Quantum Spirituality with Sara Troy and her guest Adrian Armstrong, on air from January 24th
The Miraculous Benefits of PEMF Therapy (Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Fields)and why they are essential to health and longevity. Everything is Energy and PEMF works as a whole body battery recharger to charge up your cellular batteries and create resonance in every cell to Earth based natural frequencies giving you a quick dose of what we should be getting from Nature.
In my late 20’s I sustained a serious back injury that was incapacitating, and left me unable to work or enjoy life at all. I spent 10 years searching for an effective solution for my back pain, and after trying a variety of treatments and bodywork, both traditional and alternative, I began to study Tai Chi.
Realizing that Tai Chi and aligning the brain hemispheres were the answer for my crippling back problems, I began to learn all I could about health science, effective nutritional supplementation, body alignment, and the philosophy and practice of the martial art, Tai Chi.
The difference these health and wellness practices made to my life was so profound, that I decided to dedicate myself to helping others, through being a health coach, teaching Tai Chi and Chi-Gong, doing alignments and professional massage and educating people about effective nutritional supplementation and online marketing.
It was also around this time that my family members began to succumb to Cancer. First my Dad, then my Mom, and finally my 52 year old sister.
I delved deeper into studying disease conditions and causes and possible treatments.
In August of 2015 after a car accident and shoulder injury I discovered PEMF Therapy Mats and started using one for myself and with all my massage clients.
The results that I felt and that I witnessed in others were so remarkable that educating people on the benefits of using PEMF became my main passion.
In over 35 years of helping people with their health issues I had never seen anything that consistently got amazing results for everyone that used it regularly.
There is truly nothing I could do for your life that would bless it more than to help you include daily PEMF Therapy into your world.
I’ve now helped hundreds of people on their journey to amazing health benefits and for many increased wealth and lifestyle freedom as well.
Nature of Addictions with Sara Troy and her guest Jason Umidi, on air from January 24th
Sobriety has a wonderful way of bringing all things into the light, if you’re willing. Detox finally opened the door to sustained sobriety for actor Jason Umidi on January 10, 2012. Gratitude for a life that’s been redeemed and restored permeates his entire being. His sobriety requires him to live in the moment and his faith asks him to lead a life of service, loving as he has been loved.
After being clean and sober for a couple of years, Jason was looking to share his personal journey on Facebook in the hopes that someone might be encouraged by his story. This developed into a series of popular, short blog posts about addiction, recovery, and hope, known as “Today’s One Minute Reads.” Jesus & Seltzer is Jason’s curated collection of his One Minute Reads.
In Jesus and Seltzer, Jason starts each inspiration page with a quote by a person, actor or character, from which he has gathered strength in his daily journey in sobriety.
In this interview, Jason talks about:
How to get back with God after all the disappointments in life and with yourself
How to find hope, love and redemption in the recovery journey
What is serenity and can it be truly attained
How to handle regrets without relapsing
What do you do when you want to escape reality again
Finding your sense of purpose during the journey
Recalls painful times as an actor that made him feel like he needed to numb the emotions
Dealing with holidays and family drama during sobriety
3 things You can do to jumpstart your journey for sobriety
As a pastor’s kid who grew up in the church, Jason had his fair share of Sunday services. However, none of them prepared him for the disappointments in life – whether it was the relationship that didn’t work out, the dream job that never materialized, the loss of health, or the death of a loved one. For most, it’s simply the dreams that never came into fruition. Church and its collection of “do’s & don’ts” for how to live your life didn’t soothe his broken soul. His faith faltered during his personal struggles, as the chronic pain from 5 spine fusion surgeries overwhelmed him and his bipolar depression left him feeling empty and dead. Jason found alcohol, prescription opioids and fentanyl to be a much better comfort. In 2012, Jason began his sober journey. His renewed life in the spirit promises that all things work together for good for those who love God, and are called according to his purpose. Jason is now helping others as a recovery coach. He is the author of the new book,

Sarah has just been made the International Ambassador in Portuical for People Health Alliance
Sarah was in her 20s when her life took a dramatic turn: she traumatically lost her fiancée and baby. She felt such deep and profound grief that she began withdrawing from life. The coping mechanisms that had served her until this point in her life failed completely, and for a while she was completely lost.
