Sara’s View Of Life with Sara Troy, on-air from June 16th
What does this mean? With everything that is going on in the world right now, we are being shaken up so we can wake up and STEP up to change it up. I believe we are in the Step up stage as we change things up. One of the things we need to understand is that change is not only necessary but imperative for our survival in and on this planet. Allow, believe, and step up for the change you seek, for we are both the question and the solution. Standing up has brought us the #Me2 movement, is has brought us more understanding of our planetery needs, it has ignite us in anger over our Black lives been torn apart by police brutality, and we have had to stand up during Covid 19 to be there for each other in support care kindness and even LOVE.
So even though you have been shaken up, it can leave one feeling a little venerable, but it does wake us up in the understanding that we were not so secure as we thought, and we can not ignore life as we are a part of it. Waking up can be scary but also so exciting, as it is a new canvass in which to paint our desires and dreams on for our selves and for our global nations. Stepping up can be hard for one does not always know-how, but again a willingness to put one foot in front of another gets us moving in the right direction., it is Actionism in place. Changing things up once you have stepped up, can come easy as you see what is needed to make those changes and are you are now clearer of where to seek the help in order to make the changes needed for you and for our global community. So do let fear cripple you, or anger or that false illusion of comfortability stop you, for the changes needed in the world first starts with us and we can only do that if we wake up and step up after we have been shaken up and now wish to change it up.

Sound goes through you
Music changes your heartbeat, breathing and brainwaves
Sound is food for your nervous system – junk, good and super sound
There is a neural-cocktail of hormones released from your nervous system in response to music or sound.
Your body communicates with all of its parts with sound.
3. How Sound Heals
4. Three Elements of Sound Wellness
1. Recorded music – how and why it works
2. How Sound Tools support healing
3. How your voice supports healing
5. Sound as a catalyst for evolutionary growth
The human family evolved with sound as one of our most ancient healers and as an extraordinary community builder. Sound is also one of our greatest catalysts for the expansion of consciousness. For millennia, the sound has been used to shift our state of consciousness, connect with the world around us, and fill our being the presence of our own soul. We need this now more than ever! We are evolving at a rate never seen before.

Sharon’s story
Sharon has been a musician all her life. When she was 16, she fell in love with the classical guitar and its music. That led to earning two university degrees in music. In 1988, she was asked to join the faculty of the Conservatory at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta. There, she built a successful studio of students from 3 years old to university level to the young at heart.
When Sharon was in her 30s, she found out from her mother about a near death experience she had when she was only 10 months old. It created a life long interest in the spiritual and mystical. It led to all kinds of courses in energy healing, holistic healing, shamanism training and more.
Sharon’s interest in sound healing and sound therapy was sparked by some innocent experiments in stage fright with some nervous adult students. This eventually led her to sound healing and sound therapy training with pioneers like Jonathan Goldman and Tom Kenyon. As soon as Sharon landed there, she knew she had come home to soul work.
Little did Sharon know that there was a major shift in the direction of her work in store for her. Not long after returning from her training with Tom Kenyon, Sharon was asked to create a program as one of the facilitators in a study on stress sponsored by the Integrative Health Institute, at Mount Royal University.
At the conclusion of the study, people in her group were so excited about what they had learned, they asked how they could learn more. A month after her participation in the study, Sharon created Sound Wellness to fulfill that need, bringing this valuable information to a larger audience.
In the 12 years since Sharon created Sound Wellness it has evolved into the Sound Wellness Institute, serving holistic practitioners with the first competency level certification training for a sound healing modality in Canada. Sound Wellness practitioner training has been approved by the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada Association, another first for a sound modality in Canada. The most recent expansion of the Sound Wellness Institute is the creation of the Emergent Workforce program, a corporate wellness program.
This is an hour of a gently bubbling creek with woodland birds. Use it for relaxation or playing softly in the background when you need to get a lot done.
Reset was created in 2009 as Sharon’s response to the fear created by the H1N1 Flu virus scare. It contains some of the most healing sounds possible all in a 12 and a half minute track.
Listen to the sounds of two different ancient Tibetan singing bowls. The sound of the Perfect fifth tuning forks stimulates an essential natural cycle in your cells for health and wellbeing: the nitric oxide cycle.

