Choose Positive Living with Sara Troy and her guest Erez Agam, on air from March 7th
Erez Agam was born in Israel in the 1980s. From a young age, the topic of immigration attracted him. After growing up, Erez began traveling in many countries around the world until he decided that he was interested in immigrating and therefore chose Germany as his destination country. Erez Agam arrived in Berlin without any connections but only with a suitcase and at the end he describes his migration journey to Germany from the beginning to the end. In addition, Erez is an expert in the field of sales and this is his real passion.
Erez’s book describes his immigration journey and along with it, Erez reveals all the secrets of immigration that will help other immigrants.
The book answers all the questions (finding a job (even if you do not have a European passport), finding an apartment, issuing a work visa, what is the difference between a European passport and a non-European passport, employees rights in Berlin, conversion to a driving license for a German license and more …)
It is important to note that this book contains unique information that cannot be found in any other source (not even in immigration law offices).
Sensual Expressions with Sara Troy and her guest Richard Cirulli, on air from March 8th
Playwright Richard Cirulli, author of the new novel Demitasse Divorce. Cirulli is also the founder of the Demitasse Players, a charity founded on the mission to write and produce plays to bring awareness to mental health.
His Steamy Romantic Novel Tells How A Chance Encounter Over Coffee Led to an Inescapable Harmonious Love Affair
There are parts of the story that are based on his personal experiences, and he chose to combine existentialism with erotica and ignite the sensual passion that lies within all of us.
He uses the phrase “Is Love a cruel game we call happiness” BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE.
Suave and sophisticated, Elia is an architect residing in Hudson Valley, New York circa 1992 where he failed, conventional marriage with Beth is leaving him uneasy with life. Marriage, in general, can be hard enough but throw in Beth’s mental illness and years of trying to keep it all together – everyone, including Elia was surprised it lasted as long as it did. Then, a chance encounter with the alluring, hedonist Anais over morning coffee helps him to regain the passions he thought he lost forever.
Ella and Anais find themselves drawn together in a hot and uninhibited affair as they attempt to find harmony in the analogy of their opposites. In their attempt to free themselves from the conventions and taboos of the adolescent bourgeoisie sexual mores, they eventually find themselves shackled to an inescapable mutual love they never anticipated and equally fear. But is this love enough to sustain their boomer lives?
Richard Cirulli is an author, playwright, and founder of the Demitasse Players, a 501 (c ) (3) charity. Founded on the mission to write and produce plays to bring awareness to mental health, the Demitasse Players aim to remove the many taboos of mental illness. They teach people about mental disorders, and how these illnesses impact caregivers, friends, and family. For more information, please visit:
Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy on air from March 8th
In your life expect some trouble, that is life, but worrying about it will not resolve the problem you have.
How do we not worry? We need to take a deep breath, redirect ourselves into something we have power over, or go for a walk, watch a movie, but take ourselves out of the worrying. When you come back in, it is easier to see a solution. Sometimes like those fleeing Ukraine, their worry if they will ever be able to go home, but living in worry for something so unsure right now is not going to resolve anything in the now. Do what you can and be productive in a different way. Those who have found shelter, you are safe right now. So poor yourself from a place of gratitude into helping your country in ways that you can. Speaking out, bringing awareness, sharing your story, and send out positive energy of triumph to all those who are left fighting.
Although you feel everything is against you, pause, cry, release, and then look to what you can do however small, and feel empowered to get into action. This puts you on the road of solutional productivity and opens up all possibilities that you can see in the worry mode.
I know it takes practice, and we all have so much to worry about, but we know worrying helps nothing, and choosing to do something is the road to resolving our problems.
Whatever you are facing in life, know this, you can and will get THROUGH it and there is always an answer when we are ready to receive.
OUR PRAYERS AND LOVING ENERGY IS WITH THE UKRAINE AND ALL THOSE CAUSING SUCH PAIN AND DISMAY WILL CHANGE THEIR MINDS TO STAND UP TO SUCH A TYRANT AND BE COLLECTIVELY THE PEACE UKRAINE AND THE WORLD NEEDS.
Raising our gifted children with Sara Troy and her guest Dewatti Basdeo, on air from March 8th
‘Magnificent Me Magnificent You The Great Barrier Reef’ children’s story and yoga activities book. This is the second book in the natural wonders of the World Series I am currently writing. In this book twins, Crystal and Leo and their clever dog Einstein embark on an adventure of discovery of the Great Barrier Reef, its beauty, and its teachings. Alongside the story are a range of wellbeing activities children can utilise to support both their physical and mental wellbeing. As well as the above, the book will be fundraising for different organizations working on the conservation of reefs and world oceans.
The Great Barrier Reef is the world’s largest coral reef system. Coral reefs are home to thousands of species and play a critical role in maintaining healthy oceans and subsequently a healthy planet.
We are each steward of our planet, home to our future generations, in this understanding, we endeavour to contribute towards maintaining a healthy planet the best we can.
One way we will be doing this is through raising funds for different organizations working to this endeavour through the sales of our children’s story and yoga activities book titled ‘Magnificent Me Magnificent You The Great Barrier Reef’ available to order through online sellers and bookstores globally. It can be ordered through our online store through the below link.
The first project that will be raising funds in support of is the Coral Sea Foundation Sea Women of Melanesia program.
The Sea Women of Melanesia program empowers indigenous women in Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands with the training, skills, equipment, and resources they need to take an active role in helping indigenous communities create and manage marine protected areas on their own coral reefs.
Building your business with Sara Troy and her guest Ben Albert, on air from March 8th
When Covid hit I was furloughed from work, I found myself down and out, staring at an empty handle of Jim Bean Whiskey, opened this laptop I’m typing on right now, and started reaching out to strangers on Linkedin. The rest is history. Now I host 5 podcasts, run a massively successful marketing firm, and have replaced my sales executive income in just over a year.
I stumbled into a form of networking I now have coined “The CAN System,” and today it’s my mission to get the knowledge from the people who have it to the people who need it. With “CAN,” my success story becomes the norm. You can do it too.
I’m Ben Albert; regular name, regular guy. LET’S COLLABORATE!
I started Balbert Marketing LLC amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
Let’s not beat around the bush, Coronavirus has pushed us to all evaluate our careers in one way or another. We all feel some level of fear, pain, or worry about friends, family, and the effects on our amazing nation.
For me, I had to make a decision. Do I pick up binge eating, get lazy, and get used to staring at the wall? Or do I develop a business STRONGER than any company I’ve worked for in the past?
That’s why I’m here. I am committed to overachieving in my role and do things right. I provide whatever is necessary to help your business GROW!
Martin Luther King Jr once said, “Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase. Just take the first step.”
I decided to take 5 steps forward to begin building one of Rochester’s best young companies!
I urge you to take that leap of faith forward, and continue to build your empire!
Ben Albert is also the owner of Balbert Marketing LLC. He is also the curator of The “Real Business Connections Network.” He hosts 5 podcasts, “Rochester Business Connections,” “Learn Speak Teach,” “Ben’s Bites,” “Five Minute Fridays,” and “Real Hits.”
I also will gladly connect with anyone on Linkedin and provide free advice on their profile, website, or answer any marketing questions they may have!