Sarah ultimately picked herself up and pointed herself in the direction of learning new things that could potentially help. Her journey, painful as it was, led her to where she is today.
Sarah is an energy worker and healer who over the past few years has felt called to be part of the birthing of “the New Earth.” To that end, she and her family are currently in the process of going off the grid, exploring new (and also very old) ways of being, and cultivating right relationship to nature, the environment, and to spirit.
On a very practical level, Sarah is learning how to set herself up sustainably on her own land. But on a deeper level, she is supporting others who are doing the same, and cultivating a community where everybody is connected, growing, and nourishing one another. She has been honored with the role of Global Wellness Ambassador at the Global Wellness Summit 2022 and is excited to continue her work in the community and across the globe to create New Earth. She is host of New Earth Podcast and has been instrumental in development of the People’s Health Alliance in Portugal.

Building Your Business with Sara Troy and her guest Neville Starick, on air from January 24th
Cynosure Counselling & Coaching
Helping stressed out professionals get back on an even keel.?Burnout overcomer?Reflective Practitioner?Counselling Therapist?Adult Third Culture Kid.
How do you deal with change? Does it depend on whether it’s a change you’re contemplating, a change imposed by circumstance, or a change you have chosen?
Regardless, you probably know from experience that not all changes are equal and that some are more challenging than others.
As a Third Culture Kid (TCK), I have experienced significant change from an early age as my family transitioned between and within cultures. This background has heightened my awareness of not only cultural difference but also my curiosity about the commonality of human experience. It has also shaped how I see myself and the world, my patterns of response within relationships and systems, and the beliefs and values that guide my decisions as an adult – and how I tend to navigate the changes that I initiate and encounter in both personal and professional life. The journey of self-awareness development has been an evolving process that has included education, counselling, self-reflection and community support. As I have grown in my understanding of myself and in making sense of my own life experience, my capacity to empathise with and understand others experiencing significant change has similarly grown.
What does all this have to do with YOUR process of dealing with change?
Significant change can be overwhelming to contemplate and to experience. It can challenge you to deepen your self-awareness and to grow beyond the things you have understood life to be. As a qualified and experienced educator, counselling therapist and reflective practitioner, I can offer you the space to look at where you are (personally, professionally or both) and the influences of where you’ve come from in order to navigate effectively towards the future that you would prefer.
Neville Starick is an Adult Third Culture Kid (ATCK) and a qualified and experienced counselling therapist, who has used his cross-cultural experience to develop understandings of identity, belonging, and the process of adapting to significant life change. For over 14 years, Neville has been providing a safe space for individuals to understand themselves better in order to successfully navigate through important transitions. His private practice – Cynosure Counselling and Coaching – commenced in 2014. Neville operates holistically from a non-medical approach to mental health, and offers both counselling and reflective practice both face-to-face and online.
Prior to working in the counselling space, Neville held various roles within the education, hospitality and corporate sectors both in Australia and abroad, which developed a wide range of skills and experiences that inform his therapy. Since 2020 he has also been supporting other counselling therapists to build and grow successful private practices through training and group coaching.
Neville enjoys writing poetry, reading good fiction, running, travelling off the beaten track, theatre and musical performance, and deep conversations about meaty topics – but don’t ask him to do DIY projects! ________________________________ To explore how I might be able to assist you in your experience of change, connect with me and let’s have a conversation. JANUARY 22 ND MARKS THE BEGIINING OF THE RABBIT YEAR.
Being closely related to the Goddess of the Moon, the Water Rabbit is one of the most favored zodiac signs in Chinese astrology. People born in a year of the Rabbit are called “Rabbits” and are believed to be vigilant, witty, quick-minded, and ingenious.
The Rabbit is the fourth of all zodiac animals. Legend has it the Rabbit was proud—arrogant even—of its speed. He was neighbors with Ox and always made fun of how slow Ox was. One day, the Jade Emperor said the zodiac order would be decided by the order in which the animals arrived at his party. Rabbit set off at daybreak. But when he got there, no other animals were in sight. Thinking that he would obviously be first, he went off to the side and napped. However, when he woke up, three other animals had already arrived. One of them was the Ox he had always looked down upon.
The Rabbit is also associated with the Earthly Branch (?? / dì zh?) m?o (?) and the hours 5—7 in the morning. In the terms of yin and yang (??—y?n yáng), the Rabbit is yin.
