From a humble beginning, Cynthia started out her career as a cashier in the retailed industry, and after 10 years of hard work, she became the Assistant Manager with the goal of being a District Manager. With the urge to accomplish more and make an impact, Cynthia changed her career to IT by working on the helpdesk and acquiring 6 certifications in System Administration. She later moved to Information Assurance with the aim to grow her career faster. Determined to succeed, she arrived at 6 figure salary and got her dream job. She had everything she had always dreamt of, but there was an urge to help other women to grow financially and succeed at whatever their hearts desired. If she was able to adapt to change and grow beyond what others expected, Cynthia believes that with the right mindset, you have the ability to achieve your goals. She has dedicated her life to helping others who feel stuck in life and want to step out of their comfort zone.

As a scholar, Cynthia attained a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Double Masters’s in Cybersecurity. Her knowledge of psychology enables her to understand her client’s needs in detail. Hence, she is able to serve you better by focusing on their short-term and long-term goals. She also acquired a Certificate in Women Entrepreneurship and another one in Marketing. She is always looking to improve herself so she can help others.  This enables her to offer guidance and solutions to women entrepreneurs. As part of her program, she helps clients to identify the goals they want to pursue, create timelines & to-do lists, and have a system for reminding and rewarding themselves whenever they achieve their goals.  She is a compassionate life coach who is focused on an individual’s business growth as well as happiness. Cynthia loves being part of your life, seeing you succeed, and providing constructive feedback to ensure that you never stop pursuing your dreams. During her leisure time, Cynthia loves spending time with her husband and lovely son and daughter. An avid explorer, she enjoys traveling, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying all that life has to offer.

Dreama Denver: is the wife of late classic TV icon Bob “Gilligan” Denver and the award-winning author of ‘Gilligan’s Dreams’ who has single-handedly carried on her husband’s legacy since his passing. The Denver Foundation is a non-profit foundation started by Bob and Dreama in honor of their severely autistic son, Colin. They understood firsthand in an up-close-and-personal way exactly what families face when presented with the challenge of caring for a family member with special needs. Today, the Denver Foundation assists special needs individuals in  West Virginia. Under Dreama’s tutelage, its mission has expanded to include West Virginia’s Always Free Honor Flight, which recognizes the sacrifices of our veterans with free trips to Washington, DC, to see the memorials built to honor their service.

Actress, writer, radio station owner, and personality Dreama Denver met her husband of almost 30 years, television icon Bob Denver (Gilligan of Gilligan’s Island, Maynard G. Krebs of Dobie Gillis), when she was cast as his love interest in the Woody Allen play, “Play It Again, Sam”. After marrying the popular television personality, Dreama continued her acting career, appearing in a Gilligan’s Island reunion movie with Bob, co-starring with him in a TV pilot titled “Scamps” and touring the U.S. and Canada successfully and happily with her husband for over a decade.

The birth of Denver’s son Colin, diagnosed with severe autism, changed everything for Bob and Dreama, who retired from show business and moved back to West Virginia to devote the next two decades to Colin’s full-time care. During this time, the pair also founded The Denver Foundation, which honors their son and is dedicated to assisting special needs children and their families.

“The Denver Foundation and Little Buddy Radio, a nonprofit radio station owned and operated by the Foundation, were Bob’s last and most important legacies,” Dreama says, “and making these two entities as successful as possible became my mission after Bob passed away. His desire to give back to West Virginia was huge. He loved this area, considered himself an adopted West Virginian and was a tireless ambassador for the state. Regardless of how important and far-reaching his television legacy was, and is, his love for our son and his desire to help other families like ours trumped even that.”

Since Bob’s death in 2005, Dreama has discovered new passions and new directions in which to take the foundation. Founding Always Free Honor Flight, WV’s first Honor Flight program, honoring WV veterans with free trips to Washington, DC to visit the memorials built to honor their service is especially close to Dreama’s heart, as is the Denver Foundation’s Always Free Walk of Honor, installed and dedicated as a poignant addition to the War Memorial and Museum in Princeton.