DR. CHRISTOPHER MACKLIN Founder of GLOBAL ENLIGHTENMENT PROJECT is a Spiritual Teacher, Medical Intuitive, Healer, DIVINE HEALING For Modern Illnesses & Urban Ailments
LIFE TRANSFORMATION: From losing it all to a spiritual awakening that set him on his divine healing path. Born as a highly aware psychic child in Chester, England, Christopher Macklin was able to perceive energy fields, spirit activity, and multi-dimensional phenomena from a very young age. He initially took the more traditional route through life and tried to fit in best as he could, but his career as a successful aviation industry engineer came to an abrupt end when a failed real estate venture caused a series of financial difficulties that resulted in Christopher living out of the back of his car, homeless on the streets of Manchester, England. In a very short period of time, Christopher found the world as he knew it turned upside down. Newly divorced, his money all gone and unable to get a job, he began to understand that the Divine had other plans for him. In a pivotal moment sitting in a square in Manchester with nothing to call his own and nowhere to go, he promised himself and God that he would use his healing abilities to serve humanity and he surrendered the rest to God. Things began to dramatically shift after this and Christopher was afforded the opportunity to meditate for hours a day for four years in order to integrate his highest path and to understand the divine healing that he was being called to share with the world. Today, Christopher works with thousands of clients internationally. He provides a full range of healing services that address a spectrum of physical, mental, and emotional issues and he teaches people about their divine sovereignty, divine alignment, and the divine plan. He and his wife Amanda have founded The Global Enlightenment Project to serve awakening humanity and to support the healing needs of people all over the earth.

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on-air June 8th
Black lives do matter, the persecution that people of colour have been through for 400 years is simply not acceptable and must stop now.
As the young girl above says, Black Lives matter, they are not saying only black lives matter, but this fight right now with the system, the police and society, and its racism has to change.
The only way we are going to change this is by each one of us looking at our own perceptions and in how we see people of colour in its self. Understanding of the right to live is for everyone’s skin, it is a human and all life forms right. Targetting black people because your programing says they are killers rapes and more if one big blanket of a lie, and if you would only converse with a person of color you will see what they bring to the table of life and how much you would gain by it, I know I have through the years and I am better of for knowing such wonderful people of colour.
We are products of our programing and our history, but we can rewrite that for we have free will. We can listen to what our black community would like us to hear, we can stand with them in the fight against police violence and hypocrisy. Yes, there is a high number of violence with people of colour, why? because we neglect them, we persecute them, we label them and we stifle them before they have a chance to grow or even believe there is a chance in life for them. So let us stop that, and take a look at the root of the problem which is racism and poverty and lack of support and start to heal the roots and let things grow with equality respect and love.
We may not know what it is like to live in their shoes, but if you have ever known fear especially fear of your life, you understand that.
So as we are being woken up and shaken up? Yes, so let us step up and be the change all people of colour need, for under that skin we all bleed the same and we all seek the right to work, walk, drive, to love and live in a place without fear of losing ones life to racism.
Their Story Matter with Sara Troy, and her guests, Erica Ramsey-Bowen, and Barrett Clemmensen Powell, on-air from June 9th
We speak to the lack of representation of Black children in books as bright, adventurous and capable children. What do they have to be inspired by when they do not see themselves in any books?
“From both my personal experience as well as data compiled from various sources on the subject, it has been demonstrated time and time again that from an early age, children infer from the lack of diverse protagonists that there is a limitation to their abilities and potential. If the sight of the white cisgender Christian able-bodied protagonist keeps appearing in the majority of children’s books (and for me, particularly in fantasy literature), then there is an unspoken understanding that children of color, children who identify as a gender other than a cisgender male, children who are of a different religion than Christianity, and children who are differently-abled ARE NOT SEEN. Every year, an infographic is produced and shared showing the statistics for diversity in this country compiled by Sarah Park Dahlen and every year, children of color consistently have a much smaller percentage of children’s literature starring THEM vs books with a hero who is white, male, Christian, heterosexual, BUT there are ALSO MORE books featuring an animal as the protagonist versus children of color, or another gender, or religion or physical ability. So, just to be clear, a polar bear or a talking cat OR a naked mole rat can get more validation, if you will, of their abilities to be the hero in life than any of these other groups of human children. And last but not least, let’s examine this from the flip side: from the white, cisgender, male-identifying, Christian, physically-abled point of view if you are accustomed to literally seeing yourself as the hero and focus of most adventures, would that not shape your attitude towards the worth of others different than you that you never see in those same pages? It’s no wonder there is a broad unspoken assumption of that white male able-bodied Christian is always to be on the pinnacle, the indisputable top of the heap.