Personality and Characteristics
To outsiders, the Rabbit’s kindness may make them seem soft and weak. In truth, the Rabbit’s quiet personality hides their confidence and strength. They are steadily moving towards their goal, no matter what negativity the others give them.
With their good reasoning skills and attention to detail, they make great scholars. They are socializers with an attractive aura. However, they find it hard to open up to others and often turn to escapism.
A plain and routine life is not their style. Though conservative and careful in their actions, they need surprises every so often to spice things up.
Men born in the Rabbit year are extraordinarily polite and do whatever they can to avoid conflicts. They have control over themselves and are sometimes conservative. They may seem to be a yes-man, but they have a bottom line that they won’t cross.
These men like organizing and decorating, and often help their wives with chores. But that doesn’t mean they actually like being responsible for the home. Though a great friend, they don’t like becoming too close to someone.
Women born in the Rabbit year love being social. They are thoughtful and treat everyone politely. They are very conscious of their public image and hate violence and arguments.
In love, they are very extreme. There’s a clear difference between who they love and who they don’t. And they rarely pass that line. But if they love someone, they’ll put everything into the relationship. But the deeper they go, the more hurt they can get. These Rabbits are more insecure than other zodiacs and need to be reassured often.
Both Dog and Rabbit wish for a peaceful and quiet life. They’ll work towards this and enjoy it together.
Rabbit and Pig have similar personalities and will be attracted to each other. Goats need someone to depend on. Rabbits enjoy taking care of others and complement Goats well.
Rabbit and Rooster clash strongly and are the least compatible. Even today’s weather can be the reason for an argument.
Dragons have similar goals and interests with Rabbit. However, their personalities may clash.
Relationships with Rats are tricky. With time, differences will appear and it’ll become impossible to agree with each other.
Lucky things for Rabbits
Colors: red, pink, purple, blue
Numbers: 3, 4, 9
Directions of auspiciousness: southeast
Directions of wealth: northeast, southwest
Directions of love: east
Unlucky things
Colors: brown, gray, white

Careers Fit for Rabbits
Because of their empathy and sensitive artistic feelings, people born in the Rabbit year often find creative jobs more attractive. Many are successful in art, music, architecture and literature. They are also suitable for jobs that require observation and attention to fine detail. Examples include translation and business consultation.
As social butterflies, Rabbits have a wide social network. Their friend list includes everyone, from government officials to the average person. So if a career requires social connections, such as PR jobs, a Rabbit would be a good candidate. In addition, Rabbits can try careers that involve decision making. However, they must have a reliable friend by their side to give some advice and tactics.
Health and Lifestyle
Health includes physical and mental health.
Physically, Rabbits have nothing to worry about. For the small problems that may occur, the symptoms are obvious. This leads most Rabbits to take things seriously and visit the hospital before it can worsen.
However, they have many bad eating habits. They don’t have a balanced diet, with too little or too much of certain foods. This can lead to some problems in the urinary system.
The biggest problem is their insecurity. Rabbits can suffer from anxiety and depression. Try letting go of problems and being prepared for unexpected difficulties.
Rabbits in the Year of the Rabbit (2023)
2023 is the Year of Rabbit, which means those who were born in previous Rabbit years will be “Fan Tai Sui”, indicating a year characterized by many fluctuations in luck, when your highs are very high, but lows can be quite devastating as well.
On the one hand, there are two auspicious stars – Tian De and Yue De – that will watch over Rabbits in 2023, although there will be a few less than auspicious stars at play at the same time. Health, wealth in particular expenses, and safety are areas the Rabbit needs to keep a careful eye over. Thanks to Tian De, Rabbit’s career should see a dramatic boost with the timely help of one or more fated mentors.
Even so, it’s up to the Rabbit to keep an upbeat attitude to life and work, which will help them sail through difficult patches with patience and resolution, while in the good times, their positivity will attract the attention of those in positions of power to extend a hand that could prove decisive for Rabbit’s fame and fortune for the next 12 years.
In any case, this should be a year full of excitement, prosperity, and surprises that run in both directions – anything but boring for dear Rabbits!

Rabbit Years of birth: 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999, 2011, 2023, and 2035.
