Self-Discovery Mediums with Sara Troy and her guest Brandi Van, on air from September 26th

I’m a Spiritual Medium and Psychic Development Mentor. I really want to help people who know they have psychic abilities but are afraid to talk to other people about them, who don’t have control over them and want to be mentored, and to create more light workers in this world. Part of their journey inside my program is self-discovery because they need to do a lot of self-introspection, inner child healing work, etc because the more they can heal and the better they know themselves, the more their abilities will be able to grow. At the start of my journey, it was very hard to find a mentor and there’s no class to take so I felt very alone and I want to make sure other people don’t feel that way and that I’m here to help them if they need my help!

When I was very young, I was seeing and hearing Spirits but I didn’t know what they wanted or who their messages were for so I did my best to ignore them. Until one day I had an experience that I wasn’t able to ignore anymore. My grandma had passed away and my family and I were around her in the hospice room as she took her last breath. As she did, I felt her spirit rise above the bed and saw an amazing sight, full of brilliant colours that formed a star and beat in and out like a heartbeat. I felt at that moment that she was at peace and that she was moving on to the Spirit world with her angels and her deceased family members, who were welcoming her to join them. My view of death changed in that moment because I knew she was at peace. And that’s what started my Spiritual Journey, but it took me several years because there were no classes or anyone to turn to, and it took me years to find a mentor. Once I worked with her, my abilities skyrocketed. So, I want to be that person for others now. Letting them know they are not alone and they have a mentor who’s easy to find and who will be there with them every step of the way.

Brandi Van is a Spiritual Medium and Psychic Development Mentor who helps highly sensitive people discover their unique psychic gifts so they can experience an abundance of peace and find their Higher Purpose. Through coaching and speaking, Brandi helps people discover and develop their psychic abilities to realize we are all connected here on Earth and that we all have a higher meaning than ourselves. Brandi has made it her mission to help others to discover their abilities so they can fulfill their higher purpose, live with intention in their interactions, and listen to their intuition. She truly believes this is why she is here on earth; to help people who are feeling lost with their abilities and who need a mentor to show them the path to go on. “Developing your psychic abilities really needs to be experienced, not thought about or theorized.”
Brandi felt very alone and lost when she was receiving messages from Spirit but wasn’t sure who they were for or what they meant. And she didn’t want to share it with others in fear that people would think she was crazy or making it up. She wants people to know they are not crazy, they are not alone, and that she’s here to help if they need a mentor to develop and control their ability.

I can still hear my dad saying, “Why do you always have to learn the hard way?” I am almost 67 and now I know exactly “WHY.” My takeaway is important, make friends with CHANGE and do not run from your pain. The only constant in the Universe is change. Everything happens exactly when it is supposed to, and not one second sooner. With that are knowledge in my mental, emotional, and physical arsenal; I can share my Life Skills with others. The 3 R’s are taught to us in school. Why are not we teaching the really important lessons; How to handle our difficult emotions, that our perception is our reality, gratitude, Fear and how to navigate it. The list is endless. In my work, I share my Intuitive knowledge with people that are having a rough go of it.

Holly is an Intuitive Psychic, Spiritual Life Counselor, Life Skills Teacher, Podcast personality, Writer, and Innovator of change. She has faced cancer 3 times in 10 years, beat it with grace, broken her neck, had back surgery, both knees replaced and a mélange of other physical changes. Of course, just as many mental & emotional challenges. Her first physic experience was at age 5. Throughout this life Holly became the “Go to Girl, for anyone with a challenge or problem. She raised her daughter alone, and with a classical ballet and jazz background; started 2 dance companies for children. With accuracy that could not be ignored, Holly began to give readings; everything else sprung from that.
