John Bunzl is a businessman with a simple and powerful new vision for global governance.

In 2000 he founded the International Simultaneous Policy Organisation (ISPO) and launched the Simultaneous Policy (Simpol) campaign. Ever since the Simpol campaign started John Bunzl has worked tirelessly to reach out to citizens, activists, non-governmental organisations, politicians and business people to raise both their awareness and understanding of what global simultaneous policies could mean for humanity, prosperity and peace.

John Bunzl is a passionate speaker on global simultaneous policy and its relevance for a wide range of topics: from tax justice and regulation of the financial markets; sustainability standards; fair trade; military spending; to global warming. He has spoken on events facilitated by an organisation such as the World Social Forum, The Schumacher Society, the World Trade Organisation and at various universities such as The London School of Economics.

Championing the theory behind Global Simultaneous Policy John published his first book, called Simpol, in 2001. Two years later John co-authored his second book, Monetary Reform – Making it Happen!, written with the prominent monetary reformer, James Robertson. In 2009 he authored a third book, People-centred Global Governance – Making it Happen!

John is the director of Martin Bunzl International Ltd, a medium-sized UK company trading primarily in textile raw materials and a representative for non-UK companies wishing to sell in the UK.

John has a degree in modern languages and business studies and has studied in France, Switzerland and Italy.

Focused, hands-on, idealistic but pragmatic, John has a passion and drive to inspire people. He feels governance and simultaneous policies will help prevent the vicious circle of destructive competition which so often is at the expense of many social, environmental and economic concerns.

An aura intuitive Gerry accesses the body’s wisdom to release energetic blockages and provide insights to attain greater wellbeing. She co-created Aligned Essence Wellness with Rosie Carey to teach individuals how to use their consciousness for heightened wellness and is a certified Life Centered Therapy practitioner through Dr. Andrew Hahn.

Gerry is also a certified Enneagram teacher and coach. She is past president of the Enneagram Association in the Narrative Tradition and currently serves on the international board of The Narrative Enneagram. She offers Enneagram classes and coaching in the Cleveland area.

Ms. Fathauer retired as the Arts and Cultural Director for the City of Mesa, Arizona. A highlight of her career was the building and opening of the $97M Mesa Arts Center for performing and visual arts in 2005. In 2006, Gerry was recognized by her peers with the Governor’s Arts Award.

Gerry has a Master’s degree in Arts Administration from Indiana University and Bachelor’s degree in music performance from DePauw University. A practitioner of yoga and QiGong, Gerry resides in Cleveland, Ohio where she enjoys hobbies in piano and dance.

Saving the Planet with Compassion

I was born Vegan.
I learned that we drank almond milk because cow’s milk was for baby cows. Eating plant-based foods was just normal for me (and delicious!).
Growing up I learned that we didn’t visit zoos and marine parks because the animals inside these places were not happy.
As I got older I learned more about animals used for food, entertainment, clothing and in laboratories. I felt confused as to why this was happening to animals. I just knew that I had to do something to make a change, so I got active!
My activism started when I was about 7 years old. I felt so sad about the earthquake in Haiti that I wanted to do something. So I asked friends to donate money to Doctors without Borders instead of birthday gifts for me.
For several years I made freshly squeezed lemonade and sold it to raise money for local animal rescue groups.
?Since then I have attended marches, peaceful protests, gathered signatures for
? Bill S-203, spoken with local government, leafleted, created posters and chalked!
? I have had an active part in making history; including the Ban on Cetaceans in Captivity at the Vancouver Aquarium and the biggest Animal Rights March in San Fransisco!
?But my favourite activism is speaking about Veganism and visiting sanctuaries.

Bud Boughton has lived an amazing life filled with a variety of experiences and yet, he sees himself as just an ‘ordinary guy’ who has been blessed to have many great people around him. A husband and father, he has lived a real life sprinkled with both successes and failures, all of which has taught him how to be resilient when facing the toughest circumstances.

A native of Kenmore, New York (suburb of Buffalo), Bud grew up with wonderful, supportive parents in a very athletic family of three boys. All three boys were active in youth sports and would eventually all play college football. In fact, Bud began his professional life as a college football coach and educator, obtaining his Master’s degree while coaching college football at Ball State University in Muncie, IN.

With his roots in education and coaching, he has always looked for new learning opportunities and has long been a student of both leadership development and performance improvement. Thus, it was no surprise when he moved almost seamlessly from the coaching profession into the business world where he sold for several Fortune 500 companies early in his business career (Proctor & Gamble, Xerox and IBM). He later left IBM to pursue opportunities in the banking software business where he held several senior level management positions and was an office of a publicly traded software company.

As an author, Bud has written three books and numerous articles. His comments and opinions have appeared on the pages of FORTUNE magazine, INC. magazine, Sales and Marketing Management and in ETHIX Magazine published by the Institute for Business, Technology & Ethics. His latest book, Coaching is Teaching at its Best! has already been described in one review as a book that has the potential to change the course of youth sports in America.

As a professional speaker, Bud’s credentials include everything from keynote addresses for state and national professional associations to guest lectures on college campuses and motivational presentations for national sales organizations. He’s even done storytelling sessions for elementary school audiences.
Bud still maintains an active lifestyle playing hockey, golf and hitting the gym 2-3 times a week. He is a certified official with both USA Hockey and US Lacrosse and he has run nine full marathons over a span of some 35 years (including both the New York City Marathon and the Boston Marathon). In 1996, he successfully climbed Mt. Rainer (14,411 ft.), often considered one of the most arduous and difficult climbs in the lower 48 states.

Highly creative and entertaining, most people who have the opportunity to work with him come away with the same impression…he is real and has an enduring passion for life. In a second marriage with his elementary school sweetheart, Cindy, they currently reside in a suburb of Indianapolis sharing the lives of their combined family (six sons and nine grandchildren).