The Rabbit (2011) is said to have a long life, the rabbit is gracious kind sensitive, and has good manners. They look for tranquillity but are also inclined to be moody. They appear indifferent and generally hold academic positions. Although they appear to be detached they hold much criticism inside. Good at business and smooth negotiations will ensure a good career. In love, their self-assurance requires them to marry for position and security but will give all they have to give in love. Reserved artistic and good at business, the rabbit with their smooth negotiations will ensure any career they choose. Liking harmony, the rabbit does not understand why people are so nasty to each other. Although do not mistake this, the rabbit will get the contract signed, but by courtesy, consideration, and patience, you will not even be aware of it until you have signed on the dotted line. This does not mean that they are deceitful, but rather that they are clever.
Budda called on all of the animals to come to him and here are those that came and their meanings.
The elements are Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Think of these elements as building blocks or categories. The elements represent a color, a material, a shape, a taste, a feeling, a planet, and energy.
Wood represents the color green, things made out of wood, things that are tall like a tree, things that taste sour, the feeling of anger, the planet Jupiter and the energy of growth.
Fire represents the color red, things on fire or made of plastic, things that are triangular in shape, things that taste bitter, the feeling of joy, the planet Mars and the energy of action.
Earth represents the color yellow, things made of earth, clay, or stone, things that are low and flat in shape, things that taste sweet, the feeling of rumination, the planet Saturn and the energy of stillness.
Metal represents the color white, things made of metal, things that are round, things that taste pungent, the planet Venus and the energy of the organization.
Water represents the color blue, things made of water or glass, things that are shapeless and organic, things that taste salty, the feeling of fear, the planet Mercury and the energy of communication.
Budda called on all of the animals to come to him and here are those that came and their meanings.
Having had experiences with all of the signs, I have to say there is a lot in it. We take on the characters of the animals and unknowingly become them. I also believe that the “True Colours”, Zodiac and ‘numerology” plays a big part in it too. The Chinese take this all very seriously. This year, JANUARY 22ND is Chinese New Year’s Eve, and it is welcomed with feasting and socialization. There are parades, and the Dragons and the Lions perform for money, reflecting the old times when they used to give protection money to the gods for said protection. Not much has changed there, except that it is done far more aggressively now.
Chinese Zodiac Chart (1900-2031): This chart shows the order of Chinese Zodiac Years. The years in the table are the years in which the Chinese year starts. If you were born before the Chinese new year is the year you were born, your animal would be the previous year’s animal. Use the calculator above to determine what Chinese zodiac you are, or use the table below.
CHECK OUT WHAT SIGN YOU ARE
Dragon Years of Birth: 1916, 1928, 1940, 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, 2000, 2012, 2024, 2036.
The Fiery Dragon (2012) a very lucky sign and one in which many children are born, (including one of my daughters). Magical and imaginative the dragon is full of vitality and strength. They have very high ideals and command high standards from others as well as themselves. Do not challenge the dragon you will find them very opposing and do not hurt the ones they love or anger them or you will sorely regret it. On the other hand, they do not like defeat and can be a sore loser. If they like you, you will forever have a protector and a friend, and as a lover they take adulation for granted, knowing that they are well liked so therefore well loved. If they choose you for a mate, (and this sign is also quite happy to not to marry and just have good friends,) they will protect, lecture and support you forever. Dragons do not tolerate fools or deceitful people and their wrath can be very imposing. They are good with money, easy come easy go and prefer to live in a relaxed environment. Somewhat leaders by nature, they will only want the job if they are interested. Funny and liking a good time, a dragon is good at a party and is very adventuress.
