to do anything about it. We want a quick fix that does not require work or will not deal with the real issues.

Well if you want the changes and you have found the courage of your own free will and wish to step up to the plate to do something about your life, then now is the time. You do have it within you,  the first step is admitting something is wrong and that takes courage, then knowing you are not meant to do it alone, you need guidance through this transition.
images-1Be it a relationship with self, your loved ones, your work, your passion for life, we have many workshops in The Discovery Store that will guide you forward in taking back your life and living it on your own terms. They guide you forward to understanding why you make the decisions you make, why you lost the dream of that relationship with self, love, work and life. In how to reconnect with that passion or to accept that you need to let go and embrace a new passion, it is all in dealing with change and dealing in a way that brings clarity to one’s life choices and desires. Knowing where you are going and why, knowing with whom you are travelling with, knowing the passion can be awakened and you are living your dream again.

Attitude is key to embracing a Positive Life.
All of this can be accomplished with you deciding to accept the challenge to face the changes and reach out to new possibilities new opportunities. The tools are here at Self Discovery Radio as are the talented people who wish to help you in moving forward in your life. All you have to do is say NO to the excuses and YES to the possibilities that will propel you towards to the life and lifestyle you wish to live.
Nothing will change until you embrace the need for change and take a step forward in learning your life traits and options.
Sara and my experts are here for you at Self Discovery Radio we are helping you to reignite yourself value and possibilities within you. Are you ready to move forward?

SVL16-46 See the BEAUTY of YOU

Sara Troy and Sara’s View of Life, on air from November 15th

do-you

How we see ourselves can be so detremental to our wellbeing, stop putting yourself down and see the beauty of you, within you. We get so dictated to by what we think is beautiful that we stop seeing our own beauty, as we age we see sagging, wrinkles, graying, instead we should see life lived, laughter lines, silver halo and resonate all the beauty within and around us.

I love a woman who embraces her age, her battle scars, her life lived, for it shows me her truimphs, it shows me her resonance of beauty exuding from her very being.

We need to love ourselves as we are and let that love flow, for it is that love in which we grow in and in which we are truly seen.

Here is a show I did on the beauty of age. GO HERE

16/45 The Art of Positive Living

Sara Troy on Sara’s View of Life, on air from November 8th

the-art-of-positive-living-2

My company The Art of Positive Living has been operational since 2001, where I discovered my ability to help people in a different way. I will be speaking to what is the Art of Positive Living and why our thoughts, words, feelings and intent is important in embracing that positivity.

We are what we invite, we are what we vibrationally put out, we are our content or discontent, we must choose what we feed in order to perceive its actualization. I have been running a program for the last 43 years called Your View of Life which speaks to where you are in life right now, and when we see the now we understand the how. I will speak of my view and the world’s view of life right now. Check out the full program. discovering-your-true-s-e-l-f