Caprice first picked up her paintbrush in 1994 and quickly discovered a hidden talent. She studied with artists Karen Hersey, Keith Smith and Shane Garton and soon found herself in a world of colourful oils, shapes and art techniques. Her insatiable thirst for knowledge of art has become an obsession as Caprice eagerly reads each and every art book she can get her hands on. In 1998, Caprice’s first solo exhibition gave her the confidence and courage to pursue painting as a full-time career. She works and exhibits her paintings from her Studio Gallery located in Kimberley, British Columbia, Canada. Caprice’s works are now in private and corporate collections in Western and Eastern Canada, the United States, Europe, and New Zealand.

After painting full-time for many years, it was a natural progression for Caprice to start teaching art. Passing on the knowledge that was passed on to her is certainly an important part of her career. Whenever the opportunity arises, Caprice travels to not only see new landscapes but also to art galleries and museums in Canada and abroad. Looking at art illuminates and inspires. She then calls upon the powers of her imagination to portray on canvas the beauty and majesty of the mountains and forests that surround her. Her vibrant colours and bold strokes reflect her strong connection to mother nature.

Linda is a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching’s Coach Training and Leadership Program. After graduation, she was invited to join AC’s leadership team where she shared her expertise and honed her skill by training and mentoring other coaches.

Linda earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation(ICF). She has continued her education by receiving her certification in Positive Psychology Coaching and has earned a certificate in Systemic Team Coaching.

Linda works with clients to uncover and shift the stories (lies) that the voice in their head says are true. On her podcast, Normal Lies, Linda and her guests explore societal and cultural lies we are born into that have become “normalized.” 

Linda often uses her coaching and leadership skills as she volunteers in the community. As a member of the Rochester Women’s Network’s Board of Directors, Linda served as president from 2018-20 and as VP of Programs.  She has served at the Monroe County Jail as a workshop facilitator for the Step By Step program whose mission is to empower women who are incarcerated. 

Linda was also a recipient of RWN’s prestigious 2017 Up & Coming Business Women’s Award.

Linda lives near Rochester, NY, and has been married to her high school sweetheart, for over 30 years. She has two amazing adult children, an equally impressive son-in-law, an adorable 4-year-old grandson, and 2 beloved fur babies.

And the third, Baby I’m the Boss of Me, tells how I find myself at 72 feeling, better than ever, at the top of my game, in fact! I’ve traveled widely, lived in many places, raised two children, and am finding out that getting older is not the end of the world. In fact, it is the beginning of an amazing journey, this unique part of our lives, and by staying curious and open, by nurturing your sense of humor, it becomes an amazing journey. Certainly, it has for me.

We discuss aging, traveling solo, health, and exercise, humor, personal bravery, beauty and fashion at every age, parenting, and the most important factor to aging vivaciously.

Ruth Yunker has written two books, in equal parts travel memoir and humor. Me, Myself and Paris and Paris, I’ve Grown Accustomed to Your Ways are both about surviving Paris as a single woman whose French is spoken with a Belgian accent (teenage years lived in Brussels), and who feels compelled to smile at strangers, even knowing such behavior is way outside the bounds of Parisian politesse.

In her latest book Baby, I’m the Boss of Me she takes on the joy and humor of aging, defining it clearly and precisely as the most powerful time of one’s life, should one choose to make it so.

Ruth Yunker had a peripatetic childhood and has continued the pattern as an adult. She is well-traveled and acutely attuned to both the gifts and foibles of her fellow man. As a result, she can say hello with the inflection and accent of a native anywhere she finds herself, and sometimes can even tell a joke successfully in French.

She currently lives in Los Angeles, California. She has two grown children, two divorced husbands, is in between pets, and is about to give up the big SUV for a smaller, more battered car to survive the appalling traffic issues in the gently aging Los Angeles.

Ruth Yunker is vivacious and intelligent, opinionated and funny, an easy-going, charming, and witty storyteller, who brings humor, her personal history, and the power of her convictions to every book she writes, and every audience to whom she speaks.