Snake Years of Birth: …1917, 1929, 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001, 2013, 2025…
The forever-misunderstood Snake (2013) is a deep thinker, always looking for the meaning of life. Generally mystical with a lot of natural wisdom, the snake loves books, food, music, and the fine things in life. Using their own judgment rather than others, they like their own advice. Superstitious and a little intense they like to settle scores. The snakes wish to control their own lives through power and authority. They can be victims of their past and have a hard time moving on with life. Elegant, in speech, dress, and manners, but suspicious in nature, the snake distrusts anyone who breaks a promise. In love, their mystique and cool ambivalence draws lovers to them with ease, and will only marry someone who shares their ambition. Striving for the top the snake can talk themselves out of things because they are inclined to think it over and over again. They love the detail and wish for things to be in order before moving on with it. Although looked upon with fear, the snake is invulnerable and is only dangerous when it is fearful. Wishing to just be understood and respected the snake is harmless. Unless—-
Horse Years of Birth: …1918, 1930, 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990, 2002, 2014, 2026…
Enter the Horse (2014) is the best year in my mind, as I am a horse myself. Cheerful, popular, quick-witted, and earthy. The horse falls in and out of love easily. However, they are perceptive, talkative, and have the ability to handle a difficult situation well and with authority. They are magnetic and commanding which can be presided as militant and aggressive at times although this is not so. Impetuous, energetic, and a flashy dresser. The horse although a non-conformist can be relied on to be accountable and honest. The horse will always be there for the underdog and has the ability to see both sides and counsel each of them well. Demanding a great deal from fellow workers they can and will just as eagerly work by your side as long as you know that they are the boss. Horses love freedom and pursue happiness at every corner. Being a person that feels their way around and who is constantly changing to the environment, they feel deeply and can be perceived as being moody, they are just adjustable people. They cannot keep regular hours and are best suited to flexible but demanding jobs, it is all or nothing. Very friendly and a true lover, do not let them down, they will forgive but never forget. They are protective of their loved ones and love with all their hearts, they like the home homey and love to run a little wild too. As friends, the horses will be by your side through anything, but if you betray them, you will be forgiven but forgotten too.
Year of Birth: 1919, 1931, 1943, 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991, 2003, 2015, 2027
This is where the Goat comes in the sequence
The graceful Sheep/ Goat (2015) who is righteous, sincere, and a sucker for sad stories. They are fashionable, artistic, and creative but can be depressed and withdrawn. They are homebodies, liking children and needing to be needed. Luck favours them and their peaceful nature draws people to them. Unfortunately, the sheep/goat instead of standing up for their rights is timid and is more inclined to sulk rather than demand. Straight to the point is not their way and they wish you to find out what is bothering them rather than they tell you. Martyrs and worriers and are pessimistic about life and are inclined to look to the worst rather than the best of things. Romantic by nature, they wished to be pursued and fought for, the sheep need to be in a respectful loving marriage to survive, secure in life love, and mind. They have their favourites and if you’re not one of them do not take offense that is just the way it is. Neither forgiving nor forgetting is something they do easily, so don’t hurt them.
Year of Birth of the Monkey : 1920, 1932, 1944, 1956, 1968, 1980, 1992, 2004, 2016, 2028…
The mischievous Monkey (2016) is an innovative, improviser, and motivator. The monkey is most like the man himself. Whatever they choose to do the monkey will succeed, no challenge is too great a chore, and they have the ability to use their intelligence when it is most needed. However, they do not respect others well as they have too much respect for themselves. Very competitive, confident, and cocky the monkey has been known to use his cunning powers to get their way. They are very sociable and can hold positions of high power. Very self-absorbed the monkey is not a giver for giving sake, in love the monkey will be warm and spontaneous, but be prepared to work hard and always strive for better, love in itself is not enough, ambition is indeed the forever attraction. Whatever you do, never try to trick a monkey they will have the last word, and watch them carefully they are masters of trickery. Fun can be had with a monkey if you like a little mischief or mayhem.
Wake up to the Rooster. (2017) Has self-assurance and is old-fashioned. They are generally very attractive people, who are acute neat organized decisive upright alert, and direct. They can also be argumentative and a little cruel to others, they love to lord over others with their imposing knowledge. High-perform ring roosters seek opportunities to excel at anything, and if you try to challenge their knowledge you are in for a long haul, roosters do their homework and know their stuff. Do not be around when a rooster is negative, they are egotistical opinionated, and very abrasive, you will come out reeling from the experience. They are very good at handling money, accountants banking, and finances. Roosters will follow orders to a T, and they are very good detailed people and, accountable with your interest at heart. All roosters are a perfectionist, with a sharp eye for details, but if they think that they are right about something, they may close their mind to any other input. They are excellent right-hand men but sway away from the front line, as they do not have the public personality or patience that is needed to be upfront. Roosters love praise and are allergic to criticism; they make a good spouse and a good family person, just as long as they are the boss. For all that steadfastness, they are very vulnerable but will fight to show up.
Years of the Dog: …1922, 1934, 1946, 1958, 1970, 1982, 1994, 2006, 2018, 2030…
The likable Dog (2018) (another of my children) is honest, intelligent, and direct. They are the most loyal and trustworthy of creatures and have much passion for Just as and fair play. Dogs are friends to all people and are fair listeners meeting people halfway. Dogs will look out for everyone no matter what but are inclined to neglect themselves and leave themselves vulnerable. The dog has a great understanding of humans and instinctively knows right from wrong, who to believe, and who to be wary of. When a dog loves, it is with all its heart and loyalty, this is often taken advantage of and the dog often gets hurt. Forgiveness is strong and even if they move on they will remember the once-loved one fondly. Do not push the dog into a corner, they will instinctively come out fighting in any which way. In love, the dog likes to get to know their suitor slowly as trust is an issue, but once trust is in place, they will encourage growth in their loved ones and equilibrium in their lives. As it is with children the dog will act like a playful puppy when young and will take the time to learn the ways of the world, but what is nice is that they will never lose their playfulness. All in all a dog is a very good person to have in your life in any way.
Years of the Pig: 1923, 1935, 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995, 2007, 2019, 2031
The steadfast Pig (2019) is, of all the signs, one of honesty and of a real genuine person. The pig is the ultimate diplomat, balancing both sides and keeping the peace. The pig is those people that make everything happen with ease so as you do not notice it even happening, but notice if they are not there. They socialize very well and like to be in the company of up-and-coming people, though they prefer to watch from a distance. Excellent in the line of fundraising and social work, the pig does not mind being truly committed to the cause. The pig is a little too trusting and allows themselves to be exploited by others without knowing it. In love, the pig is devoted and does everything for their loved ones except perhaps discipline them well, as they do not like confrontation. The pig is unselfish and caring and is very good to have as a friend if their motives are not interfering or judgmental.
First came the Rat, (1997) with its charm and innovative personality the rat uses its wit and intelligence and has been known to be crafty, forthright, and an excellent businessman/woman, who is always alert to new opportunities. The rat is much underestimated, due to the very fact that it is a rat. They are very intuitive gregarious and smart people who will use their charm and smarts to get them to the top. Never underestimate them, they do not miss a thing and remember a lot. Whereas the tiger, horse, and others are at the forefront, the rat does not mind taking the back stairs to get where they are going. They know they will get there and are not afraid to give someone else the limelight.
OX Year of Birth: 1913, 1925, 1937, 1949, 1961, 1973, 1985, 1997, 2009, 2021
Then came the Ox, 2009 prosperous through fortitude and hard work, the Ox is dependable, calm methodical, and stubborn. Many Ox‘s held positions of power and their fairness holds them in good stead. They like order, respect, tradition, and are predictable and honest. Alas in love the Ox does not quite know how to respond to romance but when they like you they will stand by you, loyally, but also may take a long time to commit, be patient they are solid people and worth waiting for. Although they have a lot of patients do not try it on too much, because when they lose it, it will be a terrifying experience. The rooster seems to understand the Ox best and the Goat and Tiger will not get along well at all. Give them time to do their stuff; it is worth waiting for the results.
2022 WATER TIGER
Recent years of the Tiger are: 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998, 2010, 2022
Now comes the Tiger. (2022) Powerful, passionate, rebellious, and unpredictable. The Tiger is our fearless fighter, and people hold them in awe. They love the limelight and their dynamic personality can open many doors. They live life as if it is their center stage, and people around them are there to enhance the play. With their charisma, they get away with lots and can talk others into doing things for them just because they are tigers. They have a very human side showing love and affection for babies and animals. As a lover when they love they love 100% for that moment till their attention is directed elsewhere, to sustain their attention you must give them a lot of attention. They live purely on impulse and rebellion on tradition. Logic is not their thing. The song by Carle Simon, “you’re so vain you probably think this song is about you”. May have been written for the tiger. However, the tiger who can be warm loving, and great with kids can also be a child themselves if they do not get their way. For all this, the tiger is a formidable foe and one to definitely have in your court.
Having had experiences with all of the signs, I have to say there is a lot in it. We take on the characters of the animals and unknowingly become them. I also believe that the “True Colours”, Zodiac and ‘numerology” plays a big part in it too. The Chinese take this all very seriously.
